Place is amazing from the techs to the front desk everyone in there is polite nice will answer all your questions and also guide you to the right tire you want or what your ride needs and requires. I got good year dura tracs wanted a meaty tire just not somwthing that hums when you drive when you get meaty tires and showed me the dura tracs they didn't have them but got them in the next day showed up after work and i pulled in that second my truck was on the lift. Fast service and also went the extra mile with me because I had a tire warrenty on my truck so the lady at the desk was on the phone with them for at least 30 mins getting my claim processed then submitted the paper work that I had to do after the sale she did it all. I would recommend this place over and over and plus it's a local business support them!! Customer service was A1 and the prices were A1 will be back over and over!!

Great place for tires - new & used - in addition to all kinds of mechanical work. They're honest & professional & do wonderful work with a friendly vibe from all. Especially recommended for women, as they won't try to rip you off, by telling you need something done that you really don't need!

Can't recommend this place. Been here twice to buy tires and both times a bad experience. After the first time I bought tires here i had another shop try to take the rims off because of a TPMS issue (not related to this shop) but this shop put the lugs on to tight and when i brought my car back for them to loosen them they said they aren't responsible for any lugs breaking etc. I of course said... Are you kidding me? You put the lugs on to tight and now you are not going to take responsibility? Yeah learned my lesson about this place.

Do not go here. I took my car and they told me an alternator and charged me 1100.00. Next day car was doing the same thing I took it in for and had to tow to dealership. It was the transmission that was under warranty. I called this shop and the owner was very rude. I was told at least they got it running. I will never bring a vehicle there, recommend them and will tell everyone I know not to go there unless you want to be ripped off.

Worst place ever to do something to your car.I gave them a second chance but it s the same once you do something and go back to them because there s something wrong you will see the most rude and careless customer service ever.The owner is just another meaning of rudeness.The will always try to upsale you also even if you don t need to replace these parts. They are totally DISHONEST

An extremely frustrating place to do business with.*Check to make sure that your receipt matches everything that was done on your car. And that it was actually done!*Wait time to change a tire 3 and 1/2 hours.*Cost of patched used tire $59*Cost per patch on a tire $25 each patch.*Spare tire dirty left on my back seat not in the trunk because they couldn't figure out how to open the trunk.*Customer never right,Business always right. Poor customer service and communication.

BEWARE!!! Bought a used tire last night. They sold me a bad tire and totally destroyed my wheel when mounting it. They charged me a $3 tire disposal fee when there was no tire to dispose of (brought them a wheel without a tire). I went in today to get them to replace the bad tire. I tried to talk to the manager about my wheel and he instantly claimed, wasn t them . He then got aggressively defensive toward me when I told him there was nothing wrong with the wheel when I brought it in. A new wheel is going to set me back $500-$1000 for a $67.00 used tire. A good company would have immediately admitted it when it happened (was very obvious) and made us whole. Do not buy tires from this place! UPDATE: I reported this business to the BBB. They gave two responses, first a total lie! Triggered much? The second more reasonable but still refusing to except responsibility for what they have done to my wheel.

Man this place is a game changer for tire and auto repair. Substantially cheaper than anywhere else and full service. They can t switch motors out or do extremely in depth repairs but brakes, ac, tires, oil changes all for a much cheaper price than anywhere else but with quality that matches if not exceeds. I will bring my cars and trucks no where else. Staff actually remembers you as a customer and seems to care.

Friendly staff, great prices. Since they move to the new location. Everything have got better customer service, improve like 100%. Now even when they are busy waiting time is not bad. The used tires are in pretty good condition for been used..The waiting area is nice as well. They are also a full auto repair.

WARNING!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I went in at the end of the day to purchase a used tire. Everything seemed to go okay until I got my car back and drove home. I instantly knew that the tire was bad but the shop had already closed. My husband confirmed the tire was bad when he got home. To make matters worse he noticed the wheel was damaged. Tire Depot left two symmetrical gouges in my wheel from mounting the tire (see picture). The next morning, my husband and I brought the car back up to them to fix the tire and address the damage to the wheel. They replaced the first tire with another bad tire and refused responsibility for the damage to the wheel. The owner got involved and got belligerent with my husband about the damage. They refuse any responsibility for their horrible service and negligent behavior. They left me with a horrible experience, bad tire, and a damaged wheel.

