My rims were chipped up from when they replaced the tires. And one of the sensors was damaged also. Now I have to pay more to fix the chips. It s a 2022 and this was the first tire change.

Very disappointed in their service. Brought the truck in for multiple repairs paid a $300 diagnostic fee and they did not even give me a correct list of repairs. Had new transmission lines installed and now they are been leaking very bad again. When they jacked up the truck they could not get it on the lift due to how low it was so they jacked it up by the control arms and destroyed the truck allayment. Was told the brake issues needed a whole new brake module and actually it only needed the emergency brake hooked up. They did not go through the truck and do what they said they were going to do. Tried to talk to them and figure it out and have them fix it. Ain't got nothing but attitude and blank stares. Very disappointing using this company will never use them again if they can't work on Lowered vehicles that don't take them in.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

5 star experience across the board! From the evaluation to the quote to the service itself! This is the best shop I've ever dealt with.Services performed: all new tires, rotors, breaks, and an oil change. They won't get you for things you don't need or want and the prices are drastically more affordable then others around. I had 3 other estimates for the same work all much higher.Highly recommended!!!

I am so impressed by the compassion and kindness of Tony who is a mechanic at Crowne! As a recent widow I was struggling to deal with the car problems that my husband had taken care of for the last 35 years. I m thankful that God put Tony in my life at the right place in the right time and I was able to find an honest car repair shop in this new season I m in. I feel that the owner and mechanics at Crown auto repair on Cove Road aren t looking to take advantage of me but are there to help with the things I can highly recommendServices: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Professional staff, knowledgeable and efficient. I hired Crown to replace my catalytic converter for my 2009 G37 Infinity. They had the job done quickly and for a fair price. I'm happy with their services.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

An all-around great experience! We have been looking for a mechanic that we can trust to help maintain our vehicles over time. Not only was Todd overly honest and open about present and future options, the staff members were also with warm friendly service. I recommend to family and friends if you are looking for great service at the most competitive price. Thank you for taking such pride in your work, it shows.

I received excellent service from Crown Car Care during my first experience with this company. My father has been using them for years and recommended them. I was made aware of some safety issues with my car and after Rich s excellent work I notice a huge difference in the way my car rides. I know I am driving a much safer vehicle now. Also Rich was very patient answering the numerous questions I asked him. Highly recommend this company (Cove Road location).

I had an excellent experience at Crown Car Care on Cove Road. I spoke to Mike and told him what we needed to have done. He gave me a call back after looking into the issues and gave me a reasonable price. He was able to complete the work in one day. He also gave us a military discount since my husband had been in the service. I usually am hesitate to have someone else work on our vehicles but would trust Crown Car Care on Cove Road.

I can't say enough about these guys! This business runs like a well oiled machine! Brook couldn't be more accommodating. His Customer Service skills are top notch. He makes every one feel like a valued customer, no matter what service is being done or what kind of car you have. As a woman on her own, it's so easy to get B.S.'ed by a mechanic. Not only are they honest and reasonably priced, there's been a time I went in for something and they said "it just needed a little adjustment, no charge." Whutwhuttt? FYI (They accepted the cookies I brought to them later) I won't go anywhere else with my vehicle needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car here after having battery trouble, after autozone told me my battery and alternator were both good and it was most likely an electrical issue... I showed up at crown care like 20 min before close thinking i'd probably just leave my car overnight. Brooks Williams the General Manager helped me, he was amazing, the most friendly car dude i've ever met. I could tell this dude loves what he does. He is super knowledgeable, and put everything into terms I could understand while he figured out what exactly was going on with my car. Turns out my battery was in fact bad, and under warranty at autozone, he called his guy at autozone and told him he was sending us back and to take care of us. Ive never had such a positive experience at a mechanic shop, i feel like this guy truly helped me, where as in the past in my experience i have usually feel taken advantage of when it comes to dealing with mechanic shops. Brooks was so easy going and helpful and made my stressful car situation stress free, he left me better than he found me and i think that is really awesome. This guy deserves a raise. as long as i live in the area i will take my car to crown car care.Service: Battery

Went to this shop and requested that the transmission pan gasket be replaced on my 98 Camaro as it was leaking transmission fluid. I was told it was a difficult job and would take 8 hours labor. I followed up with "just to replace the gasket on a transmission pan?" I was told yes. I went to another shop and labor was 1.5 hours which included a complete flush and new gasket. I definitely will not be going back to this shop.

I had an oil change and sensor replaced on 9/30/20. I asked for and was charged for a specific premium synthetic oil and filter.I just had a chance to look at the filter and noticed that the same cheap filter that was on my jeep when I went in there was still on my car now. Same name and model #. Not only is the incorrect filter on my car compared to what I paid for but now I don't trust that the expensive oil was even put in the car.I also asked for a throttle body sensor to be installed.(I had the part from Jeep) They charged me $105. labor for installing this. (If you know Jeeps then you know it's 2 screws and all of 10 minutes to install) I understand I would have to pay labor but this seems a bit extreme. Not having the correct oil filter that I was charged for is extremely upsetting.I don't think this is an honest repair shop and would like a refund for the oil change as I don't believe it was ever done. The same filter I went in with is still on my car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They have always done the right thing regarding any of my family's vehicles. Whether it's a battery emergency, checking out the air conditioning, mounting some tires or just putting on some wipers to make it safely to the airport in a rainstorm. Trust is something I don't take lightly but going there or sending someone there for whatever reason is because of trust and the fact they can fix cars and or trucks.

