Mikey Wang was great to work with, he was very friendly and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle for our needs. Mikey also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. The staff was friendly and courteous, they made sure my husband and I and our boys were comfortable and always double checked to see if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our experience there and will definitely tell our family and friends about the wonderful service! We highly recommend Murry Ford of Starke!

We had a great experience with Murray Ford of Starke. The salesman, Steve Johnson, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and he was prompt to answer any questions we had by email prior to our arrival. The dealership worked with us on the numbers to make it benefit us both. Steve helped us set up some of the technical tools in the new vehicle so we were comfortable on how they worked before we left the dealership. We would highly recommend visiting Murray Ford to look for your next vehicle. If you stop by, ask for Steve and tell him we sent you!

I asked how much was a vehicle I saw on their website and he practically asked me,"How much ya got?""This is ____ with Murray Ford of Starke, I see you are interested in _____ and would like a quote/price! I will be happy to get that over to you but first I just need a little information! Will you have a vehicle to trade? If so could you please send me the Vin, exact odometer, pictures of the interior and exterior, and the payoff if there is any, if there is no trade, will you be financing or paying cash? " Etc,etc.So much for transparency at Murray Ford!

I went to Murray Ford of Stark yesterday to buy a vehicle, after negotiating a price, having put thousands of dollars down and submitting my credit app. It was over a 3 hour drive for me, and I asked a million questions to ensure that the vehicle was an acceptable condition prior to making the 6 to 7 hour round-trip. I was assured that the vehicle was beautiful and in great condition, the sales person told me I would sell this vehicle to my family. When I got there, the sales person was in disarray, from what I believed having the car detailed and ready for me. Instead, when I was shown the vehicle, it had cracked lights full of water and condensation, others lights full of water and condensation. The windshield had been replaced a few days prior let the car fax and there was a rusted screw holding plastic pieces around the windshield, and rubber sticking out from the other side. The sales manager and sales person had conflicting stories about whether parts were on order or in stock, etc. I was told they would not cover repairs of the lights. The sales manager also lied and said the vehicle hadn t been through service when the car faxed clearly stated the window replacement and service to prepare for sale. I couldn t walk away fast enough. I was referred to as honey repeatedly Dealing with this dealership was such a waste of a day of my life - extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend finding another dealership to buy from - one that is honest, upfront and respectful.

My husband purchased a 2020 Honda Accord in October 2023. It was sold to him with illegal tint on it, unbeknownst to us. We didn't know about the tint until he received a ticket for it in November, less than a month later! We also had to replace the battery in December, not covered by the additional expensive bumper to bumper warranty coverage we have. We were told when we took the car in for the battery that our tires only had 3/32 tread left and should've been replaced before we purchased the car. So, within the first 2 months of having this car, we have found out that they did not do their due diligence in making sure this car was ready to be purchased. I highly do not recommend.

They also made the process easy, including price transparency, education on my vehicle, and even dropping off the vehicle to my home and taking the trade in with them. I ll never go anywhere else!

DO NOT BUY! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. They will say anything and everything for you to sign that line like say they are going to do something and then don't do it and say "oh well". They promised 4 brand new tires and rims because they were bald. Then when we go to sign, the sales manager, Mark Andrews, changed the terms and didn't replace anything. Which lead us getting 2 flat tires 3 days later.Told the sales manager and owner to call me, they took my phone number then never called me.They don't care about making wrongs right. They don't care if you are a military member and serve our country. They will screw you over every single chance they get and just say "oh well".UPDATED: I have sent a email to the General Sales Manager Frank.

Shazam! This is the best and easiest dealing guys. Seamless transaction all done over the phone; no haggling. We showed up, the truck was ready to go. Massive inventory to choose from. I would recommend these guys. AutoNation ford didn't even want to consider dealing. Glad we went here instead. Go see my guys over at Murray Ford, you'll be surprised.

Very disappointed. The first time I leased a vehicle with them it went great. However, this time when I returned the lease vehicle 3 months early and under mileage, Mike in sales and Mike in finance assured me I would be credited back the future 3 months I had prepaid. I switched out for a new lease with them and after calling and texting multiple times how to get my $ back on prior lease, they quit responding to me altogether. Ford credit told me over the phone it is the dealer's responsibility to make it right, but I guess they got paid extra money and that's all they care about.

In June of 23 my father bought a car from this dealership and they have failed to produce a title in 8 months.My father is now driving an illegally registered vehicle due to the inability to register it without a title. Vehicle is paid off.Per dmv, dealers in the state of Florida need to have a title prior to sale. This dealer sold a vehicle without a title. Illegal. Now my father has moved and can t register his car.I unfortunately was not there but it seems either an extreme over sight or criminal? Only been 8 months when you have 30 days to clear up.

William was our salesman. Very nice gentleman that knew the performance of the truck as well as the newest features that ford has added to their trucks. Michael was also a gentleman that helped us with purchasing . They both have excellent customer service skills and southern hospitality in Starke, Florida. The facility is clean they provide drinks and popcorn. People were all very nice.. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable. If I like Ford's check them out ask for these two gentleman.