These guys may steal your money. They charged me over $100 for an oil change which is fine, prices are much higher these days. What takes 30 minutes or less is over $100. Ok, no problem. What I have a problem with is going out to my vehicle after these guys have supposedly done an oil change and finding my tire pressure is still low, my fluids have not been topped off, and to put a cherry on the cake, these guys quoted me over $300 to do a 10 minute battery replacement. They claimed it would take an hour. It s two screws and a bolt. I ended up going to Rural King and doing it myself in the parking lot which saved over $200. The people up front do not speak understandable English. Again fine. But the attitude given by the woman at the front desk when I asked them to please do what I paid for was ridiculous. Won t be back here. I worked on cars for years with my father. We never did business like this. I asked their tech if he wanted me to teach him how to change a battery. He didn t understand my English though so I don t think he got the joke. Hopefully the other techs did.

Always a great experience at tire depot! Customer service is excellent from the agents at the desk to the mechanics in the garage! All do a great job! Had an issue with one of the new tires, had slashes in it, they made me aware and had a new tire delivered same day and got it installed. They go out of there way to make you happy.

Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.

Today at 2 pm my tire exploted and i couldnt find where they will fix it for me today. Every place i call they couldnt even give me an estimate but in this place they help me out had great price and its now 5 pm but the car was ready by 4:30 what took the longest was the tow wich has nothing to do w them. But this company is honest very affordable and fast. If I could i ll give em 10 stars . The ladys at the front are super nice. I will continue to come get all my tires here. Best tire business. May God bless this place and their employees.

I buy used tires here occasionally and they re usually available in my size.I have once seen a used tire being patched before being out on a car, thankfully not mine! Lol!Only problem I had was them putting a bad tire on my car and I caught it the next day.Owner is pretty cool. They ll do what s needed to get your tires on though.The wait can be VERY long. I m talking sometimes 2 hours or so.

Had tires mounted and balance a few months ago. The other day one went flat and came to find out the valve stem dry rotted and leaked. I bought a new tire and went back to tire Depot to have it mounted and balanced. I asked if they changed the valve stems like I requested when I had them mounted and they said "we never change valve stems". What? It's a rubber park, in the Florida heat. They dryrot. Now this cost me a tire. So they mount and balance the new tire and this time installed a valve stem. I'm thinking they will waive the fee since I requested stems the first time. Nope. 74 freaking dollars just for mounting one tire and swapping a valve stem. Most shops charge 20-25 per fire and a few bucks for a valve stem. I was a regular customer, but won't go back again. Absolute ripoff. And they told me this was their normal charge. I will go pay half that somewhere that knows the importance of changing a valve stem.

While they were changing my oil they found a nail in my tire that was slowly leaking air.They have always been great, inexpensive, and helpful. Today they went above and beyond. I am so grateful for this wonderful team.

Just...WOW.I took Monday off work, specifically to get tires. I spent literally HOURS on the phone, in waiting rooms, in transit from one place to the other, etc. etc, and ended up not even getting tires. I was frustrated beyond belief. Wal-Mart Automotive was one business. The others shall remain nameless.Fast forward to today: I called Tire Depot at 2pm to inquire about tires. I drove out at 3:10pm, with two used tires with an unbelievably amount of life left in them, installed, out the door, for $100. I'm still flabbergasted.After speaking with a tremendously friendly and knowledgeable Marlene, I drove there. They were SLAMMED. Oh no. Not again. I walked in, was instantly checked in, and my car was moved into the garage IMMEDIATELY. Twenty-two minutes later, I paid, and was merrily sent on my way. INCREDIBLE!!The friendliness, fairness, and efficiency of this place makes me wonder...Why hasn't anyone ever told me about this place???? You just earned a customer for life! Tell your wife, tell your kids, tell your neighbors...do not be dumb! Save yourself time and ...Go to Tire Depot!!!

If you are looking for the most expensive used tires in this county you have find the right place. Called here 3 times over the past few months for me and my brothers drift car and each time, I've found a comparable tire at another local shop for more then 50% cheaper. That's a massive difference in the used market. And they were mounted in 30 min not 4 hours. We run drift cars all over the country and I've never come across used tires being $200-250+

They are very time efficient when plugging and patching my tires everytime I need it done I drop it off and they give me a call a couple hours later. Hassle free. Great place!
