Five stars are not enough. Really great experience and excellent job repairing my car. John is a great guy! He spent a lot of time looking over my car and informing me of how he was going to fix it and kept me in the loop the entire time. The front office staff was very nice and answered all my questions. These folks are really, really good at what they do. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to detail and they had my car done right on time. Fantastic shop. Do not hesitate to call them. Thank you!

I brought my employer s 2010 Rolls Royce Ghost in for repairs to the rear passenger door. Not only did John give me professional service and a quick estimate, he was able to have the repairs completed faster than originally quoted and in new condition! We were referred to Certified Collision Experts through the process of filing a claim with State Farm insurance after my husband hit a deer.When my husband went to pick up the car after a little more than a week (which was less than the 2 week timeline they had told us to expect), he found out they had tried to call him to tell him it would be another day or so but had the wrong number on file.What kept this from being a negative experience were their next steps. They provided my husband with a rental car free of charge for those extra days that were not anticipated. They also communicated with us about what time the car would be ready a couple of days later. And when I showed up a little early to pick up the car for my husband, they were responsive to my being in a hurry in between appointments - working hard to move up the expected pick up time so that I could exchange cars within my tight deadline window.And the work on the car was excellent as well. Our 2011 car's front end is like new again!

I ve used this body shop before which is why I chose them again, my prior experience was mediocre but not many options in Martin county. I brought my car in 3 weeks ago for an estimate, came to drop the car off 3 weeks later and they never bothered to check availability of the parts until after I ve dropped off my car and gotten a rental. The shop had plenty of time to source the parts or move my appointment. Delays happen, but this place is disorganized, and has no issue inconveniencing a customer. I asked both the office staff and a technician why no one called to check on parts, I was told they don t bother until after the car is dropped off for the appointment. I voiced my concern and got an attitude, when I called out the tech on his lack of customer service and organizational skills I got nothing but attitude and the conversation went right downhill. They have wasted both my time and money. They also told me that the insurance only covers part of the damage (not my insurance company) and that I have to pay out of pocket for some of the labor, because their rate is so high progressive won t pay what they charge, so the guy who s car got hit, has to pay out pocket on top of the other drivers deductible and the insurance payment. Poor experience all around, I couldn t have asked for worse customer service.Service: Body & Trim

I can t say enough about this family owned company. They have worked on all my cars for many years. But the experience I recently had w/ them was amazing. After a 6 yr repair that went bad for no reason on one of my cars causing it to leak into the trunk. Nothing could have been done to prevent. W/out hesitation They were willing to repair w/ out charge. They truly stand by their work. I can t express the stress they took off my shoulders. They USED to be great. My recent experience with this business was BEYOND bad. They were to paint and repair bumper in 3 days. So, I was really upset when the receptionist called to "off handidly" explain that my new bumper arrived damaged, and they would have to keep my car another 9 days! The best part was, she said they couldn't guarantee the 2nd bumper would arrive NOT damaged. When I told them it would cost me more for the rental car than the repair would cost, they told me since they felt they couldn't make me happy, I should take my car elsewhere. Well I did. Had great repair for $325.00 less!! After doing business for approximately 14 years with these people this is how I was treated. ...they don't deserve a 2nd look. Shop around!!!!!!!! ( Cost me 250.00 for the rental car..for NOTHIING. VERY BAD BUSINESS

GOOD PEOPLE!Overall a very pleasant experience. We found the staff friendly, efficient and were totally pleased with the finished outcome. A professional business to be sure.While our new Lexus SUV was not damaged, we were recommended for their new Ceramic Coating Service to protect the paint and surfaces against the harsh Florida Sun and weather.Dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday. Car was prepped then ceramic finish was applied and then cure baked over the weekend in their paint "clean room" free from dust and contaminants. The finished product was perfect.Due to our initial experience we are returning for the addition of a transparent road-chip film applied to the front areas prone to damage, which will also be ceramic coated prior to a mega road-trip tour of the US & Canada over the next two years.With the price of new cars so outrageously expensive the cost to protect and maximize resale value was reasonable.

