15 minute phone conversation saved me $1,000. I m not mechanically inclined by any means and other shops were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and didn t tell me my problem could be deleted rather then fixed (heater core for my old crown vic) over the phone recommended the heater core delete for less then $200 and put my heart back in my chest. Would absolutely recommend this shop

I had a great experience with this shop. My cars AC evaporator was leaking and I needed a new one. This is a long and labor intensive job that requires removing the entire dashboard to replace. I called several shops who all told me it would be about 7.5 hours in labor (for the replacement and AC evac/recharge) with costs ranging from $1700 (Firestone) - $2000 (Wallace Mazda). Campbell said they could do it in 6.5 hours at $130.00 per hour. The total was $1350 with parts and labor. Significantly cheaper than the competition.They did explain the benefits of a local aftermarket part, which I appreciated, but I decided to go with a dealer part. There was no pressure or attempted upselling. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I knew what was wrong with the car and they fixed it. Simple and easy. As someone who does his own work when he can, I greatly appreciate this type of mechanic for jobs that are beyond my skill level.My AC has been running perfectly since the evaporator was replaced. I'd recommend going here for any work you need done.

Many people are very quick to complain, yet all to few give feed back when there is a "job well done." I don't want to be one of those people. I am in FL on a "workcation" whenb on Friday my car, Ford Escape, made very bad noise from the rear end. Banging, rocking, it did not sound good. Being a Friday, I clould not go anywhere and was afraid t o drive my car. I looked at Ford service, did not find anuy reviews about how well they serviced cars. Cambell Automotive was second on the search and I looked at ll the reviews. They sounded very positive. So, first thing MOnday morning I called, was told "we are very busy" but stop by. I did. And I am glad. Pulled up, Keith looked at the car while I was there. Told me what was needed, how long it would take to repair and the cost. All in 15 minutes. Never had that happen before. I thought I would have to leave it there, rent a car, and wait to hear back the amount of time it would take to get mey car back and pay for a rental in the meantime. Keith was great. They fixed the car, I was out in 45 minutes. I heghly recommend them. GOOD JOB KEITH AND TEAM.

It's hard to find a good honest repair operation, but I lucked out with Campbell Automotive. I feel that they charge very reasonable rates, and work very hard to ensure you drive away a satisfied customer. I'll definitely go back.

Keith maintains our company s fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles. I have been going to Keith for repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee for years. I was referred to him by his uncle, Bruce. Bruce couldn't work on my car anymore because it has the 5.7 Hemi and his equipment couldn't support the weight. Keith has been a pleasure to work with since. Keith has replaced a radiator, A/C, engine, battery, alternator, and PCM in the last 5 or 6 years. Keith is a hard working, detailed, and honest man that I would send all my family and friends to if they ask for a referral. While driving down for vacation, a small object in the road damaged the undercarriage guard and caused dragging a low speed. Keith took a quick look and was able to remove the guard easily and get a new one ordered. He was able to fit me in the next day despite the short notice and their being very busy. Thanks for your quick and efficient help!

I've taken my car to Keith at Campbell Automotive for the past 5 years. Keith and his mechanics are professional and knowledgeable. They are good at what they do. Bottom line , I trust Keith and Campbell Automotive with my car. Excellent work and reasonable price.

My neighbor recommended Campbell Automotive to me and I am sure thankful he did. Keith the owner is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic; this guy could build a car from the ground up and I think he has. HIs prices were very reasonable and unlike most auto repair shops his invoice clearly broke out the cost of every part and the labor to install that part! I appreciate the transparency which in my book means HONESTY!! Keith and his team did a great job. Big shout out to Keith and the team. Squeezed me right in and got me out of a jam created by Wallace Chevy. The dealership stripped my lugnuts and wanted to take me to the woodshed for a bunch of unnecessary studs. I needed this resolved as I am towing my house on wheels behind my silverado and safety is huge. Had me out and on my way in 90 minutes after 4+ hours at Wallace. The great reviews brought me in so I wanted to continue with my own experience. Cheers

I took my car here to find out they said purge valve needed replaced. Told them just replaced it a few weeks ago. I then asked was it bad they said no n I was like so why replace it? I was told if it didn t fix issue bring it back n they d know the 200.00 off next job. Well they not only didn t knock off the 200.00 but the issue was the same. I just took car to another mechanic who stated it was nvr changed it was original one still on car. They replaced it n car runs perfect. I would not recommend Campbells!!!Service: Electrical

Keith and his team have been taking care of my car for the past 7 years. This shop is honest and straightforward and the mechanics are interested in diagnosing and fixing what's wrong with your car, not in selling you something. They also break down what's going on so that you don't need to be a mechanic to understand what's happening.

