Honest and fair. Knowledgeable and clear in explaining everything. Unfortunately, my Ram Promaster was too big for them to work on but I appreciated the time they took to diagnose the issue. A+ service.

I was recommended this transmission shop by another General auto service center. Dano and his wife are plesant, helpful and very customer focused. My 04 jaguar had a transmission issue which was fully repaired, to better than new. I highly recommend and endorse this shop and the team of Dano's. Thank you!

Dano's was referred to me by another shop and I am greatful for that. Carla at the front desk is very sweet and helpful. The work was done with expertise. Their price was very fair. I would take my vehicle back there if need be. Do not hesitate to go there.

Great place to have your transmission rebuilt if you want it done right. Dano was in constant communication, informing me of any issues, and exactly what he was doing. When it comes to a transmission you want it done right and Dano has a lot of knowledge when it comes to transmissions.

You will not find better people than Dano and Carla. We took my daughters car in for diagnosis and as feared she needed a transmission rebuild. They were upfront about every detail, provided wonderful communication the whole way and did a great job. Dano even fixed a broken oil switch that he noticed free of charge. I cannot recommend them enough. Much appreciated.Service: Transmission

This review is for "Dano's Transmissions" located on Buck Henry Way in Stuart FL. An actual HONEST shop!!! Not only is Dano's an honest shop but they do excellent work too. In addition to this Dano's went way above and beyond usual auto repair service to take care of my situation when I needed a fast repair. I really appreciate this tremendously and I wish all auto repair shops were as good as Dano's!

I have used dano's transmission shop twice now and can honestly say he is the best around. I haul a lot of weight for a living which is very hard on transmissions , but dano's rebuilt transmissions have lasted through very rigorous conditions. Dano and Carla were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done right!Service: Transmission

Was told there is a two week wait to have a diagnostic ran. They put me on the list and never called me back. What a joke, don t waste your time.

I had my Jeep Liberty, with well over 200,000 miles, in for transmission service and inspection last Oct. I have dealt with Transmission shops in the past and somewhat mechanical myself. I have been wanting to rate this shop and time has slipped by. I have to say that I was "seriously" impressed with their measure of expertise and professionalism. Dano took the time to explain the results of the time he spent with my auto and was very patient with my questioning. I absolutely would return to this Shop and Highly recommend others to do so...Auto still running strong....Thank you Dano's Transmissions

I don t normally post reviews but I had transmission issues with my street rod a few months ago and found Danos Transmissions. Had a complete rebuild done there at a fair price. They were honest from the start and fulfilled all expectations. Dano ABSOLUTELY knows his stuff when it comes to transmission repairs. I couldn t be happier with my whole experience. If you need ANY transmission work done, I would run, not walk to Danos. No need to look anywhere else.Service: Transmission

I m so glad I found Dano s Transmission. I called Monday morning and explained what was going on with my car and told them I was apprehensive taking it in because I needed my car within the next couple of days because my daughter had a surgery scheduled. She told me to bring it right in and they would take a look at it and come up with a solution so I would have my car. They overnighted my part and got my car back to me the next day even though they were booked solid. They went above and beyond and I couldn t be happier with the result. Thank you so much!!

Dano is very honest and he does exceptional work. We have had Dano work on several of our vehicles. His prices are very fair and I would recommend his shop for any type of transmission work. Trust Dano with your transmission needs. His attention to detail is excellent and he takes pride in his work.

You never want to have to use a transmission guy, it's too painful to think about, however Dano and his crew make me wish I always had transmission problems . They explain everything. I wish I could deal with them for all my mechanical needs. They are all so knowledgeable, from the friendly receptionist (who isn't just a pretty face to greet you, SHE KNOWS her stuff) to the mechanics. They are all a hard working crew and they are always FAIR and HONEST, I know you didn't think an honest mechanic existed! Go to Dano and your mind will be changed!

Had Dano and crew work on my Passat and they were very thorough. When the wrong torque converter was sent to them and my car had to sit there for quite a while, they were very patient and kind. They do very good work! Would recommend to anyone with transmission problems

I had my Nissan towed here and was fearing how much I would have to pay for a new transmission. When I called to make sure they had received my vehicle, the woman who took my call told me they'd taken the liberty of calling the dealership to see if I was covered under warranty, and I was. They communicated with the dealership several times to make sure I was taken care of rather than make money off of me. That honesty meant so much. Thank you guys.

Went there expecting to have a complete transmission rebuild, the unbelievably found the problem was a fuse and Dano, Joe pesci look alike,and great guy, his wife that runs the place is friendly knowledgeable a just as honest as the day is long. I highly recommend this shop. Five stars

Dano has been here for 20 plus yearsA lot of the car dealers that I spoke with in the past send a lot of their work to him.Dano knows what he's doing I was always take my transmission problems to him

you dont find many honest people anymore but i sure did went i meet Dano !! Ran diagnostics test on my silverado and found nothing wrong and there charge !!! WOW I will be back when any of my other fleet acts up and get a honest opinion . Thanks Dano

Very honest and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to help me. They never sold me ant work that wasn't necessary and even talked me out of expensive parts I didn't need when I was upgrading my truck. Highly recommend.