They always keep my cars running at their best. They explain what needs to be done and give me options when they can. I have been using Todd and his team at Crown Car Care for over 10 years and I will not use anyone else. The Cove road shop is very convenient and the guys there are great.

I moved from Jupiter to Stuart 3 years ago and first used Crown Car Care s Stuart location for an oil change on my 2010 Ford Escape. I now live in Port St. Lucie but I continue making the drive down to Crown because they are that good and that trustworthy. Mike Fiorenza, who manages the Stuart location, is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all trustworthy. Many thanks to Mike and his outstanding staff for taking care of my emergency and getting me back on the road in short order. Forever grateful!

Dropped by twice with small issues, one they fixed for $20 (installed new connector for the battery) the other Mike applied some lube (for free) until I could get the money for the repair. For replacing 3 belts they asked for $158. Pep Boys wanted $284 and others were more than 300. Very professional place, has a "big dealership" service dept. feel but small-town/nieghborly friendly attitude. There is a older friendly guy up front and often Mike - both are great. Their service mechanics know what they are doing and you get personal care; if a "clunk or thunk" is involved - often a mechanic pops out when you drop off the car for you to point out exactly what you are worried about. And they did not make me feel like an idiot, explained everything very professionally. I always worry about being female and just getting ripped off (experience) - not happened here. They are very fair, friendly and helpful. Top service for a low price - just wish I had found them sooner!

Went to have my alternator replaced. Estimate was three times less than what it turned out to be. My ac did not work after they installed the alternator but it worked when I brought vehicle in. The engine cover had none of the tabs put back in place. The flap underneath engine was dragging when I got home and had to buy a new one. My car has been leaking power steering fluid ever since so they obviously punctured a hose somewhere I m the pump for that and punctured my radiator as well. I would not go here if it was the last place on the planet. No ASE certified mechanics. They operate like a circus. Never ever ever again. I have spent so much money fixing what they screwed up when it only needed an alternator replaced. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

We cannot say enough good things about the folks here! We were told we had an issue at another shop that required repair. We left our car with Crown Car Care fully expecting a call to tell us how much it would be. The call came and it was a first for us...they told us there was NOTHING wrong, come pick up your car, no charge. Never in my 50 years has that happened. Our entire family will only bring our vehicles here for repairs. They are totally trustworthy...and that's a rare thing these days.

Had an issue with my Tow Dolly. It came off the hitch due to some bolts being left loose at a repair shop. I had minimal tools with me, but did get them a little tighter. Went to 3 places before I was directed to Crown Car Care. Todd understood I was traveling and could not leave it, but needed help now. He immediately talked with his technician, Rick, and the 2 of them replaced the bolts, rewired my broken light cord and had me back on the road in a little more than an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and concern for my situation. Thanks to both Todd and Rick.

A big thank you to Mike Woodberry, the GM at Crown Car Care in Stuart. My 2011 Prius had almost no brakes so I took it to Crown Car Care yesterday. All the lights pertaining to brakes, ABS, etc. were lit on my dash and the brakes were very spongy. I thought it might have been because I drove through some fairly deep water during the recent flooding we had. As it turned out, I needed front and rear brake pads but that was not the biggest problem. Mike called me to let me know that the master cylinder and the brake booster were bad. $2000, apx.. Thankfully, he took the initiative to call the local Toyota dealership and learned that these parts were covered under an extended warranty by Toyota because of a known defect. Today my car is at the dealership having the parts replaced with new, factory parts at no cost to me. I would not have known these were covered if it had not been for MIke taking the time to call the dealership and then me because there wasn't any recall on these parts.

Satisfied with all the repairs to my Ford Excursion truck. It s a 2001 and somewhere a small leak. Water was getting in and triggering an electrical connection when the truck was off causing my battery to drain low and die. Todd Harris figured out a cheaper way to cover the part getting wet to solve my problem. Zero issues since! Thank you, Crown Car Care for always being honest and quick with service.

Everyone is extremely nice there. I drove my truck in for a 5 hour labor job I was told. My truck was suppose to b done at 5:30 I arrived at 3:30 and didn't mind waiting. I was told by mechanic that he was getting ready to put it back together that would be 2 hrs plus 1 hr to remove part if that. My price was$400. but since another part was broke it went to$850. I said fine I just need my truck for work. Then the price jumped another $850 that would be $1,700. since my truck was not done by 7:30 I had to make arrangements for a ride the wkend. So I started researching the part that jumped it up another$450. Would only have cost$90. after market part. A better part for said vehicle at the most would have been$150. how they were going to charge me another$300. in labor??? So point is I drove my truck in and towed it out to another mechanic. I'm not even going to post what destroyed my drive shaft. Now at another shop my cost is only $800. for part and labor total or I could of been charged $1,700 also was told part would b in sometime in June. I found the part a high quality one and shipped in 4 days. Rent a car 1.5 wks would of been going back for more work but not after this disaster.
