OMG!! what amazing people! Christina totally hooked me up! I came in, almost on empty with a gas cap that I lost the key on. After trying several of the keys that were already in the boxes from my particular year, making and model of vehicle, and having no luck, the manager wound up accessing, my gas tank with her extremely positive can-do attitude without my having to spend a fortune on a locksmith. I cannot thank you enough! Thank you for this superior, amazing service! Above and beyond! I am very grateful !!Eileen

I went here to confirm that my battery wasn t good Austin came out side & confirmed that I was right I asked him if I could get a new one & he said sure before heading in I let him know that I d need help carrying it back to the car due to having surgery last week I can t life heavy stuff he said sure no problem we went in he got me a battery and said instead of you taking it home I can do it for you. I was so happy and took him up on it. I definitely recommend this store & Austin the best customer service I ve had in a long time anywhere. I definitely will be back here

Staffed by rude employees that don't want to be there. I went 2 days in a row and it was the exact same experience. Entertaining when I pulled into AutoZone immediately afterwards to see another customer that was behind me at advance and he said the exact same thing.

Went into the store yesterday to get wipers for my truck, Rob was super helpful, knowledgeable, and just went beyond to assist me. I had trouble getting wipers back on and Rob was there to assist. Great experience due to Rob!

Been coming to this advance for years, will not use them anymore dealt with a man named dave who was rude and extremely unhelpful. Swearing about the phone ringing. When asked if i could order a part at this store and pick it up at another he told me no, which isnt true because ive done it multiple times

Been here a few times , there prices are good, and staff was knowledgeable about my brakes, and some other misc things over the years. I did have to wait FOREVER once because whoever was working was having a personal chat with someone. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars, good call for your first stop if you need auto parts.

In search of a battery and misc other things, without ANY car knowledge whatsoever and was lucky enough to stop here. James helped me find everything I needed without any upselling. Fair prices, quick, and even installed our wiper blades in 30 seconds with a smile! Won't hesitate to come back!! Thank you James!

Leroy was so helpful and quick! He helped me get the battery my Jeep needed and even installed it for me thank goodness cause I was stuck in that parking lot. Kind, efficient, quick and easy, thanks!

Just happened to do some work in there parking lot. But otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpful to all the customers from what I saw big smiles on their face and eager to help do yourself a favor stop by get you some good new parts.

This morning my disabled father puchased 2 batteries for 485.00. He was very satisfied with service received at the time of the purchase however when he returned the core batteries Sunday afternoon 12/5/21 at 4.30 . He asked Brian, because of his disability, if he could help him carry in the batteries. He laughed and said if it wasn't raining he would help him and he refused. It is disgraceful that an employee would refused to help a disabled elderly person. He nor I will not recommend this store nor will either of us ever shop there again. Shame on you Brian!

NICOLE M. IS A ROCKSTAR! I called and spoke to her regarding a new battery and she couldn t have been more helpful, sweet, genuine, and informative! I can't say enough about Ryan. He was corteous and very thorough at installing my battery. The extreme care he took was amazing and I was in and out in no time. He's a great employee and should be commended for his efforts. Thank you Ryan. Will definitely return after the experience received.

Went in to buy oil and noticed the long line of customers but didn't think too much about it. Got my oil went online and noticed only one person was working and was only answering phones and ignoring all the customers in the store. I asked the people how long they were on line and some said as long as 30 minutes with no one helping them. 5 of us walked out immediately.

Terrible experience. 2 of the 3 employees weren't helping anyone until one of them asked another to. I asked if they could read my check engine light and the immediate response was "no but I can sell you one". She said they weren't allowed to check because of COVID-19. Not a terrible reason, however, only 1 employee was wearing a mask properly and 1 didn't even have one on at all. 3 other customers didn't have masks on as well and our county has a mask mandate. Way to pick and choose safety protocols. I hope the battery I bought from them lasts beyond it's warranty so I never have to set foot in there again. Had a much better experience at their competition.

I went in to get struts and there was a mix up. Two of one size was ordered. The manager handled it professionally, ensuring I received the part. I appreciate when a mistake is made the manager handles it.

Had what I needed in today's world. Countermen were helpful and polite when looking for them odd items so give them a chance. Some phone carriers signal is bad inside so have your images ready before you head in.

Remember, customers SHOULD be job one. Not standing there talking to each other while there's a line forming. The person was ok after they asked if I needed help, I sort of did need help as they don't let you go back into the stock room by yourself.

A couple times we needed something and came here and we got what we needed. If you can wait though, you can get a lot better prices if you look around. Also, employees can be a little 'rough' and not always friendly to customers.

When I first started going to the store I always receive good and friendly service. A couple times when I had issues there was one employee in specific who help me out especially when I didn't have a receipt but she was able to look up information for me and help me out and keep me a satisfied and returning customer. The past couple times I have gone there I have not seen her there at all so I believe that she does not work there anymore or perhaps my timing is always wrong and the days that I am there she's actually off. I've gone to the store twice within the past 3 weeks and both times waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even look at me to acknowledge that I was in the store let alone even attempt to help me. The first time I went was with my work truck to get two batteries tested as I had a feeling that they were going bad. There was only one guy working the counter and when I asked do you have the batteries checked, he said oh well that guy is outside with two other people and I am busy. Meanwhile I could physically see two other people behind their other counter standing there doing nothing when they could have been helping other customers. I continue to wait in the guy who was doing the battery testing came in grab something and then went back outside but he was not with another customer. At this point I was fed up and left I went down the street to AutoZone where I got immediate service and help and was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store. Recently this past week I went there to get new wiper blades for my personal vehicle. I had to wait for One customer to finish using the computerized information center because I do not know the size of my wiper blades. When I went to use the computer display, it was giving repeated error messages to inform the employees at the store that it needed a battery placement and I was not able to use the computer to look up the size. I then when to go to the counter to Simply ask them what size it was for my car and then I already knew where the wipers were to pick out which ones I want. However there was one gentleman in line in front of me, and then three other customers decided to walk in and start yapping with the employee who is actually helping the customer. Again this time there was one employee at the register and two possibly three other employees behind that same counter behind the shelves doing nothing. I again left and went to AutoZone again where, I got a mediate help as soon as I walked in the store and was in and out of the store with my purchase within 5 minutes. After these two past experiences I will never go back to that specific Advance Auto store. The customer service there is horrible and the employees are flat-out lazy.
