I have dealt with two other Maserati dealerships in South Florida. This dealership is top notch Peggy Skiffington in service makes your experience go so smoothly. Peggy helped me fix an issue that another dealership should have done. This is why I m going to buy my new car from this location. Shelly in finance is great as well. We also had the pleasure meeting with Joe Johnson the Sales Manager, We are currently working on my next purchase. Customer service is very important and this dealership has that perfected! I highly recommend Stuart Maserati. Thanks again, you gained a new customer and I will share my experience with others.

Worth the drive - we drove in from Orlando to look at a few vehicles and the team at Maserati & Audi of Stuart made this the most seamless and efficient experience. We had been searching for months and dealt with a variety of sales teams but the most genuine we encountered was here. They wasted none of my time - or theirs and I got everything I wanted with their swift facilitation. A huge shout out to Kyle W. at Audi of Stuart (its three dealerships next to another) for his great sense of humor and being a part of my decision team - as a first time purchaser, I couldn't ask for a better person! Also - Joe, Maserati Sales Manager, and Shelly from F&I, great down-to-earth people to work with . Thank you to the team for making the vehicle worth it!

Bought our new car from Maserati Stuart today. What a great dealership, they were so helpful and never got pushy or tried to gouge me. I got a real fair deal on the car and my trade. Easy to work with and a painless transaction. Sales lady Gail Racine was a breath of fresh air, very professional.The dealership is clean, modern and comfortable. Great cars too.

I traded in and purchased a used vehicle on 5/21/22. There were some minor imperfections on the vehicle I purchased (which the dealer wasn t aware of) but I was willing to resolve those on my own (see photos). The only thing I requested was an additional key - which the previous owner supposedly had but never provided. Mind you, the dealer had been sitting on the vehicle for approximately 30 days. Regardless, my salesman (AK - who was very polite) and a gentleman by the name of Clark, informed me they would attempt to contact the previous owner, to retrieve the 2nd key. Fast forward to present day (30 days later), I am still waiting - even after multiple text message exchanges and phone calls.This level of service is disappointing, I traded in a vehicle with two keys and expected the same in return. Post delivery service should be consistent with pre-delivery but is often overlooked. For me, that is what determines an exceptional car buying experience.

This dealership does not have integrity and new buyers should avoid them at all costs. They knowingly sold me a lemon and everyday I am filled with regret that I did not have the car privately inspected before buying.I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from this dealer this past summer, it test drove fine, but I asked the salesman if I could have it inspected by a mechanic before purchasing. The salesman swore that Maserati does their own inspection and has verified everything is perfect. I made the huge mistake of believing them. In the days after purchasing we discovered the stereo was completely broken... it only works for 2 minutes before playing loud static and worse, the AC was completely shot... it didn't just need a refill on freon, it needs an entirely new system for around $3000. The stereo fix will probably be around $2000. Both of these issues were discovered days into owning the car. When I reached out the dealership, they were unresponsive and ignored dozens of calls and texts. In the coming weeks the car started having major transmission issues too and shut off in the middle of the highway almost causing a major car accident... the issue could easily be $8000+ to fix. This was clearly a car that had many underlying major issues that the dealership knowingly covered up to sell. They promised me the car was in perfect condition and made sure I didn't take it to get inspected.That's what I expect from shady used car salesmen, not Maserati. It's disgusting and shameful. They never responded to me to even acknowledge the issues. There is no course of action I can take from here besides leave this review to help protect future buyers. I made this mistake, I got burned, please don't make the same mistake as me.

I bought the vehicle, but only because of the price. Otherwise, not very accommodating- even being the only customer on a Monday in the middle of August . Maybe because I was purchasing a pre-owned vehicle for $40k. I m sure clients coming in for a new Maserati probably get treated better. I asked the dealer to look into repairing a minor scratch on the vehicle- no. Can the detailer take a few minutes to get the smoke smell out of the vehicle- also no. As a courtesy, one of the speakers is buzzing a little, can you look for a loose connection- also no. Attempts to sneak in high interest rates with my credit score both of 800 and an undisclosed dealer fee. Would not return.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my Range Rover here. Great salesmen who were wonderful but within months the 2 I had a good relationship with had left. I was verbally told all brakes were new when I bought it. Then within 6 months my brake lights came on and said brakes needed replaced. They pulled up record showing only rear were new. After taking it my car to Range Rover of west palm and another service center both confirmed all 4 brakes needed replaced along and how they were not new. I had only put 8,000 on at this point. I go back to the manager of Maserati of Stuart who was obviously difficult considering all his employees were leaving and he wouldn t offer to make things right other than I ll take a look but we aren t paying for new brakes . To be a luxury car dealership it was more like a used car slimy salesman experience where I had to eat $2500 for new brakes 8 months later.

We cannot say enough about this dealership. Gail in sales, AK in finance, Peggy in service and even the managers have gone above and beyond to make buying a car a pleasant experience.We return regularly for the free car washes offered here and it feels like this entire dealership has become a part of our extended family.The dealership takes so much pride in their work that you can even watch your car being serviced in their spotless service bay.

Normally weary of car buying experiences, but the folks at this dealership were very welcoming and clear about the state of their used vehicles. Jake helped me to find a used car on their lot that s fits my needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend it for anything from used cars to luxury.

