Honest and reliable. And the big one there is honesty. I have had my vehical to many mechanics and ended up choosing to do the work myself after price gouging and and attempted upcharges for things that did not need to be done. I have always worked on my own vehicles so know enough to tell when I'm getting a line. I would definitely bring my truck back again without wondering if I'm being taken for a ride. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and reliable shop.

I'm from the Clearwater/ Tampa Bay area and moved up to Waldo 3 years ago. My 2003 f150 needed an ABS module and Mr. Allen and his crew did a great job. I'm super impressed that they didn't try to upsell me on anything, or look for other stuff to recommend. Overall, the repair came to less than the estimate I was given.I went back another time for a new fuel filter install and labor was only 25 bucks. Where can you get that kind of price in 2024 ? Thanks guys . You are now officially my regular go to mechanic shop.

I have taken my truck here since we have moved to Bradford County. The first time was for brakes and an oil change service. I wanted all brakes and rotors changed and other components looked at. They called me and told me that I didn't need rear brakes and that they were fine. As my truck had over 200,000 miles on the original rear pads and rotors I said replace them anyway. The second time was for a/c repair work. I told him about the prior repair work done to the a/c and what I was told was wrong prior to moving to Bradford County. He fixed that component and didn't try to tell me anything else was wrong. He even showed me the failed part when i picked my truck up. It was the original part and not the one that was supposed to have been replaced by another shop a few years ago. I would definitely recommend Allens. Work was done correctly, on time and what I considered a fair price.

Had an oil change done there. He said I needed full synthetic but the manual said synthetic blend was ok. Not really a big deal.Car steering wheel was dirty and smelled of dirty grease. Not a fan.

I ve been coming to this establishment for a few years now after living in this county all my life and going to other establishments and getting very bad service. This decision has been the best decision thus far, the staff are always very nice and welcoming. And the prices are affordable and reasonable. As a woman you often feel as if you re being taken advantage of at repair shops but not here, me and my husband both receive the same equivalent service every time. I've lived in 10 different states, and in all that time, I've never met a more honest mechanic in my life. They are always friendly, go above and beyond, quick service, and fix it right the first time. They never gouge you for money with unnecessary work and keep you on the road at a fair price. We had an awesome experience with this business! Jeremy Allen, owner, is honest, fair, dependable and goes above and beyond!!! I live in Jacksonville and my parents who are in their 90s live outside of Starke and were coming home from Gainesville when their car started overheating on the trip. My Mom was barely able get it into a restaurant parking lot coming into Starke when she lost steering. It was 4:30 on a Friday night and they called me and I m an hour and a half away! I called several places but then called Allen s and spoke with Jeremy. He told my parents to go ahead and eat at the restaurant, and he would be there shortly to troubleshoot. He came in a few minutes, found the issue which needed a part ordered and not only did he arrange for a tow truck, he drove my parents home and they live 15 minutes away from Starke!! Just as he promised them, the car was repaired and ready on Monday at the price he had quoted them. Thank you Jeremy for helping our family in a desperate situation! Aside from us having the same name, which is a plus, I can say that this establishment is HONEST, RELIABLE, and they just GET THE JOB DONE! This is the only place that doesn't try to swindle their customers. When Allen's auto fixes your vehicle, they make sure that you don't have to come back for a long time. I recommended this place over ANYONE in bradford county, and surrounding areas. Since the day I chose to patronize Allen s I have not been disappointed. He and his staff have been extremely knowledgeable and they provide a slice of security that we all need when it comes to uncertainties with automobile. Not only that his services are cost effective and he provides quality service. He and his staff are personable and I have never felt taken advantage of as we feel stereotypically towards mechanics. Whenever there has been an issue after a repair he has rectified the issue as soon as possible. I call him My Mechanic because I trust him that much! They were awesome! They were very nice and very quick! They explained the issue without being condescending (which as a woman is amazing.) Got the job done and sent me on my way. I would give them 10 stars if I could but I'll settle for 5 out of 5!

Can t even lie, I was skeptical going in. These guys explained everything & didn t try to put a hole in my pocket. Although we had a hiccup with the part (that I supplied) the guys still diagnosed the issue & had it to me right when they said they would. I ll definitely be back & dropping my car off for more repairs while I m on the road. Would DEFINITELY suggest this shop for any of your auto repairs. I appreciate you guys! A true 5 star mechanic, Jeremy and his team of mechanics know what they're doing. Known Jeremy back when he had a shop in Jacksonville and going to Starke is worth the drive. Had some work done on my 2011 Cadillac CTS coupe and they keep my car in great running shape. Thank you Jeremy, you always go above and beyond, thank you daylan for all your hard work and helpfulness, and thank you to Luiz for your hard work and the finishing touches on the car!Looking for a mechanic go here!!!!

