My whole car shopping experience was excellent! River and AK were very attentive. Starting, River made sure the car I was interested was available when I called and ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He explained all the functions on the car and I made sure the car was detailed and ready to go at the end of our purchase. AK was personable and resourceful. I would recommend them for your next shopping experience there.

We had a wonderful experience w/ Jacob Rivera and Clark Boxall. Jacob was polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing! We worked on a deal thru the internet and he was able to get us an offer that we could accept. The car was well maintained and METICULOUSLY DETAILED Jacob had it ready when we pulled into the dealership. All the paperwork matched up and there were no surprises. He was patient and diligent with handling all the paperwork and I would say it was a rather smooth transaction ! The staff at Alfa Romeo are all professional and personable. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a luxury vehicle or a wonderfully maintained used car! They really stand behind their name and reputation.

I want to highlight AK here as he was so helpful during the cat buying process.He was professional, kind and personable!He made sure my gf and I had the best possible experience and help out in every way he could to get us the car we wanted!I would recommend him 10/10 for anyone looking to use this dealership!

Cannot recommend this dealership enough! I came all the way from Melbourne, and they made sure that my process was quick, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Their team is very professional, and take care of you. Shout out to Jacob!!

Very professional dealership. I was apprehensive because of the luxury brand, but everyone was very kind and welcoming, especially my salesman, Richard King. Richard made me feel totally comfortable. I didn't have to put on airs with him and he was very straightforward and honest... no games or gimmicks. He spent time getting to know me and what I wanted, then led me to options that could work. Best dealership experience I've ever had thanks to Richard.

Update on this review. Our buying experience with Gail and AK was so spectacular that after a very short time, we returned and bought another car. This time we went with the Stelvio Quadrifoglio and WOW! Once again the most professional and courteous dealer we've ever worked with and the performance of this vehicle is mind blowing.This was without question the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever experienced. We came in late on what turned into a very rainy night.We had not really even considered an Alfa Romeo. However after seeing the car and working with Gail and the rest of the team, we were hooked!The car is wonderful and the entire team was so wonderful! Clark helped and Derek in finance was outstanding!At the end of the deal, it was late and Gail even delivered the car to our home in the pouring rain!Can't say enough about the whole team. If you're looking for an Alfa Romeo or a Maserati, you want to be here.PS, met Peggy in service at our first car wash (free car washes) and she is also fantastic!

I am in the early search process of trading in my 2019 Mercedes GLC 43. I live in South Florida part time and decided to stop in the beautiful Maserati and Alfa Romeo building on Federal HWY a couple of weeks ago. It was lunch time and the only sales associate that was available was Gail. I only wanted a 10 minute overview on Maserati's because my knowledge of them is minimal. After a very pleasant 45 minutes spent with Gail, there might be a Maserati in my garage someday. She answered all my questions and was not overbearing like most car sales associates - and that is a good thing!!

We Highly recommend Alfa Romeo Stuart. The best service we ever experienced for buying a vehicle. Victoria, The Sales Executive was the best. She greeted us outside and showed us the available cars and test drove them. Victoria made us feel comfortable. She was also hospitable, knowledgeable, professional, informative and patiently answered all our questions. Carlos Campo was the best Business Manager, as well. He got us a great deal esp finding the lowest rates for financing. Both of them stayed until 11pm to complete our transaction. Went above and beyond! Really appreciate them for staying with us every step of the way including making sure the car is covered by insurance and communicated the safety features of the vehicle so we can get lower insurance premium. Thank you Victoria and Carlos! My best car shopping experience, ever!

Our salesman, Alex Pagano, was amazing. I was in the market for my daughters first car. He was very attentive, and listened to us. Also, the finance department was amazing and made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Alex and the Alfa Romeo Maserati Stuart Dealership to all my friends.

Alfa Romeo Stuart is a truly state of the art dealership in all regards. The staff is exceptionally professional and courteous. I've had the pleasure of ordering my car through them and the process was seamless, fluid and profound. I would highly recommend working with Akshay and Brent - knowledgeable, honest and upfront. My husband and I bought an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Gail at the Stuart location. She was very attentive and answered all of our questions. She goes above and beyond all expectations. She even drove the car home for us in the rain. We look forward to saying hello when we stop in for a car wash!

The staff are extremely friendly and respectful and go above and beyond. I would recommend everyone to go visit them. Ask for River and AK he will get you the best deal out there.Additional issues 2/21: I bought my car in September and have been trying to get a maintenance plan. I have been passed around through at least 5 people with a multitude of excuses. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

The reception I received and the interaction with the staff of Alfa Romeo Stuart was, in a word, exceptional. I typically do not like car shopping, because of the usual hassle and runaround you receive from an overzealous salesperson. Not here! No pressure, nothing shady, just good, professional service. My salesman, AK, was very knowledgeable (which goes a long way with the serious buyer), patient and genuinely helpful. Also, they have a great inventory from which to choose your vehicle. I highly recommend, if you are in the new or used car buying market, go here first!Satisfied in Louisiana!

