Mike Z great salesman. The service department is terrible. They had my 2024 camper for three weeks. I had a water leak a part for the refrigerator and my bedroom AC freezing up. I would make phone calls almost daily because no one would call me. After explaining the AC issue to us we picked up the camper. Hooked up the waterline water was still leaking inside,piece in the fridge to install still in the fridge. I was told my missing keys were put on the floor of the entrance absolutely not no keys. I will take any work to a local authorized repair shop

The dealership is outstanding to purchase from. Also excellent service and parts.I will never buy an RV from anyone but Fla Outdoors in Stuart.

I took my fifth wheel trailer into Florida outdoors to have some severe hail damage repair done. They did a thorough evaluation of the damage and submitted a claim to my insurance company. Although there was a couple of missteps in ordering parts, they finally received the right parts and completed the repair. I was very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. The service and parts department worked diligently to make sure everything was done right and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

From the Owner Steve Shapiro to the GM Thomas Adams and everyone in between are all liars at this place. They took over from Florida Outdoors RV and we were lied to since day one. This was a good place to work, key word was. What a shame.

If I could give negative stars I would. By the far the worst company I've ever worked for! Every employee is constantly fighting for they're pay. Customers get old parts buried under years of dust because they can't even get parts, but theyre charged full price! I could on and on but what's the point! If you do business with this company your asking for a headache! SMH nothing but crooks!

Beware of FL Outdoors for service. If we could give a negative it would be -100. We brought our RV in Oct 2, 2022 for a water leak to the lift area from the hail storm. It is practically brand new bought off the lot from Mesa RV few years earlier. Hence all else is in tip top shape. After multiple management changes and several months of excuses we waited and waited for repairs. At the end of 6 months then 8 months then 12 months of poor workmanship, turnovers we inspected our rv to find the generator, batteries do not work, have not been charged over 6 months, so the pull out won t slide out and FL Outdoors doesn t want to claim or repair it. Today they said the company is bought out and is charging us $50.00 a day for storage!!!!!! Our ins co says if we take it off the lot we take responsibility. The only time FL outdoors called was for another check from ins. They received over $30,000 from our Ins directly we notified the ins. they stopped further payments.This has been a nightmare we haven t been able to travel with out RV. A hearing is coming up with the state. Praying

Tried to develop a relationship and failed . Paid Premium for repairs , tipped cash and very disappointed. I knew something was up when they couldn't figure out my fuel gauge . Literally couldn't be a simpler set up . Paid twice for roof repairs and was told I "would be good for at least a year ". The next day went to a local 5 star RV shop because they went from 20 hours of labor on my roof to 35 so what could a second opinion hurt ? The guy went on my roof and was holding up my membrane that wasn't attached in multiple places. I must repeat this was the next day and 3 miles down the road . Just sick I spent my money here and not a local shop that deserves it .

Bill has this dealership running like a good business should!!! In the rv world you never hear about a good dealer for after sale service but I can tell you, if you need a rv fixed Bill at Florida Outdoors will make you smile. Thanks to all the guys and gals for keeping us on the road!!!

If you have any sense and a pulse you will stay clear from this business. The entire service department and parts quit due to the smoke and mirrors they represent. If you are employed here or a customer here you have given up on life

Looking for help deciding what to do with our 2017 Forest River Wildwood, I worked with Shane Lemley, and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, not a pushy sells man. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had. If you are on the fence about purchasing or selling, you should seek him out at Florida Outdoors RV here in Stuart.

I have to give a big shout out to Austin and the amazing staff!! Austin went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and even called us on his day off!! This was our first camper purchase and they made it a great experience! I would highly recommend Florida Outdoors RV. Thanks Austin we will definitely be back.

