DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I was told the vehicle we purchased had no issues what so ever. Not even 2 days after making the deal check engine light comes on so I contacted the dealership just to be told it's on me at this point and basically that they got over on me. After taking it to be looked at, I was shown that the dealership cleared all the codes the day we purchased the vehicle to make it look as though everything was fine to take my money! Needless to say I will be opening a case with Ford.

My visit to Essential Ford was an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Despite arranging an appointment, I was subjected to an absurd wait time of almost three hours for a simple oil change. It's incomprehensible how a dealership can disregard a customer's time so blatantly. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge an exorbitant $122.93 for an oil change on an F-150, which is highway robbery. The apparent disregard for both my time and finances was staggering, and I would urge potential customers to consider whether this is the level of service they would want to endure.I highly recommend supporting your local, independent shops where your business is valued, and service is both timely and fairly priced.Service: Oil change

Getting any service on my car can be extremely stressful. Jon KIEFFER made my experience very pleasant and stress free. He also quick in responding and returning calls, which is very comforting.

my engine light came on. there was extended warrenty on the tcm., of the transmission. went there to get it fixed. waited two days. i went back to pick my car. it was not fixed at all.as soon as i turned the ignition key, the engine light was still on. i did not want to argue. so i went home and called up the ford co. they made an appointment with another ford dealer. they were helpful.

I can't express how great this place has been from the moment I purchased the vehicle to the minor services provided. I had some minor interior cosmetics that needed replaced, Ben at time of purchase assured me he would get it in and deliver it to me. When the time came to take my vehicle home, they couldn't find my 2nd key. Ok no big deal, they can just mail it right? I live 4.5 hrs away so I was not planning to make the drive. I honestly didnt think that Ben would send me the parts that he said he would ordered. I have to say even when he was messaging to update me I was skeptical. Within 2 weeks the parts came in. The 2nd key fob was a little issue getting, there was no 2nd key made, so needed my vehicle and key to make the 2nd pair. I am a busy mom of 4 and have a tight schedule with travel sports and live 4.5 hrs away from there. Ben, went beyond and found a place close to me to get the key made and paid for it!! A minor hiccup that caused frustration but Ben and his team made it so easy and when he said he would take care of it he meant it!! Thank you Ben!!! Your the best!!

I will never be using this Ford location ever again. One of my company trucks went in to get a few bolts replaced and it has now been a month that the truck has been in the truck shop. They never call to give status of the vehicle then every time I call in no one ever answers. The worst I've ever dealt with. Avoid this place at all costs. You have better luck driving further to use a different Ford location.

1. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation didn't happen.2. Scheduled 30k mile service and all they did was an oil change.3. Scheduled a modem repair weeks in advance to ensure the right technician was available (according to the service rep). Dropped the vehicle as scheduled at 0730 and asked if the work would require a loaner or rental car. They stated no, the work would be done that day.. Had to call at 4pm to get a status and learned they hadn't touched it and planned to keep it. When we told them that wasn't how this works, we were met with excuses as to why the work wasn't done. We promptly arrived before they closed and rescued our vehicle. We'll drive an hour out of our way to avoid using this incompetent company. These 3 examples only started after the change in ownership from advantage Ford. to essential ford.

I am surprised with the comments about this place, since for me the experience is totally different Every-time I call for oil and change filter they give me an appointment at the days that I can get my cars there, they are kind and always looking to please us with our needs.

Customer care was horrible they didn't even act like they were interested in you I would never go to them again if they were the last Ford dealership in Florida
