Absolutely 100% DISRESPECTFUL! AND IRRESPONSIBLE! How does this Firestone stay in Business? STORE # 029416, Stuart Florida, Located in: Martin Square Shopping Center I am SO Disappointed in the Service I received Yesterday. & Now I am Questioning if the Services to my Vehicle were Performed in a Professional Manner??I had an appointment & waited in Store for 3 hours and 22 minutes for them to change a Battery! $250 Are Ya Flipping Kidding Me No Respect for Customers! They were Not Busy Either!!The Older lady sitting next to me, Got tired waiting 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation, they never started the work on her vehicle, SO She left her car, walked home and said, pick up tomorrow morning. UNBELIEVABLE!!We are returning customers & they are running us off.Big Sign in Store Advertising Battery Rebates. So I asked the Service advisor, if he could Please give me the Form, because the Battery I purchased Qualified for a $20 Visa card! He Said, Oh that expired End of February this Year!! I said, Sir We are in the Middle of April, Why are you still advertising this Special, He Blamed it on Corporate, they haven t been in Store to take the sign down.FYI MY INVOICE # 258955

No point in making reservations with them, as they don t honor them.Made a reservation for 10am. They told me it d be about an hour and a half and they d call me when it was ready.I didn t hear anything from them by 11:30am, so I started walking back to the shop. Got there around 11:50am.They completely ignore my presence for a couple minutes, then ask what I need. I told them I was checking on my car. They go out to look for it, comes back and says they ll take it in now.No thank you, can I have the keys? They brought me the keys and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Nope! I ll take it somewhere else!They totally forgot about me. Why in the world would you start a 10am appointment at 12pm?! And only after I came to ask. They never apologized either. Or even told me what was going on. They were super minimal with their words.I m 6 months pregnant and had a two year old in tow, trying to kill time. What an awful experience and waste of my time.

Business owner here needed our work truck fixed ASAP! Called talked to Matthew the manager he was very professional and courteous scheduled us an appointment. Brought the truck in was greeted with a smile even more professionalism from the staff. The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and Matthew was quick to order parts. The mechanic worked quickly to fix our truck and get us back on the road. Overall experience was awesome from start to finish! Thank you Matthew!

If you value your time, don t bring your car here.I came in on 2/21, paid for four tires- the service advisor and I agreed on the Installation date as 2/23. When I arrived, they said it would be a two hour wait before they could even look at the vehicle. I didn t have that much time available to me. So the same service advisor and I agreed on a Monday installation, 2/26. I was there for three hours and the tires were installed.But the balancing wasn t correct, on the highway the car shudders violently. So I called and insisted on an appointment when they would be fully staffed and the wait minimal. That appt was yesterday at 3pm. At 5:30 I walked out because they still had not looked at the vehicle.

After my repair, I discovered my brand new door handle was broken. That handle was working fine. However right after the $447, repair. And leaving I discovered the door handle was dysfunctional. This is the second time after going to this stuart, fl shop that the door handle became inoperable. I was not happy finding this breakage out. I realize that somenrepair shops do take advantage of out of state cars. However I have been going to this shop for several years when I visit. I'm not a happy camper. I no am questioning if my repair was completed correctly or some other alteration was performed.

First picture is the first alignment completed Sunday 12/10 the second picture was the second alignment from 12/11, the very next day. There s no way my steering came loose that much AFTER an initial alignment was done, and even after the re-alignment i still have a strong pull to the left. my steering feels worse then it did before I let them touch it. And to add to the list, I had an appointment at 3pm and my car wasn t touched till an hour later and the guy helping me seemed like he didn t want to even deal with me and spoke to me like I knew nothing. At lease there was one employee by the name of Matt I believe to step in and handle the situation. Still dosent change the fact I seriously regret going to this shop

I was called about doing an fluid flush to which I said no and all I wanted was an oilChange and check my battery and rotate all four tires I purchased there. I was charged $433. $148 for two services I declined. I was told there was nothing that could be done it must have mean a misunderstanding. My wife was standing next to me when I said no. I m about to start a new job and financially this is going to cause me to go into the negative.

Recently bought tires and an alignment. Alignment not done, had to come back the next day to get the service complete. The manager was appoligetic, and gave me some compensation.On my next visit I will be watching to make sure I get the services requested.

