I had 2 tires installed, and they damaged my wheel locks and couldn't change the flat tire. I had to have the car towed to them to have the locks removed and a new tire installed. The loaner car they gave me was filthy inside with potato chip crumbs all over the interior.

A very positive experience. I have owned domestics and imports and the service has varied from poor to very good. In my nearly thirty years of owning and having my vehicles serviced I am sorry to say most of them fall into the poor or okay end of the spectrum. Sure the work gets done , but the service is poor or the service was okay and the work really wasn't accomplished. We have all had those experiences. James Korber excelled on both fronts. He will return your calls immediately. He doesn't make promises he can't keep. He is friendly. He thoughtfully listens to your concerns and questions. I felt as if I knew the guy for years. The service. Well, the service was done as promised and they worked with us on the price. That was appreciated. I am by nature a very cynical person. In James we have found our Audi liaison. Yes, I know he works in service... It just sounds more appropriate in his case. Thanks James. Andy did a great job on a significant warranty repair. He kept me fully informed during the process and went to bat for me when there was additional cost involved. The experience was good. Christine checked me in because I was a little early and she was professional, attentive and personal. I received a follow up call to keep me informed of the progress. I had a good experience with the loaner program and it was efficient and productive. Our 2023 Audi Q5 had a major instrumental panel malfunction while driving across the state for a vacation. We arrived at the dealership on a Wednesday afternoon unannounced to the Service department. Andy Golkin, a service advisor, worked to immediately determine the problem and informed us that Service was very busy but he would get our car in to service in the day or so to diagnose the problem. We told him we needed it back by Tuesday of the following week so we could get back home. The Service Technicians Andrew and Paul teamed to determine the problem, get a part ordered and install by the Tuesday when we needed the car back to drive home. Andy communicated the status to us on a Saturday night and his team member Brittany kept us informed on Monday. We were so impressed with the client service, friendliness and effort to make things happen to have our car ready by Tuesday. This service department is OUTSTANDING! Awesome dealership but terrible service dept. Service advisor Patty was great but the last advisor I had was not good at all. She refused to respond to my last query about my service issues. I was there for a routine maintenance and asked for only one additional thing - to have my tires checked before embarking on a long drive from Florida to Tennessee. After service and on my drive home from the dealership, my tire pressure warning light came on and I found that two of my tires were low. Obviously they were not checked at all. I wrote to the dealership thru their online comments page and requested a returned contact. Nothing ever came from that. Later, I received an email from someone letting me know that I would be receiving an emailed survey about my experience and I let them know that I was very unhappy. I never received a call, email or text from anyone there and the survey never came to me. I do not recommend this service dept. and will not return. I plan on driving to a further-away dealership in the future for my needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto interior vacuuming

Patti was great! Very responsive, informative and friendly. Audi service is always exceptional! This time was no different. I am never disappointed. The outsourced windshield company is not a great representation of Audi. Wipers were not installed correctly and glue was left on the windshield. New Car Purchase. Debra N. was a fantastic salesperson. She was able to answer all questions and put our mind at ease. This was our first foreign car purchase. The dealership was great! No up charges on the vehicles like some others in the area. Sticker price and that's it. Debra even sat in the vehicle with me and helped program all the options and set-up my new Audi account online. I would highly, highly recommend this dealership.

The fuel lid repair. For some unknown reason the fuel lid of my 2017 Audi A6 could not be opened. According to the manufacturer once all the doors of the car are open the fuel lid should open. I never had an issue like this with this car before, but one day this was my scenario.I took my car to the dealership without an appointment and the service manager was very accommodating allowing the vehicle to be serviced without an appointment. He considered my situation with the fuel lid not being able to open and the car needed gas to run. The next available appointment was at least 3 days away. So I'm thankful for the service manager for making the exception for me.However the dealership never figured out why the fuel door was stuck close. As soon as the car was pulled into the garage the mechanic popped the fuel door open, the door decided to start working. According to the engineer, he was not sure why the fuel lid behaved the way it did. They never replaced any parts and spent just a few minutes to pop the fuel door open. They did charged me $255 for the service which came without any guarantees, once I left the dealership that if the fuel door were to relock again that there would be no additional charges. I was grateful that the door was working again but to charge an additional 3% credit card fee on top of the charge of $255 was too much.I will say this about Audi's vehicles very well engineered and they're fun to drive but when it comes to the cost of maintenance or repair Audi is one of the most expensive vehicles I've ever had and that's based on repairing some of the smallest issues on the car.

