Really like this place. The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. They even installed my wiper blades for me after I purchased them without even asking. Just a great place to shop and it's very reasonable prices. We will definitely come back.

The staff here is a trip, if you're all about seriousness and getting what you need and leaving they'll do that. But if you're looking to shoot the breeze talk cars and crack jokes you'll absolutely love this place hands down my new favorite auto parts store.

Needed brake pads and rotor for family members car and searched many auto supply houses. I thought these parts were made of gold until I called Napa auto parts. Mike not only brought me back to reality with great prices but also did what no other retailer could and that was have my rotor delivered same day. He made me feel like if he had to he would pick it up himself. (He went that extra mile). So many retailers want to sell the parts. Mike sold me on Napa auto parts. He wanted the car fixed as much as I did.Thank you

We were stuck 50 miles away from our location. After diagnosing the problem, we called around nearby to see if the part was available. Noone had it, but Napa said they can get it in by 2pm. It arrived before 2pm and the total cost was more than $100 less than the other retailers and the others promised to have it by 5pm. This store saved us time, at least $600 (towing, rental and other fees), customer service was great and the part fits perfectly.We can't thank this store enough.Thank you,King Services

I have to say, Chrissy and the other two girls working there made me one seriously happy customer. Not only did Chrissy go above and beyond, working her magic to get me squared away within an hour or so, she and the others were friendly and professional. I watched them take care of multiple customers and not one person left upset, angry, etc... all were smiling and happy. Even one guy that couldn't afford the part he needed. He just said he would be back to take care of it as soon as he had the cash.Amazing team. Kudos to them as well as whomever put that crew together. Great job all around. I will definitely be back when I need anything else local as far as parts go! Thank you again Chrissy!

Stephani was absolutely the greatest to me today! I called Napa in search of a radiator hose that absolutely no other parts store had in stock, she went above and beyond to get me what I needed in such a short amount of time that I had left before I left the state. Thank you Stephani for everything!

I have been going here for years, not because of low prices, but because of James and Chris,s input and courtesy.Always willing to help.And, there up front.If there's a problem with a part, or locating a particular part thats not the ordinary run of the day part, they go out of the way to satisfy.Has since changed last visit 10-20-22More of a rush environment with a lot of chatter with the delivery personnel.

Great staff!! My part said it was in stock, but it wasn't. They sent an employee to the Hudson office to pick it up for me! Never had such great service and very friendly. Definitely will be going here again for auto parts!!

First guy asks if he can help me find something so I asked him if he has any electrical tools for pulling pins out of connectors. While he's looking through the catalog at tools I tell the other guy I need some oil filters. First guy asks if he's helping me or is that guy helping me because we're both not going to help you(while looking at me like I'm stupid) because we're too busy for that even though there was no other customers in the store. lady behind counter Chuckles. I would tell you who said what but no one was wearing name tags. I will say guy number two is ok, I've dealt with him plenty and he did go get the filters. as a business owner I can tell you that's no way to talk to a customer and that's all I'm going to say about that.Edit: the more I think about it the worse it is when I first walked in I went to the counter and Guy number two was busy with somebody guy number one was just sitting there doing nothing and I originally went right to the counter for oil filters. Nobody was helping me so a side thought was I need them electrical tools so I started walking around looking for those and that's when guy number one asked if he could help me find something. So I asked if he had the electrical tools and he went and started looking through a catalog. At this point guy number 2 was done with his customer and nobody else was there so I asked him for some oil filters and that's when guy number one looked up from his catalog and said they're not both helping us. Well if he had helped me when I first walked into the counter when he was doing nothing we wouldn't have had that problem.

They're more knowledgeable than the folks you'd find at Advanced Auto Parts and O'reiley's. The stores a little dumpy looking on the inside, but they have a huge selection of both American and import parts, oils and additives. The prices are little high, but the majority come with a lifetime warranty, which I like.

I'm assuming JAMES is a manager at the Spring Hill store. I went in to pick up my new tool cart and the very nice and cheerful employee at the desk that helped me was not aware that the cart was in a box. He asked JAMES about it and JAMES fired off on this poor guy as if he were garbage. In a very rude tone and manner JAMES barks "you have to be aware of your surroundings" pointing at the box as if he were talking to a little kid. In no way is this ok and to do it in front of a customer is extremely unprofessional!!!!

I had a warranty deed hose on my heater lifetime warranty they replaced it with no problem at all they are very happy Christine help me I'm very happy with the place I will return

The prices at Napa are actually super competitive if not lower than the other big 3 auto parts stores. The person that helped me was super knowledgeable, which is such a difference from the other stores where they barely know the aisle where something is stocked.

I ordered a brake light switch at like 3 am I called store same day at like 1130 am and my part was there waiting on top of that it was exact oem fit and had easiest experience replacing it when I realized it was a tool free fit the quality of part was excellent especially how sensitive Range Rovers cpu is but it works 100 percent absolutely pleasurable experience!!!!

went in to get a pressure washing hose fitting put on my hose what an awesome bunch they had the part I needed in stock and the price was unbelievably reasonable the service was excellent that's why I always deal with Napa thank you

Part came in three days late. Called twice, put on hold for 15 minutes each time. Went to pick up part, store supposed to open at 7, employee finally shows up at 7:20. Would give e a zero star rating if I could.

Very nice and courteous team they specialize in all make and models of vehicles for any parts that you are in the market for and they also carry parts for Big and older Riggs which is very very hard to find so if there s a part that your looking for give a shot to Napa auto parts on US 19 in Springhill

Great. My son now has a Hot Dog cart in their parking lot. Open weekdays 11 AM to mid afternoon. It's called "DOGS & STUFF. COME TRY US.

Son ordered and paid for a part. Was told it would be there 3 different times, first it was Saturday then 2 different times monday...and it was never there. I went in and talked to the manager and he acted like he didnt care at all.

Called to ask Jeremy a question about a flex fan. He was going to call me right back. Two days later I called again and got Krissy she said the same thing. It's been a week and I haven't heard from her either. Terrible service!!
