I always bring my fleet vehicles here for minor repairs and tire replacements. No complaints so far with the labor done, Larry and Elliot will take care of your issues within a reasonable time. The only reason for the 4 stars it s because this shop is always understaffed, went today to check a flat tire and there was only one technician at 3pm. Not sure why they are always with no personnel since their customer services is excellent.

I have had the opportunity of working with Larry who manages the store, and his local crew at this Goodyear, on a couple of occasions now. They did a great job for me with my last tire replacement appointment. They got me in and out of the shop efficiently and with a great deal on my tires too! My car keeps me on the road helping others as a small business owner. Good people like Larry help me be there for my clients, by making sure that my vehicle is reliable and operating well. He is very honest in his approach and that is worth a fortune in gold in today's society.

I bring them Ultra High Performance tires and Race tires for performance vehicles. Never a scratch or scuff on a rim. Just the extra soap paste they use for the ease of mounting. I'll take the paste over a scratch on a $1500.00 rim anytime.

I had new tires installed on June 26th. My service advisor Jack was awesome. He not only put me in the perfect tires for my driving needs he made me aware of all promotions available to save me money. Their free rotation and balancing for life is another reason for buying your tires from Jack at Goodyear.

I called ahead of time to see if they could check my alternator and battery. They say sure bring it in. 5 minutes later I am in the lobby explaining that I need my system checked to verify that the alternator an/or battery was no good. They tell me that they don't do that work there. I said you just told me when I called that wouldn't be a problem. I explained that I had bought these parts at Auto Zone and they were still under warranty. The manager just gave me attitude and said go back to Auto Zone. I simply wanted him to test the parts and instead I got a bunch of lip. Extremely poor service!

Sorry guys, not a fan. Our mechanic was awesome but the guy running the front end needs to retire. He is not the person I would want representing my business. I think he forgets he is the face of the business. I won't be back

I use Good year for both of my vehicles tires. They are always great and honest. Bud always tries to get you the best price and the manager Elliot is very helpful as well. They make sure to not charge you more than you were quoted. We will continue to use Good year!

I have nothing but good words about this Goodyear!! I brought my car in after finding a screw in my run flat tire, expecting to have to replace the tire and most likely all tires due to AWD system. After explaining my options they were able to repair the tire and get me my car back in about 2 hours, free of charge (since I bought the tires from Goodyear). Great attitude and very accommodating.

I had a great experience purchasing tires for my trailer from Bud in the Stuart Florida location on Sept 9th 2020. I had a blowout and he along with Jared had 4 new tires installed in less than an hour. Fantastic and friendly service. Thank you for saving the day.Robert

Went there today to get a tire fixed. The gentleman in the garage told me they do not do flats excuse me. Isn t this a tire place very rude avoid it.

Bud & Elliot worked quickly to resolve my blown tire; they were honest with me about only needing to replace 1 tire, whereas my dealerahip said i needed to replace all 4! Such great service, I will be a forever customer of theirs!

Elliot is an awesome manager and people person. They treat you fair and get you in and out as they promise. Definitely recommend! And they usually have discounts available online, so look it up before going!!!

I went there this morning on my way to work because my light for my tire pressure was lite: mind you it was during a torrential downpour at the same time. The store didn't have any appointments yet because it was before 8am. The man at the front asked me to leave the car ALL DAY to check the tire! REALLY! also stating that he was the only one clocked in and the other man there wasn't on the clock yet ! SERIOUSLY ! It was like 5 minutes till 8 , which is when he was supposed to clock in! The Shop let me leave in the pouring rain not knowing what could happen ! What if my tire BLEW on the way to another place!! I wasn't asking for a service that takes more than 3 minutes and this shop REFUSED to help me!!! THANK GOD I AM SAFE! I found a shop to give me 3 minutes of their time!!

Came back to Goodyear. Because of Elliot I gave them a 2nd chance. Now place is much better. The bad customer service guy looks to be no longer there. I rather work around them being short staffed then having a full crew of people that don't want to be there.

This is a wonderful shop. They have one guy there, Jared, who knows almost anything about cars. He graduated from Lincoln Tech and is very knowledgeable and has a level head on his shoulders. He won't rip you off. He'll spend extra time trying to find out what the problem is so he can fix it right. He will work and work until he figures it out and gets it right. Always ask for Jared when going there. I've never had a bad job done there. This is the only place I trust with my car.

On Saturday August 15th, 2020, I Stopped by with a nail in my tire 30 minutes before closingThey were not busy. They told me to come back Monday and overfilled my tire.They told me it would take more than 30 minutes to patch?Really disappointed in the customer service

I had 8 years of a good relationship with Elliot & Larry. Then they broke the oil pan on my wife's new car.They where the only one that touched it. Cost me $1,000.00 (BUCKS). They could have done the right thing.They didn't . NEGATIVE 5 STARSI referred so much work to them. Now it's gone.

All I have to say worse experience I've had my car broke down on the side of the road call checking for my tire size before I tow it there sir jack told me I'm wasting his time and good luck after hang up on me

Was quoted a price from the manager Elliot Ziegler. When I brought my car in, it was a different price. He said he talks to a lot of people and he couldn't remember. Very shady. Then when I called to see if maybe there was a misunderstanding, he freaked out and hung up. This is the manager?Listening to an grown man whine and lose control with a customer because he can't remember is very unprofessional, embarrassing and -- quite frankly -- sad.

My husband went to a few tire places to get a brand new tire patched. No one wanted to help him or said it was not possible. Then he went to Goodyear and they did it right away. Great customer service and they did a great job.