I went to get my oil changed in my truck at "quick service". Once inside the office,2 customer service writers, one waiting on a customer and the other buried in the computer. No acknowledgment of me standing there. There was no Hi, we will be with you in a moment or even eye contact and a wave. A mechanic came and one of the "service writers" , the one buried in the computer began assisting him with whatever and still no acknowledgment of me standing there. After several minutes of the writer assisting the mechanic the writer went back to his computer. I stood there for several more minutes(approx 10) before heading towards the door and commenting that no one even attempted to acknowledge my presence. This is the second bad experience with the so-called "quick service" department. The first one was an appointment at 9:30am for an oil change and did not get out of there till 12:30pm. My recommendation is you remove Quick and service from your signage because you offer neither.

Thank you Murray Ford Stark for wonderful sales/service. Steve came through for us when we didn't think anyone could ever meet our criteria. We had keys in hand in less than 24 hours. Finance was wonderful with dealing with our out of state issue, and service was on top the couple issues we needed fixed.Thank you bunches!

My fianc� has purchased two vehicles from Murray Ford in the past and had great experiences. We live in lake city and I was skeptical shopping out of town. I just purchased a 2023 F150 and could not have had a better experience. My sales associate, Dave, was prompt and beyond helpful. My salesman David Kniseley was absolutely phenomenal. The staff made me feel as though I was the only one there and each gave me their business cards to reach out whenever I needed anything. My Dad is a Chevy guy but I have been proud to where the Murray Ford hat they gave and proud to keep the Murray Ford key chain on my key chain. I think this tops the best feeling I ve ever had with buying anything! They really took care of me especially making sure I had all the essentials needed! Bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance. And made it as affordable for me as they could!

The service department is probably the worst I ve ever dealt with. They are super slow, and they provide no updates on progress. When I call their automated system I end up stuck in a loop, and it disconnected me. eventually I did get someone on the line, after a lady provided me a direct number, but the man who answered the service dept line had no information on the vehicle being serviced, no notes in their system he could reference. I was told he would research it and call back shortly, but big surprise, no one has after an hour. They have had the car since Thursday, it s now Monday afternoon and I still have no update and no clue when we will have a car again! I think they need to reconsider their slogans, bc this customer definitely does not feel like a priority

Murray Ford is the place to go for a newer used Ford. I ordered a new F250 and there were some serious issues during the process..but Mark Andrews and Mike Walsh were serious problem solvers and my new truck arrived on time and was even nicer that I anticipated. I will purchase all of my future new Fords through Murray Ford.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your ford to murray superstore what so ever. Nor do i recommend to do any sort of business with them, save your time and money. For starters i have a 2018 ford mustang ecoboost which my head gaskets blew and my personal mechanic confidently did the motor swap at his automotive shop. After the motor swap was complete we had issues getting it to fully crank. With that being said i decided to take my mustang to murray ford for service as i explained the situation to them, they told me they d be happy to help. December 8th i towed them my mustang. They told me compression in the motor was good, changed a few sensors, still weren t quite sure what the issue was. Sure no problem, fast forward a few weeks later i ve called a few times with a promised call back, never got them. Finally get a hold of my advisor Cary and he once again tells me the tech has no answers. Wait another 2 weeks, now a month and a half later, still no answers so i m getting frustrated. Now another week goes by and i m finally being told they ran a few small tests (which i m knowledgeable enough to know don t take much time) and they still aren t able to figure it out. Cary then tells me they recommend i take my ford somewhere they have more time and capability to work on my FORD rather than a ford dealership? That being said i asked what they are expecting me to pay he states they have a set diagnostic fee which he knocked down as they didn t have an answer. He told me $352 for an i don t know diagnostic. I then asked for them to have every bit of paperwork prepared for me when i come to pick up my mustang. Meaning every test that was run, the sensors i was told they replaced, any work they had performed on my vehicle is required to be on record. He then states he has no record for me but he could type up an invoice the day of pick up. All in all, these people do nothing but waste your time, try to take your money, and have no idea what their doing. I took my ford right back to my backyard mechanic and within seconds of hearing the motor try to turn over he then told me the compression in the motor is bad. Keep in mind ford told me they tested for compression and it was good, but they have no proof of it or record of the rest they ran. Safe to say these people didn t touch my car nor run any of the tests they claimed to run. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Once i asked for the reports of all the work performed on my vehicle, which they claim to be 14+ hours, cary then got frustrated and told me to just come get my keys and car out of their way i don t have to pay the diagnostic fee anymore.. all in all this place is terrible. Yes i heard the motor i put into my car prior to the motor swap, it has 20,000 miles on it. We did not check the compression prior to the motor swap as we heard it run. Ford did tell me they ran a compression test and it was good. Nothing from them added up or sits right with me. Such a waste of a dealership.

Alfredo was awesome! He was knowledgeable, super friendly and accommodating. When the detail department couldn t get to my car done before I drove it home, Alfredo personally washed it and got me out the door. I will be returning to Murray Ford. Great dealership and employees!
