I couldn't have asked for a better experience!They made my car beautiful again!!Dani who works at the front desk is awesome! She arranged a rental car for me.Danny who oversees the repairs, kept me in the loop as far as the progress.And I'm happy as hell with how my car looks!5 stars!!

I chose Caliber from the google reviews & my insurance agent. Easy to work with for drop off and pickup and the transition between Caliber and Enterprise Rental was convenient & easy. My vehicle was parking lot damage and Caliber did an excellent job and returned my SUV like it was brand new.

Took my wife BMW to have it repaired after someone hit her. Vehicle looked good as new when we picked it up. Was very please with the attention to detail and appreciated the weekly progress calls. Process was streamed line with the insurance.Updating this review to give 5 stars because they repaired 4Runner after someone did a hit and run. I was pleased with the turnaround time and the end result. I especially appreciated the detailing and cleaning my floor mats.Any repair shop can fix your car but when they make they extra effort to go above and beyond to say thank you for your business, I take that into account that they really care about restoring the rhythm to my life.Thanks again Ray and Danny for making the process hassle free.Thanks

Great company. Kept in touch throughout the time my vehicle was being worked on. Work looked great! The date they told me it would be ready was true. They detailed my car before I picked it up.Great touch!!Highly recommend

Total waste of time. so I dropped off my car at the Royal palm beach location, they did the inspection and said they had to order the parts , and that service will be 'faster' at Port st Lucie location and took my car there, they kept my car in port st lucie for one week for no reason, and after calling multiple times they drove my car back and apologized for it. Then they told me that they ordered the parts, but later for some reason they cancelled the whole thing. All this while keeping me guessing. Total waste of time, I would never recommend anyone to go to them. Horrible experience . I wanted to give 0 stars but I had to choose at least one star for the review to go public. Why did you have to cancel the order ? why keep my car for a week in your location if you had no interest to work on it??

A rat died behind the motor and did quite a lot of damage. Ray & the Caliber team did a fantastic job getting the car back to pre-rat condition smell included. Thanks!

Actual cost was 44% higher than projected. Just a bumper replacement. Saw the tire molding was not attached and Had to wait for it to be fixed. Would not use them again

As far as their work done to my vehicle it was a good job. And I was impressed with how clean my vehicle was when it was returned to me. It looks new and for that they should receive a good rating. But would I recommend them, probably not...and this is why! 1st we were given false information on how soon we would have our vehicle back then saying "we have no wait on parts for you specific car, we can get it right in" this turned out to completely unture. (Maybe not all their fault, but still stated) 2nd their communication on such details did not exist WE had to call many times to get updates on the status of my car! 3rd their customer service lacks completely! At one point I called and was told they had no way to get a hold of me, false I gave an email and 2phone numbers to the front desk upon dropping off my car. On top of that when I would call the front desk was rude saying at one point when I asked on the stuss of my car that "if it were done they would have called YOU!" And was kept on hold for over 5mins to tell me they were in a meeting. All in all I am satisfied with their work but Not their business.

Hoping for a resolution. Brought my car in at the beginning of April for a repair, got it back on April 28th. The installation of the trunk seemed all right, though it sat a little high. The spoiler was a little crooked and there was glue all over it. I was assured the glue would come off (it hasn't). My emblem was missing. I was told that the emblem would be in soon (I've yet to be alerted to its arrival). I noticed a crack in my tail light, fogging in the piece next to it, and peeling paint about four days later and contacted the rep on May 5th. I brought the car by the shop the following week, showing them the damage. I was assured that the issue would be looked into. Today is June 27th. I have left two voicemail messages after my appointment weeks ago. There's been no movement and no communication. The situation leading up to the body work was exhausting enough. Having to go through this back and forth for another two months (going on three), and not having my car look as seamless as it once did is ridiculous.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Mazda needed a new outside rear view mirror and repair of scratched driver s door. Caliber did a great job of repairing the car, they did it quickly, and the employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. Cost of the work was paid through an insurance company, but I thought it was fair and pretty reasonable.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Body shop refused work. Customer pay job. They stated they only do insurance work. 2018 tundra needing minor repaint on door was the reason for stopping. The website clearly states paint repair and doesn t state they only do insurance work. I felt like they just didn t want to help. Spoke to receptionist. Hopefully corp Caliper Collision see s this review. If the above is correct then they need to update website to state insurance work only!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I appreciated the great communication from Willow and her attention to detail. I was very comfortable with the finish date she provided and they ended up finishing the car several days earlier. It's never good when your car gets damages from an accident. However, Caliber Collision made the repair process as painless as possible. I felt very comfortable from the initial estimate that this was the best place to take my car for the repair. The customer service (from Ashley) was excellent. She provided me with periodic updates on the repair process so I was never wondering what was going on. The repair was excellent. Paint color was matched perfectly. Absolutely no trace of the dent or damage.