I had a great experience working with this dealership, and, more specifically, Richard The Car King. He was very helpful, friendly, and didn t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. Akshay was extremely helpful and courteous in working out a deal over the phone with me. Matt finished walking me through the sales process when I arrived at the dealership and was very professional. Even though I had most of the details worked out ahead of time, it still took nearly three hours to get through all the paperwork.....but that seems to be the way it is everywhere these days. Overall I was pleased with the deal I got, received excellent customer service during my time at Maserati of Stuart and the car was exactly as advertised. I am a very happy customer!

Called Peggy because I was having cooling issues with my engine. Peggy called the tow truck company and had my car picked up within 20mins from me being on the phone with her. Peggy is amazing at what she does. She kept me informed from when my car made it there all the way to what was being done and when it would be fixed. Peggy and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. Cannot ask for a better team to work on my vehicle. This location is my go to for my Alfa.

My wife and I had a very nice experience buying our Lexus from Alfa Romeo Stuart. Sales man John Harnett was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Alex in the finance department went over and above to get us into a payment we could handle for this car.Over all the process was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this this dealership.

Over my adult life, I have bought over 30 cars. Never have I had such a great experience than in purchasing my Alfa here. From my first contact to Shelly, the internet manager, to James, my salesperson, to Carlos, the store manager, nothing but professionalism , courtesy and a willingness to walk the extra mile to make the transaction as smooth and effortless as possible. From the instance I inquired about the Alfa Romeo Giulia to the moment I drove it off the lot, I experienced only EXCEPTIONAL "personal" service, excellent communication and professionalism! "Christian" , our sales executive, was "Top notch", He answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and streamlined the whole process. I am not a person who writes reviews, but this was really an enjoyable experience! I LOVE my red Alfa! It's simply beautiful! This is the best kept secret in Stuart!

Working with the sales team, I felt they were a seamless organization. Any questions or information was immediately handled by whomever I was speaking with at the time! Professional and customer focused staff. The sales and financial transaction was accomplished with facts and information. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I came all the way from Boca. Palm Beach Alfa never returned my calls and Fort Lauderdale was extremely rude, so I drove further to go to Stuart and I am glad I did. AK, my sales guy, was awesome and the entire team was friendly as could be. Everything here was great. I recommend making the drive up, I love my new car and got a great price on it as well

Car is finally fixed......Took my last chance ride an hr and a 1/2 to stuart alfa florida.Peggy in service was great. Car was there 2 days and they gave me a 2022 stelvio loaner.I will not go to another dealer in south florida.If you need service in south florida i would take the trip up there its a nice ride and you wont be dissapointedAll it was was the ballance the tires were not indexed right.Dillon the mechanic took his time with my car did something with vibration checks and all he could find was right front out of ballance and left rear. He put all my tires on there new hunter road force machine those 2 were in the red ..He indexed them correctly and steering wheel shake is gone..i also had them do the oil change again because you never know what the other dealers did if they cant even ballance tires correctly.I have had my tires road force ballanced 3 times at 2 dealers and regular ballanced multiple timesAnd it took a real mechanic that knew what he was doing at alfa romeo stuart florida.And get this they didnt even charge me for all the trouble ive been through.They have a customer for life as long as i own alfa or maserati i will be going to them.There place is great nice waiting room clean and everyone was friendly..Thanks again Peggy and Dillon for a very pleasantExprience..

I drove from Palm Beach County and I am so glad I did! I spent the entire day at multiple dealerships in PBC and was getting frustrated. I found a vehicle at a dealer in palm beach and I was ready to make a deal on a vehicle with so many dealer fees when I saw the same vehicle posted on Alfa Romero Stuart for less. Their vehicle was SO MUCH nicer and had alot less miles. I called and spoke with Victoria and she was extremely helpful! I asked for an out the door price to see which would be cheaper and she was quick and gave me a much better price so I drove up for the vehicle!Easiest dealership to work with! No hidden fees and great customer service! Thank you Victoria and Carlos in fjnance!

I received an email inviting me to test drive a Maserati at the dealership and offering me a $25 gas gift card to do it. I showed up and requested a test drive and a young, nasty guy told me I had to go outside in the hot sun and walk around with him for an hour looking at cars before I could test drive a car or get the $25 I was promised. I wasn't going to do that so I told him instead to pull up the car for me to test drive. He refused. I went to drive a car and get $25 promised, not to be some jerk's prisoner subject to torture in the hot sun for an hour. This dealership is horrible!