I was treated very well during my recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. It was a no pressure experience. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. The asking price was reasonable and they were still willing to negotiate a little further. This was appreciated as many other car dealers are charging ridiculous price markups due to vehicle shortages. The brand new showroom is as beautiful as the new cars here which seem to be priced within reason. If you want to drive something cool and a little different from the crowd I would suggest coming here to check it out.

From the beginning AK, Clark, and Carlos treated me differently than the other dealerships I went to for the past month. They took care of my family who have been looking for a used SUV. Set the tone right away that they were here to help me rather than just sell me a car and never talk to me again. Has been a month now and am still surprised about the fun experience we had buying from these guys.

Last week we bought a used Jeep from Maserati Stuart. Our salesperson was a very pleasant and friendly young lady named Hannah. She was so much fun and made our buying experience all the better. Carlos was great to deal with on the paperwork end. Fast and efficient! This place is professional and accommodating. We would definately do business here again!

Just bought a used vehicle from these fantastic people at the Stuart Maserati and I can't tell you enough what a stellar experience it was start to finish. No smoke and mirrors, no numbers game and they were able to provide me a stellar warranty to boot. Even thought I was on a somewhat tight budget, the entire team made me feel like my purchase was just as valuable to them had I been spending a few hundred grand, and it was a absolute delight. If you are in the market for a vehicle and want to find the perfect car, this is the first place I would recommend you go. Make sure to ask for Victoria, she really went above and beyond to help me get my new vehicle and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience for my first purchase of a Maserati. Brenton Alex and David made me feel right at home and there was no pressure at all into buying. They stated the facts about the car in an extremely understanding manner which made my purchasing experience a great one. Had the best dealership experience ever!!! They made it so easy and Matt was truly incredible. First of al, the interior is beautiful and new. But more importantly, from the first phone call, the service was perfect. Matt was waiting right out front with the car I wanted and we were ready to test drive. From there, there was no hidden fees or sketchy add ons that I didn t want. They were focused on getting a great price and a fair bottom line so that I was getting the best deal. Many other dealers just try to sneak in unnecessary extras in your monthly payment, so I was very impressed. Carlos also worked hard to get me the best rate. I am so impressed and satisfied with the service. Not to mention, I love my new car! If you re between dealerships, go with this one!

I have owned two Maseratis and an Alfa Giulia. My first Maserati experience mechanically speaking was great, however service was a nightmare ( Stuart Maserati was not around back then). I bought my Alfa from a different dealership than the old Maserati dealer. They were better (still no Stuart Maserati/ Alfa), but things changed when I took my car in for service the first time to Stuart Maserati. This is the best dealership experience I have ever had, it is hard to put in words but the experience left me loving my car and brand even more. My Alfa had a battery issue still under warranty and Stuart Maserati/ Alfa had my car towed fixed and back on the road next day. The whole time I somehow never had that feeling of anxiety, wondering what was going to happen. Everything was explained to me and performed exactly as stated from tow truck driver picking up the car to me getting my car back NO SURPRISES!! I have never had such good communication with a service dealership ever. It impressed me so much I just bought my new Maserati. I am so confident in this dealership, they make the prospect of owning one of the legendary brand's a pure pleasure. I don't think I can put a price on that, they deliver confidence and a joy of owning you can't get from any other brands or dealership. Thank you and keep up the good work Stuart Maserati team.

Don't buy a car from these people. Wasted 2 hours of my time negotiating in good faith with this dealer. Made offer that they accepted. Sales person was sending me paperwork to sign and where to send deposit. Calls me back and said that they have someone else coming in who just sent in a deposit and he would call me back if still interested. This is B.S. This is according to his sales manager Clark Boxall. I guess these people don't bargain in good faith.

I reached out to this dealer several times via cargurus, and online inquiry, regarding a vehicle for sale. I never received a call, email, or text from them. It was Cargurus who notified me the vehicle had sold a few days later.

I recently purchased a 2021 ram there and the car salesman Matthew lavallee was absolutely super helpful and super knowledgeable, very smart in the car industry, could explain everything I could ask about every part of my vehicle interior & exterior! explained everything very thoroughly with me and was just as excited for me to get in my new truck as I was. Finance man Carlos helped negotiate and let me go at my own pace! Forsure recommend buying a new or used car. Ask for Matthew lavallee!

This dealership makes me never want to buy a car from a dealership EVER!!!! I was interested in a 2018 Honda Accord they had listed on their website, I got connected with associate Akshay and he was very helpful. The day before I was going to make the 3 hour trip to purchase the car the sales manager Richard Mugnolo reaches out it says we aren t sure your bank will pay us with the pre approved loan that you have so we need the checks up front, I provided the sales associate with the pre approval note I received from my bank that instructs dealerships to contact them and provide proof of purchase and they will send out the check. I really wanted the car so I was trying my best to do it whatever I could to make it happen. At the end of the day I made the decision to not make the long drive because the way they wanted it done seemed unreasonable I hadn t seen the car in person nor had I have the chance to test drive it. Now I m having the hardest time to get my $1,000 back that I put down for my them to hold the car. Business Manager Carlos Campo tells me he processed the refund last week to my card but it s not even a pending transaction on my account a WEEK later from his claimed refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