Certified Collision goes above and beyond! Brought my car in to fix the rear bumper. They quoted me a week's time for repairs...and it was ready in 4 days. Not only that, they washed, waxed, and vacuumed the car! The damage looked like it never even happened. And customer service is top-notch. The team at Certified Collision do outstanding work. They did great work on the repairs needed from a rear end car collision on my 2018 Durango. John and his team took great care of my vehicle, got daily updates, and the team completed my job on time. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs and timeframe in completing the work. Took my car in to get the front and back bumpers repaired and the plastic shield under the front of the car replaced.Called to schedule a quote and got availability the next day. Was quoted in 15 minutes and was able to talk to the employee for a few minutes to get a full understanding of what would be done. I didn't like that they had already received the approval from my insurance company before I saw the quote but I was going to go ahead with them anyways so it wasn't a huge deal. They estimated 4-5 days for the repairsThey scheduled me for a two weeks out, and I was going out of town so I asked if I could drop it off early and they were totally fine with that. Drop off was easy. Dropped off on a Thursday, expecting to get it the following week. It was ready the next monday.Pick up was easy, I walked around the car, the employee came out with me and talked to me about the fixes. My car runs and rides like normal.Happy with Service, and would recommend.

Excellent quality repair. There is no way to tell the paint was severly damaged before the repair. Cost was very good for the quality of work. Highly recommended to family, friends and coworkers

I would definitely recommend not using Certified Collision to have a car repaired. During a discussion with the owner/manager (? ) about a 25% increase in my bill vs estimate I was told "you just aren't smart enough to understand what I am telling you" and that he was "glad that he was pissing me off because I was upsetting his staff". I was also told that the estimate that Certified prepared "really didn't mean anything".I took my car to them to be repaired after receiving a cash settlement from my insurance company. I was responsible for the rental car and not the insurance company. On the written estimate there was an estimate of 3 days for the repair. It was a very minor repair on the front bumper. When I came to pay and get the car I was presented with a bill for 25% more than the estimate, even though there were no repairs done that were unforeseen from the original inspection. The explanation was that they had to charge me what the insurance company had based their settlement on. On top of that, it was finished in 7 days not 3. They initially only offered to pay for 2 days of rental (Ultimately they agreed to 4 days which was appropriate ). I had chosen Certified for the repair because they had the lowest repair estimate, the shortest repair time, and they had done a good job of repairing another car about 18 months ago.PS. Two firsts for me. It is the first time I have ever been told by a vendor "that I wasn't smart enough to understand " what I was being told. It is also the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a negative review of any product or service I have ever bought. At least I am now "smart enough" to never use Certified again and will never recommend them to any friends or family.

I had an AWESOME experience! My first time using their expertise and could not have been happier! I was first greeted genuinely when I walked in and soon after had the estimate done by Jon and left with paperwork in hand. All while on my lunch break! My car was done in the time that was quoted and looked beautiful! They washed my car and vacuumed the inside too! First Class all the way!

I will say that their staff is friendly and they are nice people, but everything else is a disappointment. I had these guys paint my vehicle and I had to have them paint an area over again because the new paint was cracking after just a couple months. And the estimated time to paint just a part of the car went from 3-4 days to a full week. This wasn't even to paint the whole car! I was paying for a rental car and had to pay for 3 extra days. $100 extra out of my pocket because they can't paint a few areas of a car in less than a week! I received no help from them, even though I was told they would split the extra rental fees with me. Never happened. After they were finally finished, I took my car to get washed and the rear badge fell off. Literally fell off the car. And the best part, when I took my car in to trade it in a couple weeks later, they inspected the "new" paint job and found dirt in the paint on the hood and trunk. Bottom line: if you actually care about your vehicle and your time, go elsewhere.

The latch on my driver's door broke and the door wouldn't stay closed. I got an estimate in 20 minutes which was a reasonable price. They said they would call me the next day when the part was delivered. I got a phone call the next day and brought my car down. They fixed it in around an hour but the receptionist was nice and the waiting room was comfortable. I got my car back and they fixed it perfectly. I would take my car back there if I had something else I needed fixed.

What a great group of people! I stopped in this morning for assistance .My rearview mirror popped out of place and was dangling for weeks. The gentleman took about 20 minutes of his own time to snap it back in place and refused to charge me for his service. This kind of action speaks volume on integrity.