Was recommended to come here for an alignment on my Jeep renegade by a family friend. Christopher the manager was courteous and friendly from the start. He called me a little while after to let me know I actually had 2 bad tires and they were causing the hard pull on my vehicle. Christian the mechanic showed me the issues in the service area and explained what was happening. Very honest and up front about everything. Great service. Got me 2 brand new tires at a good price and I was out quickly. The vehicle runs safely now and I am very pleased with the whole experience.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I really try to be fair in making in judgements about a business because I ve worked in customer service and people are typically just not understanding of the fact that there can be several external factors to impact experience. However, I truly feel as though I was just taken advantage of and it s unfortunate. I took my car in on Tuesday to get air in my tires and the driver side and passenger side window switches exchanged. The first rep, Matt, was very attentive and helpful, calling twice the first day with updates on price and timeline. Since he said a missing part would be in by 3 and could be done the next day, I left my car with them so they d have it Wednesday. I had to prompt multiple communications on Wednesday and Thursday after hearing nothing from them and was told several times, we re still waiting on the part. It ll be done today. I finally asked them to just let me pick me up my car on Thursday after work with only the passenger side fixed so that I could drive until the drivers side part came in. When I picked up my car, the rep told me the total price was $747 and I had to pay a $350 deposit for the work that had already been done. Replacing a window switch takes seconds so I m not sure why in the world I would be charged hundreds of dollars for labor. To make things worse, when I picked my car up, my tires were still low and didn t even have air in put in them. I understand that delays in parts can be unanticipated but the lack of communication and the often miscommunication made this experience so unnecessarily inconvenient for me. I m always looking for a reason to stay with businesses but they gave me too many reasons to find another place to get my car services done.

I was treated rudely over the phone when I attempted to make an appointment. When I went back to pick up my car, I was told the balancing machine was broken and I have to take it back again.I have had numerous problems with the quality of service at this store.

I was charged over $90 for a $15 in cabin air filter, they did not rotate my tires as was invoiced and asked to do, I was bamboozaled! When I came in today for a refund, the manager said he was going to refund my money, except he only refunded $48. I will not be recommending Firestone to anyone!

No bueno. Bait and switch, followed by indifference. Needed tire patch (roofing nail). Told 60-90 minutes. At 75 minutes and no movement asked for update. Told I'm next. At 90 minutes asked for update. Told I'm next. At two hours told I'm next. Asked when "next" will happen. No time. I asked, can I make an appointment and return? He said you're next. Took my keys and left.

These guys were spot on when I went in to get a quote and set up an appointment. At the appointment they were spot on. I've been going to Firestone for 40 years. I started at Monteith Tire in Warsaw indiana. They've been good to me ever since I started driving.

Apparently having a apt doesn't mean anything. It's first come basis! End up waiting over 2 hours with a apt for alignment. No consideration for the interior of your car. Spent 20 mins cleaning the floor mat covered in grease!

Arrived 8:15am thurs. Was given a 4pm appointment. Left vehicle for alignment check and check wheel balance. Picked up at 4:15. Said they were done but no technician before or after paperwork or notes. ???

I took my truck in for a oil change ,tire rotate the price was crazie160$ for a 150 gmc and they think that ok. Won't be back!!

If they gave me the option of giving less than 5 stars, they would have kept me for more than three hours, they charged me and when they delivered the car they told me that they did not fix it after charging me and making me wait three hours then they make me come the next day just to tell me that the part do no fits, and the manager does not care he don t even know the people work for him

Brought my vehicle to Firestone to have a pair of rear sway bar links installed and an engine diagnostic to check gas gauge function. After 3 hours waiting I was told I needed a fuel pump. Drove home and inspected under vehicle to find only one link was installed. Later I had an engine diagnostic done at another privately owned shop to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my fuel pump.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They used to be a 5 star review for me. I used them for years but unfortunately the time wait and quality of work continues to decline. They keep scratching my wheels and won't clean up the glue from old weights. I've since found a new shop to go to

Ridiculously expensive and pathetic service. Went to change the taglight, charged about 75 bucks and when my car was delivered, the taglights were pulled out. Extremely unprofessional and horrible service.

I called Firestone due to an issue with my tire. I spoke to Victor who was very knowledgable, and professional. My car was taken immediately back and the mechanic was friendly, showed me 2 nails in my tire. The waiting area was very comfortable tho the efficiency of this location was impressive as I was on my way home under an hour.I highly recommend this location and I've been a Firestone customer for years.Thank you for the great experience.Service: Tires

Have purchased four tire for two different vehicles from this location in the past two years, one as recent as a month ago, to only find that they did not put the tires I ordered on one vehicle and the tires they did put on my daughters car didn t have the 50k warranty that the tires we ordered did. Then they didn t reset the tire pressure sensor. The other car the prices matched for us but then didn t price match the tire care package that we wanted and didn t tell us that we didn t have the package until we needed it. Then I left my truck with them on a Friday to have tire rotation and alignment done. Never heard from them until I stopped by the location on a Sunday, just to find out that they did not do any work that was scheduled. I had to take the truck home and then take time out of my day to bring it back to them for the work, to find out their alignment system was broken. Then when we really needed them to repair a tire on my wife s cars tire so she could make it to work the next day, my wife got upset when they told us we didn t have the tire care pack. They acted like it was our fault and we had no reason to be upset. The manager flipped out on her and told her to leave the store, that there were other tire shops in the area she could go to. It s amazing that this place is still in business.Service: Tires

I needed a starter for my Dodge Ram as soon as possible because I use my truck for work everyday. I called a few repair shoppes around town and no one had time to fix my truck. I called Steve at Firestone auto repair on Monday night and he told me to get it towed there the next morning and he will try his best to get it repaired by the end of the day. Sure enough Tuesday night I was able to pick it up and get on my way. This was a great experience for me for sure.
