I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Ken and the crew did a fantastic job restoring my vehicle s paint, in addition to being courteous, fair, and honest. I was just as impressed with their professional demeanor as I was with the finished product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you so much, Ken. I sincerely appreciate your work

Honestly I wish I could give this body shop negative stars. Do not take your vehicle to this place!!!! First let s start by the lack of communication. This shop had my truck for over 6 months. No courtesy updates on status or possible length of time it would take ..NOTHING!!! If I didn t call I wouldn t hear a word for weeks. That wasn t the worse part, the worse part was the unprofessional attitudes when I called to even inquire about my vehicle. Eventually when I did receive my vehicle, the work was atrocious and thats being generous. Honestly wish I would ve taken it anywhere else. Even after having my vehicle for so long it was still incomplete. I just conceded and took it with the written agreement that they would complete the work. It s almost been a year and still no word on the completion of the work. Countless times in this process I ve been told they would call me back and never and I mean never follow through with that. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Next step for me is the BBB this kind of business needs to be reported and handled appropriately.

Andy and his staff are real pros! I worked directly with Roberto and JP who were outstanding. They do awesome work and I would highly recommend them.

This place here is the real deal I dealt with Ken I believe is the owner and Roberto. I m sure there was more hands that had involved with fixing my truck but the work they do is absolutely hands-down the best I ve seen looks right from the factory not only was I in a crunch to get one of my work trucks done to be in a parade where no one else could see me. They took me in right away with I m sure 100 vehicles on the line. They helped me out immediately without even knowing me, and had me done at an amazing cost if you ever need anybody work done I m telling you these guys are absolutely amazing, me and my whole team at aquaman water treatment will all use them personally and for work vehicles. I will refer you to anybody.

I rarely take the time out to write reviews. In part is because of my busy schedule and I m also very picky and can always find an issue with the customer service or end results. However, Custom Auto Body left me speechless with the level of customer service, prompt and accurate repair, the use of only high end materials and paints. My story began about three weeks ago when my wife sustained damage to the rear bumper area of my Audi A7. When I reached out to the Audi dealership in Stuart, where my car gets regular service. I was advised that they did not have an in-house body shop but, would recommend the only body shop they used themselves. That s when I contacted Custom Auto Body. I dealt with Luis who was a true professional, highly knowledgeable and beyond efficient. Within one business day of me dropping my car off, Luis had a complete and detailed estimate ready to send. And shortly after I provided Luis with the claim number, the following day the adjuster signed off and Custom Auto Body started the work. Before completion I asked Luis to have his guy also do a complete paint restoration that I would pay for that myself. And all I could say is Wow!! The car looks as good as the day it drove off the dealer lot. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUIS AND CUSTOM AUTO BODY STAFF AND OWNER. IF I EVER NEED BODY WORK AGAIN, YOU CAN REST ASSURED CUSTOM AUTO BODY IS MY PLACE A++++++++!Service: Painting

Custom Auto has a team of professionals. I've had several vehicles in for work, most recently a full paint job on my 4Runner. The old adage "good things are worth waiting for" certainly rings true here. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received and will continue my business with them in the future, and I encourage you too as well!

**USE THIS BODYSHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! BE WARNED!**I brought in my pristine classic 2001 996 Turbo Porsche due to a ding in the front quarter panel and the door that I got in the Publix parking lot for a $1300 repair.When I dropped the car off, the owner and I did a walk-around to inspect for damage. There was none.I picked the car up and noticed immediately that they had broken my taillight. I went right back within 10 minutes and they made every claim that they possibly could that it was not their fault. First, "it must've happened when you left". Of course not! If it happened when I left, it would mean somebody would have rear-ended me, and they would be responsible. Next it was, "sun damage from through the years". Also no. This is a classic Porsche in pristine condition. It is 100% garage kept, with a cover over it in the garage. The car also had a complete service and inspection just before I dropped it off. The Porsche dealer said it, "it is possibly the cleanest 2001 Turbo he's ever seen".Custom Auto refused to take any responsibility and said they would "re-attach it somehow", which is just not good enough for me with a show-ready classic collector Porsche Turbo. Sorry!Next they didn't want me to wait in the office and tried to send me to the hot Florida sun, which I refused. I said if you want me out, call the police. Then one of the guys put his hands on me and I started videotaping, at which point he walked away.This was bad enough, but just so you understand the full treatment. I brought my car in Monday, and they told me I'd have it back the next day on Tuesday. On Tuesday it wasn't ready, and I was told it would be done on Wednesday by the manager. On Wednesday, I called and spoke to the manager, who told me that "we're backed up because of the storm a month ago. Your car will be done tomorrow." Well shouldn't they know that already and set proper expectations with their customers?Thursday comes and goes, and they promise me absolutely it will be done on Saturday. Surprise surprise, on Saturday it was not done and I picked it up today damage and all.Don't go here! They are not reputable nor trustworthy.Service: Body & Trim

Do not go to this place. The owner is a complete jerk that does not listen to anything. Because he's write about everything. So there's several other better shops. I am not using them call bullet experience. I'm trying to save anybody the trouble of having to deal with this tyrent of a man. Hope you find his way in life.

I had my bumper replaced and a ding removed. They did excellent work and have good prices. If I had to have auto body work done again, I would go back to them.

Reading all the reviews as of lately. Receptionist was telling me my car would be ready next week since end on July , we are now in September. Every time I call in there is a different story. We are now on month 3 and still no exact date of completion. Seems this auto center had a good reputAtion in the past but as of recent reviews and personal experience DO NOT RECOMMEND it. Still have yet to get my car back and I have to call weekly to get a different excuse from everyone and reason as to why 3 months later it is still not repaired . They do not value their clients time, business or money.