Amazing service. Our Volvo was in an accident when some idiot went through a stop sign. Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing the significant front end damage. It took a long time for the car to be fixed due to the scarcity of parts and supply chain issues but Ray, the manager, kept us informed every few days and couldn t have been nicer. I finally got the car back today and it looks gorgeous, just like a new car. They handled all of the insurance and I even left my Enterprise car rental with them, they said they would return it for me. I highly suggest using this business, you won t be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did an amazing job to repair my car back to perfect condition from start to finish. My incident was an unfortunate rear ending and I had never been in an accident before so I was uncertain of the process. They were very courteous and personable while working up their estimate. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them as highly professional, and skilled in auto body repair. They also gave special attention to details and I was very pleasantly pleased to discover that my car was immaculately spotless inside and out when I picked it up! From the beginning the staff made me feel like an important customer. The work was excellently done and we are very happy. Ray Leveque did an excellent job of overseeing the job. I would highly recommend. It s so important that I m kept informed and the line of communication is good and they were extremely efficient with that and their work. Repair of the damage location was good (driver side door, fendor and wheel). However, after the repair, I noticed paint chipping on the bumper that wasn't there before. We were told to bring it back in for a touch-up but the touch-up job was poor so I scratched off the paint, bought my own paint, and touched it up myself. The car also struggled to start when I picked up the car but I was told it was because the car was sitting so long. Two days later, the car wouldn't start so I had to jump-start it and go get the battery replaced. Last, the driver side door's top speaker was not working after the repair. I was told to bring it back in, but instead of being apologetic about letting it leave Caliber Collision in that state, I felt like I was being an inconvenience. They did fix the speaker. However, I would not go back to Caliber Collision or recommend it.Service: Body & Trim

This is the 2nd time we used them for accident repairs. We received daily text messages on the car s status, they answered any questions we had and the car was fixed beautifully. Willow was amazing! My wife while traveling on I-95 had some debris thrown up hitting the hood of her car, no dents just a lot of scratches. Called my insurance to file a claim and was told to take my car to Caliber repair in Stuart Fl. Upon arriving we were greeted by Barbers, a Very pleasent young lady who did everything to make us comfortable, from coffee to donuts and even Fresh popcorn!. Finally another very personable young lady came looked at our car, the estimator, she said give me a couple minutes. Took our car into the shop where they were able to buff 99 percent of the scratches out! I was Extremely pleased with what they could do in such a short amount of time. Come time to pay the bill I was informed there would be NO CHARGE! They were Happy to help! UNBELIEVABLE! I was so impressed, such a great thing for Customer Service, which is really lacking in many businesses now days. I Highly recommend Caliber Auto body repair, Great people, Great Service! Thank You Caliber!

Professional, Friendly & Honest! What a breath of fresh air. Ashley, the service writer and Laura, the office manager, both gave exceptional customer service, they were friendly and welcoming smiles, also the waiting room and bathroom were very clean. Ashley kept me updated on the status of my vehicle daily, it was completed when promised and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Service, communication, & repair were good. Time to get parts took weeks, but that is no fault of Caliber. Liberty (ins company) specified purchase of used parts to replace damaged parts. Due to this, headlight covers do not match & it s noticeable. I have since requested Liberty ins company to contact them & allow for 2 new headlight lamps. At this time, I don t know if ins will follow through but I don t feel Caliber is responsible for this either.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought car in after an accident as per my insurance company. I received the car back with loose engine parts. Car was not running properly and it was obvious as soon as you got behind the wheel. They had no desire to check... said they don't work on engines. I looked under the hood and found engine parts floating around... not attached to anything. How could you miss that and how do you return a car in that condition? I would make it 0 starts if I could. Manager had no interest in helping.

My insurance company told me to take my car to Caliber Collision for an estimate of damages. The insurance company told me I could take the car to any repair shop I wanted after the estimate was completed. I liked the immediate service I got from Caliber in Stuart Fl and decided to let them do the work. The were attentive to all my needs including getting me a rental car right away. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and on time. I would certainly recommend Caliber to my friends and family.
