I found the perfect RV for me and talk to Cody who gave me a price on one he just got I offered to put money down to hold it and he said he had no way to do that. He did find me new tires, and I arranged to have it serviced and inspected After the new tires were installed, I made it clear I want this RV and was willing to do whatever he needed to make that happen but after a week of making arrangements keeping him completely updated, I was ready to leave for Florida on Sunday, but Saturday he called and said his business partner sold the RV. I am my own business when I give a customer price I just need a handshake or an email or even talking on the phone and I honor that if I get to the job and it s more I still honor my price that s the way I was raised. That is what the Marine Corps taught me because I am disabled, vet But do you think they care. After Cody help me find tires and arrange to have the engine and generator serviced I even put money down on a flatbed car trailer because my BMW cannot be flat towed. I told him all week that I would be there first thing Monday morning he just text me Saturday morning to say his business partner sold the RV and felt like a kick in the balls I would definitely not trust this company. It s employees or their word, because it s not worth anything. If anyone needs proof, I have copies of emails and text messages that were verify anything I have told you. This has my has been my personal experience with lousy dealer,

It's too bad that this dealership continues to sell RV's out from under a buyer. I asked to put a down payment on the RV and Cody said, "No, I want you see the full RV in a video before you buy it". I thought this was a great idea until the first person to walk in with cash bought the unit. IF there is a partnership in this outfit they don't communicate. I even had signed a sales order and had sent it back. Just not a good way to do business.UPDATE Thank you for responding, however I had a full conversation with Cody at 9:30 this morning and told him the only reason for the later date was that if he needed time to complete anything we might ask of him (I was willing to pay for any repairs the inspector might find). I also told him that I expected to pick it up next week Friday. I had asked to put money down the day before and he refused saying it s yours, I just want you to see the video before you buy it. He never called me after our conversation this morning. It is obvious that communication is not one of your teams strong points.

Refreshing! We were looking for an RV. Started off at the large dealership. That left a bad feeling of being pushed. With such a lack of communication.We found Northeast RV%Auto service.From the first words, we knew that this family operated business had the time to explain every question or have the answer rapidly found out. Honest about the whole process.I recommend anyone who is interested in something he's advertising. Run don't walk.He does not hold. We learned that right away. His prices are very reasonable.Great respect to Cody and Brittany

Good experience on the RV purchase but not satisfied with service after the sale. Cody promised to help me with several issues but quit answering my calls and won t return vm s or text.

We live in sc and found this place by not accident but pure luck! We went to FL looking at rv it was junk, passed by this business and stopped. Fell in love with one of their RVs. The people there have been great. Worked with us to get kinks out as it is used rv. We feel confident in sending anyone to see them for RV. Wonderful! Thank you Cody and your team!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and talked to Cody about a motorhome that I wanted to purchase. I offered to put a down payment to secure the sale because I am 1200 miles away. He then tells me there is no way he can hold it. I paid a guy to go check it out and test drive it the very next day. Everything checked out, so I wanted to purchase in full. I called multiple times and texted him with no response. I texted him saying that I needed all his information for my bank so we could do a bank transfer and pay for in full. I finally got an answer at 3pm and he told me he would call me back and never did so I called first thing in the morning, no answer again. I had the guy I paid go over there and figure out what was going on. I finally get a phone call back from Cody and he informed me that he has a guy on the way from Georgia to look at it, basically told me sorry about my luck. Meanwhile I already had the loan taken care of and had my plane ticket bought so I could head down there to drive it back. So now I m out $1200 and sorry about your luck. You be the judge but I would not recommend doing business with them!!!

They are awesome, great customer service from the salesman cody and loved working with brittany on finalizing the deal! It took me two weeks to get my loan taken care of and they worked with me the whole time! we love our new RV. highly recommend for any of your rv needs.