Was brought to this location by a friend who had work done.Dropped off the assessment on the 6th of December.Emailed on the 7th to confirm receipt of the assessment since no one responded.They emailed me on the 7th and we missed it. (That is my fault) it was to schedule an appointment for the 12th.Today is the 14th, 7 days later.We called the shop to see what the deal wasWhy if they reached out via email and received no response why they simply would not call, and if not right away, ok, after 7 days?We are sitting here waiting for someone to call us with an appointment.No parts ordered, no movement at all, just sitting on a job for 7 days with 0 customer contact.Roberto could literally not seem to care lessI politely requested to speak to JP the original gentleman I spoke to. He solidified the standpoint that the shop would take no accountability for the lack of standard professional operations, and doubled down on the "its busy, so you should expect to be treated outside normal decorum" attitude. He told me it was not unreasonable to not call a customer back after 7 days. I stated, "I am a professional and disabled veteran, Im intimate with being professional, on time, if you dont hear from someone, you do a follow up!?"At this point the young gentleman lost what small amount of business demeanor he had, he started yelling that he was a veteran also, losing all control, rasping and spitting into the phone about "saying that for advantage" and other accusations. It apparently being lost on him that the experience was used for context and that other people are indeed allowed to be veterans and reference their experience besides him.We had agreed to bring the truck in on the 26th, somehow through all that.However JP wanted to have the last word and say " I hope your attitude is better when you come in" to the customer.I responded, " lets hope you dont run your mouth to me in person"He said, "uoop y-y-youd better not, y-y-youd better just take your Business elsewhere."I guess JP doesnt like when people treat him how he wants to treat others.He cancelled the appointment and left the customer at square 1 after having the file and job since the 7thYet no phone call, no parts ordered, no follow up, none of these business tools are utilized here.Local guide 14 years3.9 million photo views1.7 million review helpfulsTo conclude, its a shame when people cannot be accountable.We did miss an email, that is my fault I am accountable for that.They reached out to a customer after planning vehicle repair and a referral, by email, did not receive a response and thought that was normal, and made no attempts to reach out or contact after 7 days, made no efforts forward on the actions we agreed on in person, with an assessment in hand, no parts ordered. Made no effort to say, "hey you know what, thats not really cool." They could not take their 50..This is where the disagreement liesNo accountabilityUnacceptable

Can't say enough positive things about the team at Custom Auto.I was skeptical at first as my new custom finish Audi is still under warranty. BUT - awesome customer service and attention to detail. I am OCD about my cars to a fault. They were very understanding and accommodating!! Excellent work and the paint was same as factory finish and ready for PPF replacement.I highly recommend Custom Auto. Ask for Ken Jeacoma - when you contract with them you get their personal cell numbers.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Second time using Custom Auto Center for body work and I would not use anyone else. There professionalism is outstanding and their work is second to none. They beat the other estimates I received and finished on schedule as promised. My Camaro looks amazing and to top it off they detailed the inside and outside of the vehicle after completing the job. I still have not picked up my car so I do not know how the work is yet. I dropped my car off a week ago and they guaranteed it would be done on Thursday sept 1st 2022. I called aug 31 to confirm it would be still done, since I was traveling up for the day to pick up my car and they assured me it would be . I called today on sept 1 when getting in town at 230 pm and they did not know what i was talking about because the person that handles my job was off today, the gentleman i spoke to went on to say he would look into it and get back to me. I recieved a phone call from a woman at 430pm saying bluntly that my car would not be ready till Friday bet 3 and 4pm. I said that i was promissed today and that is unacceptable , she said that Roberto may have promised that but he is not here, I asked if he represted the company, she did not answer and then put me on hold and never came back. I called several times and know one answered. This is by far the worst customer service I have seen,she was very disrespectful, no follow through and they have no conscious or at least that woman did not. We will see what type of work they do. I hope it is better than there customer service. If you use them don't rely on anything they tell you. Good luck. I will write another review after I get my car, maybe they will reimburse my travel expenses for mis leading me to be able to pick my car on Thursday. Unfortunately I leave on vacation Friday morning, was going to use the car but now I cannot , i wont be back till after laborday weekend. Plan B NOW AT 430PM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! by the woman. , she needs another job. She negatized me so much that I wrote this review.Also when I looked up the company on sunbiz the corporation does not appear to be registered in the state of Florida. Don't try and bring you car in. They don't need your business. I've been trying to get some paint work done here and they just blew me off for another month. The guy on the phone said "yeah, you and a hunderd others have been waiting." I'll take my business elsewhere to someone that will appreciate it!

I want to give a Shout out to Custom Auto Center. They really went above and beyond. I was going to have my car repaired there They helped even get me into a rental car with all the stress going on. Even though my car was not able to be repaired because it was declared a total loss because of all their help with the extras I give them 5 stars and if I know anyone that needs body work will send them your way. "Andy", the owner of Custom Auto Center made the experience of trusting them with my new 19 RAM 1500 amazing! Immediately upon entering through the door Andy welcomed me and asked what he could help me with. I explained to him that I was looking to get my painted mirror caps put onto my RAM to replace the chrome ones that it came with. Andy quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled me the next day to have them installed. The entire transaction was excellent and his body shop guys do a great job. I will deff be back for any future body shop needs.

My Volvo s side mirror covers were faded and looked awful from sun damage. I took the car to Custom Auto and was quoted a fair price. They did a fantastic job in just one day - looks brand new. Highly recommend this company. Very professional. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely the best around. Bobby and his crew are complete professionals and do first class work. And, of most importance, you can trust them completely. I would never take my car anywhere else.
