Update they called and apologized, but didn t offer any refunds just said I was sorry wall do better next time. Know what you need to do is refund my money for the service that you didn t do it would ve taken 30 seconds.Took my car in at 7 AM to get a tire put on. The people who handled to check in were great.Job was not completed though. I paid for the tire and had it installed and paid for the installation and then they didn t put the spare tire back. We re supposed to be just throw it in there, haphazardly and broke a case where we carried a medical device.

Walmart is Walmart. Great prices which is important to someone is on a fixed income. Not enough cashiers so you are expected to do self checkout which is not always easy with a bad back. The employees supervising the self checkout are rarely helpful. I refuse to show my receipt when leaving. If you trust me enough to check myself out then you have to trust me that I paid for all my items.

A nice Walmart. Cleaner and more organized than many others I have stopped at. Good produce and food. Prices are going up significantly. For example they did offer select spices at .99 cents now are $1.24! Canned beans were .75 now .89! In store bread was $1.00 loaf now $1.75!Time to shop around again.

Arriving at around 9:30 pm and leaving at 5:30 am, I spent the night in my Sprinter van parked in a corner of this Walmart Supercenter. Yes, they tolerate overnight RV parking and that's a good thing.I popped inside and found the restrooms to be good enough and then picked up some snacks to go into the fridge for driving tomorrow. Easy to hit the self-checkout and not have to interact with an associate.One ding for cart corrals that did not get cleared before the end of the day.

Great hunting & camouflage choices!!! Attendant in automotive was not knowledgeable & they didn't have a part needed that showed on the website as "In Stock". Register people were good & friendly.

The door greeter Craig is extremely RUDE! The experience I had with him tonight will not be tolerated with me and Walmart should make their employees retake the customer service assessment because he clearly lacks it. Also, upon asking for his nam, he ignored me, when I asked another staff member she told me his name and that they have a lot of complaints on him. Why is he still a door greeter if he has a nasty attitude!! Then, for me to talk to management and for them to tell me that s how he talks, and she will talk to him. Lets me know that my family and I will drive out of town to Middleburg or Gainesville to shop before I spend another dollar at corporation to think that it s acceptable for their employees to treat paying customers in that manner.

Now let's keep in mind this is me really giving myself 5 stars. Since I put all my items in my cart myself, I also checked myself out. I bagged all my items and I loaded all my items in my car. I also returned the cart back inside... So all in all I give myself 5 stars.

They go above and beyond to help in the automotive department. Josh was a big help honestly if he wouldn't been a good mechanic who was able to help I don't even know if we would have been able to get our vehicle running properly I highly recommend the auto motive department if your having issues with your car and need a good mechanic.

Absolutely tired of Craig. He screamed at my husband tonight all for not showing his receipt when we have been going to this Walmart for over a year and have shown it Everytime. We were in a hurry and had already had a employee over at our self checkout to check ID, he's made comments on if I do split payment on my receipt before and it's none of his business how I pay for my things. Well tonight my husband said hey have a great night Craig! And he goes I need your receipt which our 4 year old daughter was holding so my husband respectfully declined, and so Craig immediately walks away and starts counting our kids and my husband turned around and got the receipt from our daughter and said Craig receipt is right here dude and Craig went red in the face and screamed to where people were turning around as he screamed and multiple employees around just shaking their heads, Craig said i cant see it while you're holding it up! And so my husband told him it's not law to show you a receipt dude calm down I can decline and we walked away. Tired of him, called manager and she agreed we do not have to show receipt and said all she could do was talk to him like he's protected in some way but yet this is not the first complaint on him for harassment and it was best if we called corporate. So we are. And possibly pressing charges for verbal harassment. We are honest people that pay for their things and it's embarrassing to get shaked down at the front door. This dude does not belong in customer service or being the first face you see to represent your company.

Friday night 3/22/24, we stopped at the Walmart in Starke, FL. I wanted a 32 ounce container of the Great Value Vanilla Light Yogurt but they appeared to be sold out. We approached Anthony, who is an overnight employee and he was busy putting up stock. He said he would be happy to check some pallets in the back. Then out he came, with a container of Yogurt. I really appreciate his kindness. When in FL, this is the Walmart we will be shopping at. Thank you, Anthony!! Outstanding customer service!

Stores OK, the people in it are very rude. And disrespectful, everybody needs to learn how to get along in this world. Nobody's better than anybody else. We're all the same, no matter what color we are.

One of, if not the best Walmarts I've been in. Well stocked, clean restroom and friendly helpful staff. A pay raise would be appreciated for my self checkout skills.

FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS STORE.I WAS IMPRESSED AS SOON AS I WALKED IN. THE STORE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN.THE STORE LOOKED LIKE THE INSIDE OF A MALL STORE.SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PUT OUT AN ALL POINTS BULLETIN (APB)FOR HELP OR QUESTIONSSTAFFING WAS PLENTIFUL AND PLEASANT.THEY PHARMACY WORKERS REMEMBERED ME FROM A PHONE CALL THAT I MADE TO THEM.I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT IN FOR 190 DAYS FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS OR TO HAVE EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT THE MEDS WERE FOR AND SKILLED MEDICINAL HELPERS WERE AVAILABLE THERE THAT WAS SOOTHING TO THE SPIRIT IF YOU'RE IN NEED.I SHOPPED FOR A WHILE AND AFTERWARDS, I HAD FORGOTTEN A FEW THINGS AND STAFF RIGHT ON IT AND GOT IT FOR ME. MY CREDIT CARD OR THE CASH REGISTER WAS GOING NUTS. I NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND A CASHIER TRIED TO FIGURE WHAT WAS GOING WRONG.I HAD TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE I RECEIVED( A-1 )ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND RESOLVED THE MATTER.

I gave this Walmart 4 stars bc everyone was extremely nice and I loved the way the store is very clean and in order. However we decided to order some cooked food from the deli department and the lady cooking the food had a few problems. She didn't have anything cooked except a certain type of spicy chicken, mac n cheese, and okra. So we decided to choose those 3 items not knowing the chicken was spicy. The food was very good and fresh, however she also didn't have any plates or the tops for the plastic little bowls. So she gave us our food in plastic bags except the mac n cheese she found one lid for. But I thought this was Walmart, so you'd think they'd have paper plates and/or plastic lids.

Walmart is unpleasant on a good day. They give their least to employees and customers alike. Now they've invested in self checkout instead of the employee who could really use the job and why? To make it easier to catch a customer stealing at the self checkout we already hate. There is a whole lot wrong with that picture, and it's insulting and dehumanizing. Walmart (and Amazon too while we're at it)-we could think of ways to cut back on how many of their family members we put through college while their employees are on food stamps. Corporations will mistreat us when we let them.

There is constantly employees in the way to the point that it is next to impossible to even shop. I want to be clear, this is NOT the employees fault, it s due to cheapness and poor management on behalf of the Walmart corporation. Walmart should be paying people more to come in and stock overnight, but they are too cheap.There should also be some sort of provision made for the people shopping for pick up orders. A suggestion would be that they take the items out of the stock in the back of the store, or really there needs to be a complete separate building for pickup orders but that is a pipe dream because Walmart is waaay too cheap to do that.So basically if you shop here be prepared to squeeze around ladders, huge pick up order carts and other shoppers doing the same as you.As they say in the Marine Corps it s a complete cluster FAlso I say this with highest regard to the employees as I once was one.It s the company that is at fault.

One of the "nicer Walmarts", not ghetto-ish. Well maintained inside and out.This walmart has a good feel vs. others I've visited.I travel and sleep in Walmart parking lots, when I'm on the road, I felt pretty safe and secure at this one.A nod to the manager(s) of this one.

This Walmart is a disgrace to Sam himself. They have absolutely nothing I ever need and the store is always a mess, the employees who work here are absolutely worthless and are the rudest workers I have ever witnessed at a Walmart. If there was other stores to shop in this town then this Walmart would be in trouble. Kim who is the so called manager is nasty rude and says insulting comments about customers behind their backs and it's appalling. Iam highly disappointed with the professionalism at this establishment and will tell everyone not to go to this store!!

I couldn't ring all I bought , 1800.00 of food and household, just moved, they actually opened a register and rang me up, and helped me to car. Thank goodness

I honestly would never visit this store if I could get what I needed elsewhere. In a rural area, that's not always possible. Walmart treats their employees terribly and fires full timers to avoid paying benefits. They are greedy and their prices inch up all the time. I avoid them when I can.

I enjoy going to the Walmart to shop of course like who doesn't, but one thing I don't like is how I always feel as if someone is following me around watching every move I make and it makes me feel very uncomfortable and I mean very very uncomfortable because first of all I deal with extremely bad on a daily and second of all I am not a thief nor will I ever be so yeah I wish that would be one thing that they would because I have actually put my stuff down and left the store not bought anything because it made me feel so very uncomfortable!!!!

We are traveling. Had one front tire start separating. We changed it. The other front tire started separating. We stopped at the Starke, FL location to replace a tire. The guy did not want to help us and said they can t change tires because most tires are backwards and the tire machine is like a record player that spins.REALLY! An automotive / tire shop that can t change tires?!?!