Had a small dent on my panel below the passenger door approximately 3 in in diameter.The paint was not scratched. They gave me an estimate of $800 dollars.According to the hourly rate that they have posted in their office ($50 an hour)It would take them 16 hours to fix the tiny dent.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! unless you want your brand new $85,000 dollar vehicle coming back like a Frankenstein project. The owner clearly doesn t care because we asked for him to call us and he never did. Our brand new Expedition was hit. We needed a new bumper, tail light and tailgate. A project that should have never took longer then 1 week but in the hands of Certified took over a month to resolve. They couldn t figure out how to fix the tailgate. They needed Ford s help. They drove our car to Ford. Scratched our brand new rim, broke the drivers door window, greased up the interior, chipped the door paint, tampered with controls (they had no clue what they were doing and failed to put them back properly), failed to paint areas where the taillight was replaced, chipped the taillight that was replaced, chipped the paint on the door and sloppily botched it, didn t clean the glass up and those are just a few things I can think of while in fury writing this. I asked for the deductible to be waived. The manager, Jon, basically laughed and said they are doing more than enough. It s not our fault when we entrust you to fix our brand new vehicle but your employees break things on a brand new vehicle and fail to take accountability and point the finger at Ford and Ford points it back at Certified. Jon agreed to fix/ replace everything. Replace the rim, replace the shattered window and order a new tail light, properly reprogram the tailgate, and fix the unpainted and chipped areas. Well, when we got the vehicle back for the 2nd time I went through the car. When I noticed that the rim wasn t replaced it was reconditioned and the taillight was chipped and paint chips were still present on the car that s suppose to be acceptable? Apparently, they think it s okay that we as the customer should pay for their mistakes. They made plenty on that fix from the insurance and instead of doing right by the customer and fixing the car the way we were promised they would, they chose to make the money and screw over their customers. Jon was not a man of his word and failed to take accountability for the issues that occurred while our vehicle was in their irresponsible hands. So, I hope this review helps others looking for a reliable company to fix their vehicle because I can assure you Certified is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and go to the real professionals.

My car was fixed there. Brian fixed my car in a day 1/2, in less time I was quoted. Carissa was pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. Bonus** my car was washed when I picked it up! I would recommend as they have amazing competitive quotes/ prices.

Three stars because they did communicate very well. The actual work was subpar. Poor masking on the bumper (that they blamed on the dealer, even though they could have easily masked it more effectively before spraying), excessive orange peel on the fender (that they fixed after I pointed it out), hood wasn't mounted properly (also fixed after I pointed it out), broken dipstick wasn't replaced, and the alignment was not done properly. Windshield and under-the-hood parts seem to have been done well.

This is Sam Steger. My wife and I raised four children in Martin County so that we knew that when they began driving it would be an annuity for the body shop we selected. We have been extremely pleased with the work and service we have received from Certified Collision over the past 20 years. We have always insisted on using Certified even when the other insurance company was paying the bill and especially when we were paying out of pocket to avoid increased insurance premiums. We highly recommend the George and Danielle and the rest of the Certified crew.

The manager and an employee name "John" deceived my daughter. She was informed that she would receive an estimate and later learned that they had actually begun working on her truck. Her truck is four months old since she purchased it, and they replaced unnecessary parts from her vehicle being rear-ended in a collision. They never bothered to explain their so called "betterment fee," which they gauged State Farm Insurance out of and requested my daughter to pay over $300.00 for their so-called "betterment" work. John said that her truck was rusted underneath. Her truck was in excellent condition and did not display any rust as she only had it four months. John and his so-called manager that he placed on the phone explained that my daughter could not get her truck back until she paid the "betterment" fee. My daughter was in tears and quite distressed as she had to wait to get paid so that she could receive her truck. They took advantage of a very young woman and State Farm Insurance. I plan to report them to State Farm as well. John hung up on me and was rude. The so-called manager appeared to lack knowledge as to what had actually occurred and was very nervous talking. There was no apology or remedy offered. I highly do NOT recommend this company!!! The only reason that I selected one star is because this system would not allow me to post my complaint without selecting a star. They did not deserve that!

They truly took the time to fix my vehicle correctly. Excellent communication and the inside of my car looked brand new! I highly recommend them.