Me and my dad have brought many of our vehicles to Allen. He always treats us with respect and is very honest about repair costs and estimates. He s not like the dealership (out to get every single dime in your pocket) but is a good to honest mechanic. I started going to Allen after another big mechanic shop s employee/ co-owner (down the road on 301) attempted to belittle me when I started asking questions about my cars repair diagnostic. I have never gotten in any sort of quarrels with Allen over diagnostic questions but I ve always gotten detailed answers. I truly recommend him.

A month or two ago, Allen's came very highly recommended to me. I needed to have some transmission repairs done, and they also placed my new hood, driverside door and side fender onto my truck for me. When I got my truck back the next day, I realized that I still had a transmission leak. So I was rather upset at first. I took my truck back and they found another bad hose. They replaced the hose at no cost to me. I was very pleased that they did that without hesitation. The owner isn't the nicest guy, but Brian runs the shop and he is great. Very nice and always helpful. I later had to take the truck back to have my fuel pump replaced, Brian was very honest and said I could get the fuel pump cheaper at Advanced Auto, and he was right, saved me over $100.00! He just charged me the labor. I do plan and will be taking my vehicles back there in the future. Thank you Brian.

Good, Solid, professional Auto Mechanics. I stopped in based on these reviews. We are from Nevada, here visiting family and didn't know any mechanics in the area. Jeremy and his guys did a good job on my 2017 RAM 2500... They are fast, reliable, professional and friendly to work with. They even gave me a good price on the work. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this establishment for about a decade. They have been able to diagnose and correct even what the dealer could not find. Very thorough and friendly. Reasonable prices and honorable mechanics. I have referred my friends and family here since my first experience. As a testament to the environment and service; each of my referrals have remained loyal as well.

This shop is by far the best I've had the opportunity dealing with. Jeremy Allen and Brian were very informative and broke it down so easy for me to understand. The other shop I had it at was trying to get me bad. I sure am glad my friend sent me to see them. We finally have a shop in Starke that wont rip my head off. As well the wait was very comfortable and they fixed my car the same day. THANKS GUYS !!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Allen's All Around for over 10 years now. Jeremy and his team have always done great work and make every effort to accommodate the customers' needs. Jeremy is a honest, hard working business owner with integrity. That is a rare combination and is why he has earned my trust and respect. I cringe at the thought of having to take my vehicles anywhere else.

This is a locally owned and operated business. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to have an air conditioner compressor replaced which is an expensive repair. Their price was fair and the job was completed on time as promised. I will definitely go back for future repairs.

This is the most honest mechanic shop I've ever delt with! Saved me a good bit of money on my head gasket job. They were 400.00 cheaper than everyone else I got prices from. They also warranted the work parts and labor for a year. Thanks Mr. Allen my family really appreciate you guys.

I had my car at another shop here and they said it was my engine that was bad. I got Allen's to look at it and it was the harmonic balancer. 200bucks later and my knocking noise is gone. Thank you Mr. Allen! I recommend these guys if you are looking for a honest repair place.

In all my 74 years I've never had the pleasure of dealing with such a good guy . Jeremy Allen has been keeping our vehicles going for a while now. We followed him to starke when he left Jacksonville. He always looks out for our best interest and fixed our cars in a timely manner. I'm really glad that I can finally trust a mechanic shop. Thanks guys!

We have been going here for over a year now. Staff are friendly, helpful, and in my opinion honest. We have taken both of our vehicles here for work , a few times thought the issue was one thing and found out is was a minor repair instead. They work fast and are lasting repairs. Only place in Starke we will take our vehicles.

Can't say enough about how absolutely amazing this place is! Straight forward, no weasel about trying to get money out of you. Diagnoses the problem and tells you what's wrong. Quotes a price and sticks by it. Jeremy Allen is a great American and I will be a loyal customer, along with my family, until the day I die.

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company. I have had my truck to them 3 times now for different issues over the last 2 years and each time they have treated me very well, given me an excellent price and done superior work. In a world of sketchy fly by night auto repair shops they are absolutely far ahead of there competition. Thank you for everything!

Man what a great shop I really don't have the words to describe what I feel about this place. I can say they figured out a problem that three other shops couldn't . After spending 300 plus dollars at other places just trying to figure it out these guys had it figured out and fixed in two hours and it only cost me 200.00 bucks . I really wish I had known about them sooner. There will never be another shop that will work on my truck. You guys ROCK!!!!! Thank you so very much. Mr. Allen and Brian

Hands down the most ethical mechanic shop I've ever delt with. Not only did he not charge me to check my brakes . He priced me 100 buck less than the guy up the road. Needless to say it was up there Friday getting rotors and pads . I cant thank you guys enough. My brakes feel normal again!
