Excellent customer service and support. Dan installed a new battery and checked to make sure that the starter and alternator are okay. He even took the time to recommend, find, and install a new J-hook battery holder. Then, he gave me a business card and asked me to contact him if I had any problems or questions

The staff was very friendly and informative. I went for wipers. Was exiting the building and a staff member followed me out. It wasn't requested, but the young man came to my vehicle and installed them for me. It may not mean much, but it meant a lot to me. GREAT customer service

I stopped by today and Jay was so helpful with finding me the correct wind shield wipers and even put them on for me while explaining how to do it which I really appreciated. In a world where people love to complain I wanted to make sure I made a point to say how helpful your employee was today and I would bring my business back there anytime because of him. Thanks again for all your help today!

Extremely fast and kind. Respectful and accomodating. At all times letting me know where they were in the process.. Manager himself installed the battery for me makimg himself available if I ran into any problems with my battery. I am extremely grateful for the way they treated me.

My check engine light came on and my son told me that Auto Zone will do a diagnostic for free. I stopped in and they came right out and did that. I needed the battery, so I went back to make sure to buy it from them. I completely forgot about bringing back the old battery right away to get the disposal fee refunded. Took it in six weeks later, and they refunded it with no questions. Courteous and attentive staff. Super clean store!

Jay was amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed for my Honda and even offered to help me add the fluid to my vehicle, which I great fully accepted. He went above and beyond for me as a customer and I m sure he does the same for everyone He should be recognized by his Leaders!! Thanks Jay

Staff is very nice and helpful. Prices are high though, so you are paying a premium for convenience.The headlight bulb I needed was $16 here at Autozone, $9 at Walmart (in stock in Stuart), and $3 on Amazon (delivered next day, shipped and should be Amazon). Asked if they would match Walmart's price and they were unable to do that. Couldn't stomach overpaying by that much so ordered on Amazon and had the bulb the next day.Five stars though for excellent staff.

So what can I say about Jay. About absolutely everything a customer and employer would want. Jay kept his composer and was still polite with everyone when things got at lot for him when he was the only employee in the store. Reason I am saying this is. Jay had to go in and out looking and fixing batteries. He made sure the store was watched by a vendor in the back. Kudos to you vendor. Thank you Jay

Garbage store. All of the employees here are very undereducated none of their refurbished parts actually work as they are intended to forgot to mention the god awful customer service overall the worst autozone I ve ever been to absolute trash.

Empty on a Sunday, both Customer service reps were still unhelpful. Refused to help me change out my battery, told me it would "take too long" when I was buying a new one. This isn't the first time they've been less than helpful, given the incorrect part etc. Anyway, I bought the battery on Kanner instead and they happily swapped out the batteries in about 5 minutes. If you value good customer service, do not go to the one on Federal Hwy.

I went there yesterday and was greeted by a man named Dan right from the start he put me at ease .. I was having a very stressful day and my car battery was dying . He helped me research the best battery for my car . He was probably the loveliest man I ve had the privilege to meet , in a very long time . In a world filled with people who just don t like their job or other people for that matter . He was just awesome . Made a bad situation ok . I will go there for all my car needs Michelle F

Check online before buying a battery in the store. You can probably save a $100 on the more expensive batteries, no joke.

I don t usually write reviews however after the experience my daughter had this evening at Auto Zone with store manger, Chris,I found it necessary. I am disgusted that Sean would not take the time to help my daughter with changing her battery and installing a new one . It s unbelievable how lazy and disrespectful this person, who I m surprised is even a manger spoke to a 21 year old lady. He went as far as telling her if she wouldn t leave he wouldn t even sell her a battery . What a disgrace !! I will make sure that the District Manger is made aware of this and will tell everyone I know that if they need any assistance to NOT go to the Auto Zone in Stuart and if they do and Chris (Manager) is on duty to just walk out and go somewhere else . I wanted to give ZERO stars but I wasn t given the option if I was it would be NEGATIVE 5 star/

Came in to look around for a 4 gauge power wire for my car audio. They had a whole kit for 49.99 that I picked up. The fuse was only 60 amp though so I asked if the had any other fuses to choose from. The answer I got was that "If you don't see it we don't got it" I asked for help because I don't know what you have or what aisle it would be in. Is it in the audio section? Maybe it's in electrical. Maybe it's in the marine section.....I don't know. I'm so sorry for asking a question about your retail item locations. This is the employee that didn't want to actually help me.

Bryce went above and beyond assisting me with my batteries for my truck. Not only did he test them, but he took out the two batteries and replace them for me. He is an asset to AutoZone for sure.

I VERY RARELY DO A REVIEW!! However this time is a MUST!! I m a woman whom walked into AUTOZONE in Start on US1 today.And was approached by Dan, I needed a window shade and Dan, pick out the MOST PERFECT ONE FOR MY NEW CAR!!! When we go to check out it rang up as 191.00 ( I was going to pay that for it because it s that NICE) Dan, say NO WAY YOUR NOT PAYING THST MUCH FOR THIS!!!! He went WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY to get me to pay ONLY 20.00 THIS DOESNT HAPPEN!! I would take Da, to work in my office anytime!! Just the HONESTY

I purchased a part online with auto zone. The next day I went in this store to return the core. I waited patiently while the employees waited on other customers. An employee approached me and started the transaction taking the core. A man approached behind me and the employee immediately told me to move aside and then he proceeded to call the man behind me. The gentleman behind me said no she was first and you're in the middle of her transaction why would you do that? The employee insisted on waiting on this man and the man refused to go ahead of me. I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE AND I WON'T BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE

I went into AutoZone today to try and get some help. They wouldn't help me bust a nut on my Subaru WRX. The mechanic I had taken it to 6 months ago left me without the wheel lock for my nuts and I can't get them to bust. They said it would be like selling glass break kits as it could be used for thieves. You do sell glass break devices! Whatever. Went down the street to the other automotive store and not only did they have the part needed, they were very helpful and walked me through the process of busting the nut.
