Couldn t have been a better experience! Joe and Travis were super helpful and courteous. My truck ended up looking exactly the way I imagined. I got a small lift and new tires and the final product turned up perfect. There were some challenges getting the front lift installed, but the guys reached out to the manufacturer to get some insight and ultimately got the whole thing installed flawlessly. I m sure there was a little cussing. Highly recommend CTM. Beside being a competent custom shop, they support great charities. A great asset for our community!1-16-24 update: just had my second truck lifted with some new, more meatier tires, too. I ll echo my previous review with the same sentiments. What a great shop! Worth every penny to have the best get the job done right the first time. Travis was my advisor again and he had the same great attitude and always was wearing a smile. A+ and highly recommend again. You won t go wrong with them.

CTM came highly recommended and now I know why. Matt and Jon took great pride in the work they performed on my RV. They were especially helpful in recording their instructions for me so that I could reference the videos in the future. They were professional yet spoke to me at my knowledge level.

Professional, knowledgeable - a great motivated teamTravis and his colleagues were very helpful with my build. They didn t push any particular brand but had good knowledge of the manufactures that they felt would be the best fit for the goals i had in mind. Technicians did a great job and also inspected systems associated with build and gave their recommendations - never came across as pushing or exaggerating. Highly recommended!

I just want to thank the guys at CTM Customs for installing my new wheels, Tires, Leveling kit and Ready lift upper control arms. In the months leading up to the install I did a lot of research of different build shops and this one by far exceeds my expectations. I first called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Travis who was very informative and answered all my questions. I did indeed have lots of questions, This was a big investment for me. If anyone is looking for a custom shop that tailors to customers needs and actually cares about there customers this is the place to go. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE GUYS AT CTM CUSTOMS.

This is my second upgrade I have made to the 2020 Leisure Travel Van Unity with CTM Customs.In 2023 we installed a Solar Package. We then spent 4 months out west camping. 33% of the time we were "Boondocking" Amazing views every evening ( Views of the Milky Way will knock your socks off) This was money well spent.2024 we just installed the "Rock & Roll Package" on the LTV. Can't wait to get back out on the road with this upgrade.Matt and his team are amazing. The CTM crew put together an awesome performance and off road package for my new Gen 3 Ford Raptor. They were transparent, knowledgeable, and executed it very well. I m super pumped. There some big brand companies out there that charge over 2 times the amount for the exact same package (#Volocirapor). Well done! Thanks Matt, Travis, and crew.CTM-Raptor-X !!

CTM customs is awesome. Friendly staff that will take their time to explain everything to you and all your options. Bobby, Travis, Pat and the rest of the team are all knowledgeable and make sure your ride is completed professionally. I ve taken 2 different vehicles there for custom modifications and have been very pleased with there work.

We checked out several shops and chose to work with CTM. They did a great job taking our stock 13 blue JK to another level. Everything happened in the time they stated and the process was very professional (I don t get to say that often).I ll be bringing in our Corvette for some customization soon, I obviously recommend them.

I had a great experience at CTM! From ordering parts, communication, service, and even pick up CTM was a joy to deal with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the showroom has so many samples, there is a comfortable waiting area. I can t say enough good things about these people and this place. I look forward to all my future auto accessory needs being completed here.

CTM installed a leveling kit on my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 4x4 and installed a Roll N Lock bed cover. The work was done to perfection. The communication was outstanding.

Great job installing my snorkel, but even better was the install of my new ball joints and axle seals. Now the front end is better than factory.UPDATE: The crew at CTM just keeps on doing great work, my new eLocker went as smooth as silk. Thanks to CTM.

Porky assisted me in the purchase of my lift, with wheel setup for my brand new gladiator. Very thorough with the whole transaction and gives it to you straight so when your vehicles completed you don t feel like you spent too much or too little. Can trust him and his team 100% and will recommend everyone to him . Thanks again guys !

CTM exceeded my expectations on my Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara! They did an awesome job with the lift, tires, rims, new step bar, toe hitch and naming her! I could be happier!

Like many others in S. Fla. I researched like crazy to find the right shop for my JKU.... and boy did I find the RIGHT one !! CTM has it together big time...from beginning to end re-gearing, front axle gussets, Teraflex ball joints, wheel bearings, 20" Fuel wheels, along with a new set of Milestar Pat 37's it's been a joy working with Matt and Travis to get it done ON TIME !! Ecstatic about the entire process, anything more to be done to my Sahara in the future I know where I'm going !!

I had my Cadillac lifted by this company maybe 5 months ago now I need an axle installed the owner told me they are not installing any parts unless they're aftermarket or they will do ball joint shocks brakes of that stuff of that nature but they will not do an axle which will take them about an hour I was told if I touch my truck or alter any parts it would void any warranty so how the hell am I supposed to get my truck fixed I would highly recommend second guessing using this company to have your stuff lifted because they won't do anything else for you and they only do a new vehicles BS they do not maintain as they advertise they do

Roush suspension, upgraded intercooler, wider wheels and tires. Reasonable labor rates and no noticable up charges on materials. Happy with the work and customer service.

Toyota 4Runner TRD OR premiumAfter looking at many other rigs that have been tricked out, modified and updated by CTM customs I figured it was time to let them work on mine. Even though my 4Runner is relatively new, I wanted to start getting it ready for adventure and I really liked the work these guys do.Pros:- Excellent customer service - they take the time to figure out what works for your needs. Excellent communication through the whole process- Workmanship - excellent workmanship, made everything look OEM, great wiring, and looks clean- Advice - called me every time they wanted to change something and it was always for the better.- Side note - seem genuinely interested in the community and love the prayer they share each day on IG. I needed new tires for my RAM 1500 and Joe was outstanding to deal with. I wanted other modifications done to the truck but was unable to. Instead of going through with it Joe made calls and asked around the shop to try and get it done but at the end it would of resulted in a rough ride. I appreciate the time, effort and honesty that CTM provided instead of charging me for something they knew in the long run I wouldn t be happy with. Thanks again guys keep up the good work and will be bringing the truck back soon.

I do not have a Google account so I am writing this review via my wife's account. In any case, my experience with the folks at CTM custom has been 5 stars from day one. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and they truly value your business. As I said, from day one they treated me like a long time friend. No matter who I dealt with, everyone was very courteous and eager to make my experience with them enjoyable. All their products and work were delivered on time and exactly as promised. Awesome customer service! I ve had several custom parts installed by CTM recently and the whole process went very smooth. They take the time to explain everything involved in the installation and answer any questions you have. Also very affordable prices for custom work being done on your vehicle. I ll recommend them any chance I get!
