I brought my daughter s car in for an oil change yesterday on 3/23. When I asked about the wait Jessica at the desk informed me it was a really long wait she suggested I come back today 3/24 early and it would be Much quicker. When I arrived today around 7:30 I got in line behind 3 others and waited. No one came to the desk to help for a few minutes so I asked the other people in line if they had seen anyone or rang the bell. After finding out they had all been waiting for a bit and had not seen anyone I knocked on the window to see if someone would open the door to let me out but instead Nelson the team leader came in. Nelson helped everyone in line and was very welcoming and quick. After an hour and a half I came back to check on my car and was informed again by Jessica there was a car being done, one more car, and then mine. When I asked how long it would be so I could be picked up I was informed it was only going to be an hour so I decided to stay. After an hour I stood up to look out the window and Jessica assured me my car was next and about to be pulled in. After telling me this she went outside to talk to one of the men. About 5 minutes later another woman walked in to inform me my car was being bumped for an appointment. Obviously I understand there was an appointment, however had Jessica given that information to me when I asked originally I would have left to go home when I had the opportunity. I asked to speak with the manager and explained I understand they are busy and I can see them all working but it is INCREDIBLY frustrating to be told wrong information and waste an entire day waiting when I could simply have just gone home. I explained that at no point in the multiple conversations I had with Jessica l, over the two days, was I ever made aware I could even make an appointment. I did share that my frustration was not with how long the oil change was taking but just that if I had been told it was going to be four hours instead of the much quicker I would have made arrangements to leave rather than wasting an entire day in their waiting room to be told once an hour I was next. Nelson was again very understanding and told me he would do what he could to get me along quickly. I have always taken all of our cars here for oil changes and this is not something I frequently deal with. Communication from the desk (which would require someone to actually be there to answer people and the phone) would avoid so much unnecessary conflict in that department. While I was dealing with my issues it was clear with the three others and the phone calls I could overhear that this was the same underlying frustration everyone was experiencing all weekend. Again, the department has some gems. All the guys in the shop working seemed to be steady working and Nelson was the most pleasant person I talked to all day. Jessica at the front desk seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but the desk and wanted to talk about anything except what was happening in the department. I will also say there was a second lady who came later to work the desk with a long brown braid that was also very helpful and nice.

I went yesterday with my husband to have one tire replaced on my car around 12:40.. It was 3:20 when we left. I understand people are busy but I least let us know if the wait will be a few hours, so I could of just came another day. The lady that was helping everyone was kind and understanding. But once I got in my car I found the middle of my tire dodge symbol on my passenger seat smh if we weren't in a rush to make it home cause our kids got home before up, I would of came back inside to let the man know how he damaged my stuff and need to control his temper!! Now we gotta replace this part cause he had an attitude for being"rushed' by the young lady .

I scheduled an appointment to have a set of tires installed. It was a one hour appointment and I was told to be there on time, and despite this it took them a total of 2.5 hours to install 4 tires. I was late to work because of this. It took them one whole hour to even start working on my truck, despite me having an appointment and being told I was at the top of the list. The woman that scanned me in told me that I was ready to go and I come back an hour later to check on my truck just to come to find it hasn t even been touched yet. Manager came over shuffling his feet to scan me in and finally get something started. After an hour wait, which is when my appointment was supposed to be over, my truck was finally pulled into the shop. A technician removed my tires and just left for 30 minutes, nobody in the shop working on anything. The manager came in to call a meeting which delayed my install even LONGER. Very disappointed, would like some compensation for the time and money I have lost because of this circus show, but I doubt I will get it. You can t even leave a review on Walmart or reach out to anybody.

I had an issue with my battery terminal no auto shop in my city could help me with, so I took a shot in the dark and called Walmart auto center, they said they could take care of it just bring it in, then when I got there they said it might be an issue they couldn't help with because the bolt was frozen and the wires needed spliced but Josh stepped right in and said he could take care of it no problem, and indeed he did!! So thankful to the other man who helped me to begin with and Josh who solved my problem. I honestly had no idea what to do and they made my day, hire more people like them.

They never have tires in stock and they tell you to order them online and I made my appointment to then say it was delayed and they changed my appointment for another week away...so I tried to cancel the whole thing so we could go get tires somewhere else and it only cancelled my appointment and then took my payment... so I called today 4/28/24 to see if they had my tires...it took them a while to find them but he finally did.I tried to get an appointment for this weekend and he was having trouble setting me an appointment... finally he said he would call me back with one but he never did...I will try again tomorrow.I would never recommend this place to anyone..

I called 3 times, first two times they never answered. Third time, it was like , hello what do you want. I tried to talk then she just hung up. I went and spent my money elsewhere. A week earlier I called Noone picked up, called again same , waited a while called 3rd time, told her I called for tires, I told her don't transfer me Noone answers the phone. She did it anyway. Of course Noone answered. I called right back , same person answered, I asked please don't transfer me to tires, Noone answers the phone, she did it anyway. I called back and asked for the manager and she just hung up on me. Customer no service to the max.