I recently had Audi Stuart perform the 70k mile maintenance on my Audi Q7. Patty was my service coordinator and she was very helpful and friendly. This was a basic maintenance visit, so there was little could go wrong. That said, their electronic notification system is a complete failure. Although Patty sent me an email and text to inform me of work completion, it never sent. I told her that when I picked up my vehicle, so she sent it to me a second time. Again, I did not receive it. This also happened when I had my car in their shop for the 60k maintenance, so they clearly have not addressed a known problem, which does nothing to instill my confidence in their capabilities. Bottom line, if you service your car at this dealership, you will have to call them repeatedly to check on its status. They rely solely on their automated notification system, so they will never call you. That s quite disappointing but their service work seems very good.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Came in for a standard oil change and everything was great! Wonderful service, friendly staff, my car was nice and clean when I got it back, they even got rid of the annoying "inspection required" reminder. The only reason for 4 stars is Audi should have enough $$$ at $300 for a basic oil change to not have to charge a service fee for using a credit card...are you kidding me! I get why all the small businesses are doing it - but seriously come on Audi!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Called AUdi Stuart for Interface Gateway module replacement and code to vehicle. Appointment was set right away, loaner was requested, and the day off I was in and out in a clean gassed up Q7. Dealer is clean, organized, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My service advisor Anthony was super helpful and wasn't trying to sell me anything I did not need. Very pleased with the service and timely completion, communication and honesty. Will use them again.Service: Oil change

Our service advisor Kristine Allyn was fantastic. I had a nail in my tire . Came in on a Saturday and was on my way again with a new tire on Tuesday. I even was given a loaner car from Saturday until I picked the car up on Tuesday; no that's customer focused! My only issue was in her absence no other service advisor would return my calls (3 calls). All I wanted to know on Monday was did they locate a tire and was it at the dealership.

Ask for the Service advisor, James Korber over there. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got my issues fixed with the car fixed quickly and had very communication! Very confusing! Car was in for oil consumption test.It was there for six days before it was serviced. The consultant left we had hurricane Ian. Finally Andy called and asked why my car was still there. After having a conversation with him we got everything straightened out and I got my car back. I went there for an estimate after my car was damaged. It took them three weeks to get an adjuster there. I had to actually arrange for the adjuster to come as the dealership was too busy to do it. I had a sliced roof and water was leaking into my car and they left it sitting outside for three weeks which was unknown to me. The car being totaled. So much water damage inside. I told them that I was not going to have any work done there and they said they had canceled the order for all materials needed. Then they said that the person that canceled the order did not know how to cancel the parts from Germany so they charged me a $650 restocking fee. Shame on you. I gave them to because I did give me a loaner car.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My convertible roof wasn t working only trouble I had was reaching road side assistance. Got a tow down there and from then on the service was great they gave ma a loner and when I picked the car up all went smoothly and the car was clean Andy and the rest of the crew were quick and very nice. Audi of Stuart has been the only dealership I have let work on my car as I have the upmost trust in my advisor, Andrew Mechmet. Andrew clearly communicates with me what will be done with the vehicle and helps me whenever I need accommodations while my vehicle is being serviced. I recommend anyone to see Andrew if your car needs service.Otherwise the dealership itself is clean and full of friendly people. From entering Audi Stuart to leaving after the service was performed, everything was beyond expectations. Andrew was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. I have dealt with many dealerships and services, but Audi Stuart and Andrew made the experience an exceptionally positive one. I truly don't think anything else could have been improved upon. Bought the Q8 from them. They did my hitch install. It looks perfect. On time fast and excellent service. Not to mention they valet my car for me. Gave me a loaner while installing the tow hitch.

I had my ex-husband talk to the service writer to set appointment. They said it would take two whole days. He took it to Audi on Thursday afternoon to be able to work on it then & Friday & Monday. My ex heard the mechanic was out Monday. I was going to leave it Tuesday to be worked on. There was some problem the mechanic couldn't get to it that day also. Come to find out, the shop had never taken it in or had even started working on it Thursday as promised. So, my car sat there from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon & I hadn't been informed of anything! My ex called the service writer and told him to forget it and to have it ready for him to take me there to get my car. There was no communication, just excuses and actually no ligitament answers from them why it never got fixed! I was without a car for six days with no explanation or apologies from the service writer or the shop Manager! I wouldn't take my car there if I didn't have to. Since they are the only German car dealership in Stuart with the German parts, you don't have a choice but to take your car to Audi. I have checked all over Stuart for a car dealership that would or could work on the car, but because they don't carry the parts and don't have the special tools to work on German cars, they can't. It's been a constant money pit since I bought it three years ago and it's been one major problem after another and cost a fortune! I would never buy an Audi ever again and have been trying to sell mine since I bought it. This is the worst treatment I've ever had from a car dealership and I expect an explanation and apology from Management.

I had my Audi toed to this dealership after breakdown on Florida turn pike. Audi Stuart kept me updated every day on progress and were very professional handling the repair. It was a complicated situation as follow up with Audi Engineering was needed before coming to final fix. However they were very professional in handling this repair and keeping me informed along the way.