They got my jacks down and my slides out... it didn t cost me an arm and a leg.. and the entire service department is filled with very nice people... I have found a place to service my RV and I can walk away with a smile.... Thanks Bill, Andrea, and Chad.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE with these folks! My wife and I had been searching for an RV for a couple of months and had made contact with a few of the "Big Name" RV dealers here in Florida and just getting someone to call back or answer questions about a certain unit was almost impossible. I ended up talking with Manuel about a Kodiak unit that i saw on their website and asked for few simple pictures and received them within a few minutes and he answered all my questions prior to us making a drive up. The unit was clean and Manuel gave us a full walk through and explained and showed us that all the functions worked and assured us that anything that needed attention would be addressed prior to purchase. During our visit Manuel showed us some other units as well with zero pressure or making us feel like he was trying to up-sell us. The entire staff there from Toi, the awesome finance lady, to Alex in the service department, all made the buying experience a simple easy transaction and knowing that my RV can be serviced there for just about anything made the deal even better! We purchased an RV from Florida Outdoors and we had quite a few requests within the purchase including a number of work items and related issues we had done to the coach, often in my experience, this is where you find out who you are doing business with . There were times throughout the purchase process where they could ve dropped the ball, but they kept striving to make sure that we were happy customers .Well based on the entire experience from purchase process to service etc in my opinion, Steve and the entire team really earned 5 stars here, they went the extra mile . WE WISH HAPPY AND SAFE CAMPING TO ALL

We visited a few dealerships looking at different travel trailer models to see what we liked best. When we arrived at Florida Outdoors we were greeted by friendly faces and an adorable 4 legged greeter. There was not a salesman available so Wayne the GM offered to show us some bunkhouse units. He was friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. We decided to purchase a coach and Wayne and Toi worked to make things as easy as possible. The walk through went smoothly and concerns were addressed. Our new travel trailer was delivered promptly. We experienced a few issues on our first trip out but they have been addressed. I highly recommend Florida Outdoors.

I am highly disappointed with the poor service I am receiving from this dealer. I purchased my second brand new 5th wheel from them. Now, due to improper installation and them not honoring their warranty they sold me, I am going to have no choice but to sue them for a lemon. I went 20 days without them even communicating with me as a customer. They never call back. They treat me like I m a bum. Well, we will see who is laughing at the end of the day when they have to pay my lawyer and buy back the rv. Before I go to the extent of suing, I have already spoken to a news reporter who is going to air a story on them and how badly I am being treated. Meet with the reporter this Thursday. Good luck Florida Outdooors. The rain is coming.

Yesterday Joel was super helpful in his professional approach to diagnosing a problem with my lithium battery and then was able to clearly explain the issues, and then processed a warranty replacement with the Manufacturer, Dometic who was quite responsive as always and willing to send me a new battery. I love my two Dometic Freezers which are actually quite reliable. I am so glad that Florida Outdoors is here for me. I also met up with Daniel in Sales and Chris in Parts , Everyone at Florida Outdoors that I spoke with on site showed their genuine interest in helping me. Thank You!!

Can not say enough about the people and the service here. Brought our Thor Miramar 34.1 class A in for a variety of service challenges along with some rear body work needed.Bill in service was helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our needs. He took the time to explain items needed and offered great suggestions along the way to help this new RV owner. I had all new captains chairs, dinette and theatre seating installed and they did a fabulous job.Chris was equally helpful with our bodywork needs. His guy had to go old school with some of our parts as they no longer were available and they came out great.After picking up the rig, loading it and heading up north we immediately had some challenges with our bedroom slide out. When I called Bill several times he calmed me down, walked me through the process and helped me trouble shoot the issue. A true learning experience for me and a great way to secure a customer for life!Thank you Bill, Chris and the entire team for all you did to resolve our issues and allow us to enjoy out trip to Cape Cod. See you in the fall.