My car was ready within the estimated time frame and the price was great. The technicians did a great job and have had no issues with my service. Definitely going back for more annual maintenance on the car

The care center is terrible they open at 7:00 or supposed to anyway I was here at 6:30 no one came to help me or check my car in until almost 8:00 it's now 8:10 there's five cars and no one is in the bay yet. They have no consideration for the customer. They act like they do not have a job to do. I had to open the door for the other four customers at 7:30. When I called the customer service they said they were getting there tills at 7:20 if you open at 7:00 the door should be open and you should be ready to go

I had a 5:00pm appointment to have tires installed. My vehicle was taken into the bay at 6:10pm I did not leave until 7:30pm. I asked specifically to use sticky weights on the inside of the wheel. No notes or directions were given to the technicians. When the vehicle was returned it was returned with a broken center cap they did not imply was broken which they broke. One manager says bring in the receipt or purchase proof of a new one the other one says that s not a receipt and won t work. In fact it was a receipt. They reimbursed for only the item price not including the shipping. The team needs some work. You want customers to return, not go other places. When returned the vehicle should be as it was brought in, if something was broken it should be acknowledged. Upon return for the weights to be fixed as requested it was again over an hour before they started on the vehicle. Service time is way too long. We bought a camper in Jacksonville and while we were on 301 in Starke we blew 2 tires. We had to leave the camper on the side of the road to get new tires and the service center got us right in despite being busy. After changing the tires we blew a 3rd tire. With spare on we took the camper back to Walmart to get the other two replaced. Once again they were busy and about to close but got us in cause they knew we were in a tight spot. The tire tech Tyler was one of the coolest guys and went above and beyond to help. I don't do many reviews but I thought it is necessary to tell them how much I appreciated them helping us.

Man said they were closed for a few weeks, locals say they do this a lot, had to make it to Middleburg with a leaking tire with 2 holes in it. In Orlando they actually opened up the tire center after hours to help us with a flat so just go to show you the difference in people.

Absolutely the worst!Was told it was an 1.5 hour wait.Was questioning at the time because there was only 2 cars in the garage but had some shopping to do so I agreed.Spent 1.5 hours shopping when I returned to the auto center to find my car sitting in the same place it was when I arrived!Spoke with the "co-manager" who did absolutely nothing...In fact he was more concerned about when he could get his car in for a tire check!!He was playing a pity party talking how he was probably going to have to have his wife pick him up once his tire blew out or she might have to come and "pick up his piece"... I guess once he crashed?.?. Totally unprofessional!I finally asked for my keys back so I could get the hell out of the twilight zone.Would never recommend doing business here.Michael Harrington

Working in customer service service for years I try and give others giving it a break. Its a tough deal to please people. But this circus show is horrible. I waited almost 3 hours for one tire change. And my car never made it to the rack.I had to leave. The work ethic is lousy . the employees go and come. The staff was about 3 guys and I only saw 1 working consistently. Others waiting were upset too. I don't except phenomenal service or knowledge but at least updates or letting customers know what's going on would help. Tighten up Walmart.

Arrived with a bad rear tire and have them swap for the under truck spare. Got me in right away and got the work done quickly and there was no charge for the service. Was surprised that this came at no cost and tried to tip the techs but apparently it s against Walmart policy to do so. This is a great location to get your car checked out and maintenanced on. They have good prices and are always faster than they say. Everyone here is very friendly and takes care of your vehicle. The guy at the front was nice. I felt like it was pricey for one tire. Also I figured for the price my mom paid for them to fix her tire they could have at least put her spare tire back underneath the truck for her instead of throwing it in the back of her truck.

They sold me all 4 defective tires, they only replaced 2 in the front to keep it driving straight. Also, broke my tire sensor indicator and fixed it long enough for me to drive away for it to come back again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Brenda at the tire and lube is an angel from heaven. She goes well above and beyond customer service. She needs more help than she's got but that's only because of this pandemic....I hope. She needs a raise. I came in with a flat and didnt have the money for the warranty. She pulled money out of her own pocket to help me. She didnt have to but she did. Being a single mother working paycheck to paycheck I would have just opted out due to being low on funds. Now because of her big heart and willing to put her own money in to help I have the security that if my tire blows out again I will be able to get it replaced. She deserves a raise more than anyone in this world. I will never forget this kind feed. She will get that $10.70 back and much more if I have anything to do with it. Thank you Brenda. You know not how special of a person you are. Thank you!

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in just for a simple tire roration and basic oil/fluids, ended up having to get a new tire because one was chopped so I bought the most expensive one and the warranty......the morning after I left the lot, my car has been nothing but problems!!!!!I have had this car since it came out in 2009 and I have NEVER had a problem with this car until I left the mechanic, and now its midnight and I'm just getting home cause my BRAND NEW ONE WEEK OLD tire was flat.....roadside assistance sHowed me a HUGE hole in the inner wall of the tire....he already told me it's impossible to have been me he said he can just tell by the tire itself they gave me a bad tire.....going in tomorrow! I want my money back AND the tire changed for free!!! I'm going somewhere else to get the noise looked at, no way in hell they'll ever touch my car again and the tire is not to touch my car unless I see and inspect it first.....I was overcharged, and completely taken advantage of....and they are about to pay....

Employee refused to put a patch inside my tire because I had pluged the tire. Without looking at my tire the employee told me I would have to buy a new tire.I took my truck to Mosley Tire. They put the patch inside my tire. Charged $20.00. I recommend Mosley Tire for fair honest business.

I bought tires because they had the best price. Never again, they are nice but slow. It's an all day trip to get rotated. Next time Sam's Club, I bought my wife's there and they are great

Doesn't even deserve this 1 star. Walked in at 6:31 pm and was told they could not help me, because no one would stay after 7 pm. All I needed was a simple oil change. I will never have my oil changed or tires done at Walmart in Starke, Fl again.

Went to get a oil change and they said they were out of oil, and if I wanted to get the oil changed I had to pay the difference for oil off the shelf. I mean the price was already 46.00 and then buy oil... No thank you