I ve been to Campbell Auto before and they are the best . Today I needed a nail pulled from a tire and plugged and Keith made time immediately with his employee to have it fixed as soon as I arrived . I ve written a review before on how exceptional Campbell Auto / Keith is and here is another exceptional example of customer service and professionalism . Everyone should be calling Campbell Automotive in Stuart for any and all automotive questions and services . Quality work , quality service , quality staff and customer service . The prices are eye opening but in a good way . They have always charged well under any of the competition and I always have given extra $$ for their honest and quality work . I cannot thank Keith enough . Give Campbell Auto a call . They are there for you !!!!

I am beyond grateful my husband found these guys. Keith is a true good hearted professional. They worked on our car for DAYS and still stayed optimistic and kept us informed every step. He has been the only mechanic we have ever dealt with who has been honest, hard working, determined and I can t believe he actually fixed our car. Relieved to know we have Campbell Auto to rely on moving forward (Keith is knowledgeable & straightforward)!! After 5+ years of our 2016 Jeep Wrangler J/K being serviced regularly at the local Jeep dealership and only at this dealership, now that our Jeep is no longer under warranty it's clear to me their mode-of-operation with service works completely opposite as when you are under warranty.Although it's only our first visit for an oil service and assessment of a couple issues we were worried about...I know he is a knowledgeable + honest + straight-shooter and it's a no-brainer Campbell Auto is our go-to shop moving forward. I had work done on my car and truck a couple months ago. Keith is a straight shooter. They are honest people there and won't try to rip you off. They also do good work. Fixed my issues for a reasonable price. Quick turnaround and good communication also.

Keith is a very knowledgeable, professional, and fair mechanic. He takes care of you like you're family. He answers all your questions without hesitation. He takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that your car runs exactly as it should. I can"t imagine taking my Hummer H3 anywhere else. I feel truly fortunate to have found him. My husband and I both take are trucks to him. We will continue to visit his shop and we think you should as well, you wont be disappointed.

Keith and everyone at Campbell Automotive are excellent. Fast , reliable, honest, and friendly. We have had several of our vehicles worked on ( both for repair and maintance) and they are always able to get us in quickly and get us back on the road. We won t take our vehicles anywhere else. My first visit with Keith Campbell happened on a Saturday morning, so he could pick up where a less adept mechanic left off. He was super friendly, got me in immediately, explained everything that he was doing, did extra work actually to help diagnose some other issues with my car, and work with me to make a plan going forward. 100% honest, very reasonable in price, he is most definitely my new best friend.

I'm from Michigan. Came down to visit family. Ten miles before I get off the HWY I got run off the the road. Did damage to my suspension on my car. I could drive it but just enough to get off the hwy. I found these guys on google. Had good reviews. Went to there shop. told them what happened. They put the car on the hoist and we found out what was wrong. They fit me in. fixed it. I just drove 1500 miles home it did great. Highly recommend them. Thank you again for all your help. I've worked with Keith for about nine years on various projects. He's the best I've ever dealt with. It seems like he can fix anything. Fast and excellent service. Keith took me under the lift to show me what the problem was with my car. I have never looked under a car! Interesting! He is very honest and efficient. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend.

What a guy Keith is! Reviews said he was honest and fair priced. They were so right! Brought in my PT Cruiser, thought the transmission was going. He had the car 5 hrs, tested it, fixed the codes, cleaned the "new" battery connections which wasn't done when new battery was installed at another shop, before I'd heard about Keith, test drove it and deemed it perfect. And was he ever fair priced. Run don't walk to his place. He's a godsend. Thank you Keith.

I brought in my 2008 Accord due to a serpentine belt squeal knowing the one of the tensioners or pulleys was bad. Campbell Automotive had been recommended by two auto parts dealer on US 1.From my brother's similar issue I was expecting the repair to cost around $400. Instead, I received a call from Keith saying everything checked out but the sevice shop in Virginia had installed the wrong size belt. I am so pleased to to have met Keith and know that I have a trusted business that I will go to now and forever. I have already spread the word with neighbors tired of being taken advantage of by their dealerships.

Keith Campbell is so honest. I was quoted a much higher price to repair my air conditioning evaporator and Keith was able to fix it for substantially less. Campbell Automotive will be taking care of all of my automotive needs. Highly recommend!