If we can rate Florida Outdoors RV more than 5 stars we would. We had an amazing experience purchasing our new 2020 Forest River Forester with our awesome sales person, Brandon. Not only was he the coolest & friendliest guy, he was so knowledgeable & patient when we asked a million questions (sometimes the same questions 3 times). He took his time with us, worked with our tight schedule and had our RV ready for our 1200 mile trip. Also, our technician Chris was beyond helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of our Forester. He also was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. When we realized we had a slight issue, he immediately fixed it for us & we were able to hit the road right away. We highly recommend checking out Florida Outdoors RV if you re looking to purchase a new or used RV! :)

Shane and the consignment sales team did a great job. This is the second RV that they have sold for me in the past 3 years. The price we agreed upon was 10% more than that proposed by the "big" dealers. From dropping the unit off for sale and receiving my check was only a couple of weeks. The entire process was smooth and effortless. I highly recommend Florida Outdoors RV and will be using them again should I decide to purchase or sell another RV in the future

We purchased our first RV in 2013, a Keystone Fusion. Since then we have purchased two other campers from them. We have always been treated very kindly by everyone that we came in contact with. Any time we had service problems we would call them and they would get us in quickly. Our problems were always completed in a timely manner and the service people would call us if there were any hold ups waiting for parts. We just purchased our third camper and we were wondering if they were going to be as they were before and they were just as professional and kind as always. We really enjoy working with Mark who was our salesman for every purchase. We call Mark for any concerns about our camper and he goes out of his way to help us. We recommend Florida Outdoors to all of our friends or People that we meet on our camping trips. We have always been very happy and will continue to do business with these people.

I went to FL Outdoors RV for service for our trailer. The service manager Amy was exceptional in communication and resolving my issues and building trust for future services. All service was under warranty and done within a couple of days.

Excellent service with new service team! We bought our Thor Outlaw a little over a year ago from Florida Outdoors RV. While they had some issues with a prior service team, the new service team of Frank and Andi make you feel taken care of. They go to the ends of the earth to get warranty and recall items resolved.We've used our RV heavily for transport for our business, and have broken a few things. They were fair on pricing -- and also got them fixed in a timely manner. They've been on top of communications throughout the whole process.John, who heads up the Tech department, is exceptional. He's knowledgeable, professional and just a real pleasure to work with. I wouldn't trust our RV to anyone else.

We purchased a 2019 Keystone Bullet travel trailer two years ago from Stuart but we have it serviced in Okeechobee. First off, we love the trailer, it really works for us. We brought the trailer into Okeechobee Service for the second year warrantee inspection and service. We are very happy with the Service program under Travis. He worked with us on when we needed the trailer back for our scheduled fun times. He made an assessment of the trailer, we took it home, brought it back when the parts were there. That worked for us. The final work on the trailer was excellent. Much attention to detail and it is as if we have a new trailer now. Travis is very knowledgeable and guided us on the best way to maintain our trailer. He was hands on and managed the process through out, we could not be happier.

We could not be happier with our experience at Florida Outdoors RV Center. The warmth, quality and ethic demonstrated by all throughout the sales, technical and financial process was exceptional, The same can be said regarding their after sales follow-up and support. Our RV Consultant, Mark Clemente, worked tirelessly to make sure our experience was not only successful, but enjoyable, too. This is a special place. These are special people. I highly recommend them when considering an RV for yourself. You won't regret it. These guys are the best!

We purchased our Thor Windsport in August of 2018 a it was a great experience with the sales staff. On the service side I really appreciate working with John on getting the punch list items addressed in a timely manner. Their streamlining of the warranty and repair process should be the model all service departments use. It's very helpful getting written feedback regarding each of my concerns on the invoice along with a walk down of the repairs. Overall I see the process being more efficient and with better overall results. Please keep up the good work.

They treat you like family here! We just bought an RV from Craig Chesler. He's a warm, low key guy, no pressure, very attentive to your needs. John the service tech was equally wonderful, taking me through the learning process at a relaxed pace. This team is thorough -- you can tell they care. Wayne the manager was ready to re-open the parts area after hours when he heard I wanted some small items. You're in good hands here.
