The whole staff was great but Mark is a really sweet man who went above and beyond for us and taking care of our car. We had near 20 thousands dollars worth of damage done to our vehicle and it looks as good as It did the day we bought it brand new! I will always use them should I need to in the future!-The Trianas

I had an accident last month.Put my truck ( my baby )in to be repaired.Everyone there was very nice and understanding.Jerry, keep me up on repairs and why it tock longer to fix my truck .it was hard to find my bummer. But they found one .All that worked there that dilled with me, I think you all so much .for being very kind and always smiling.They washed and waxed my truck that is what it look like they did .because I didn't wash my truck before I dropped it off .I got it .it was shining. And they even put my Sharan Osborne doll back on my grill .I think u all and if I need any paint job or repairs I'll make sure I go to u .I'm telling all my friends about u .If I could give u more the 5 stars I would

Mike's Auto Body and Repair has always been sensational for me. Every repair I've every had done, was handled with professionalism and care. Customer service was great---text messages or phone calls were sent to me every step of the way until the repair was finished keeping me up to date. We had some minor damage to our car due to another drivers road rage. So, we needed repairs for scratches and some gouges on our front bumper and side fender. They did such a good job, the entire bumper and fender looked brand new. The car was super clean and it was all done on time. We are very pleased and recommend them to anyone.

Mike's Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I was in a car accident and needed my car repaired. Mike's was a shop with my insurance and did an amazing job. Tim is always a professional and ensures that he gives updates on the repair process. They also tried to fix a part of the car that the dealership wasn't able to fix. This shows the true dedication that Mike's has for their customers. I will definitely be returning back in case I need a repair.

Everyone here was really great,the receptionist and my guy Mark from NY who handled all the paperwork on my car repair. The shop did an amazing Job on my brand new Elantra N line,can't even tell it was damaged. They kept in touch w me through out the process updating me on the cars status which I appreciated. Great service and great work. Highly recommend Mike's. Thank you all.

The process of my vehicle going through the repair was effortless. They continued the conversation before, during, and after the repairs. Constant communication through phone and via email kept me informed of what was happening. I've used Mike's auto body a few times but several years in the past. The improvements with customer service and follow through has dramatically changed, even though they were quite good back in the day.

We were amazed at the quality of both the staff and also the repairs that were made to our Highlander. The office staff was helpful and cordial. The person that made the estimate was very thorough and uncovered some hidden damage that could have easily been overlooked. While the repairs took place they kept us informed as our vehicle went through each step of the repair. They took care of any and all insurance communication. Quality work and I highly recommend them.

Mike s took care of me after my accident. My equinox looks even better than before. They gave me updates throughout the entire job and kept in constant communication with me about the whole process. The entire staff was kind and helpful throughout all of my dealings with them. Can t recommend these folks enough should you need auto body work done. A+ service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We highly recommend Mike s Autobody in Spring Hill. Tim spent a good amount of time explaining the process. He worked with our insurance company to secure appropriate coverage. He also had to work with his suppliers to secure the appropriate parts. Best of all, the car looks like a brand new vehicle. We are appreciative of his time and effort, and that he spent so much time explaining everything to us. Many, many thanks.

We just want to share our great experience with Mike s Auto Body on County Line. It was our first experience with them, and everything was handled very professionally and as quickly as the insurance company communicated their approval. The finished car looks perfect and they even detailed it!If we are ever needing car repairs again, this is where we ll be going! (They even called to say we had overpaid because of an initial deposit and will be sending the deposit back!). We LOVE doing business with an honest company!

This was the best auto repair experience I have ever had. From the initial estimate to final pickup, everything was super. They completed the repair in a shorter timeframe than was estimated and kept us appraised of the progress regularly. While the car was there, a hurricane was forecasted for our area. I was worried about how the car would do during the storm. Then, I received a call telling me that they were moving all cars inside during this time. On top of all this, the work they did was great. If I ever need a repair again, I definitely use them.

Looks like they are missing a few stars, imagine yourself coming out of the supermarket and seeing your vehicle hit in multiple places. And that was the beginning of an unbelievable experience professionalism is putting it mildly. Start to finish a seamless and painless journey. One day after making my claim I was at Mike's for claim evaluation, after that they took custody of the truck and told me it would take about a week and that they will email me with updates. Then I was taken 100 feet away to enterprise car rental where they had a vehicle waiting for me. From start to finish only took less than 30 minutes. And the work that was performed on my vehicle nothing less than phenomenal excellent workmanship. With quality staff providing a great atmosphere.Service: Body & Trim

Thank you! Thank you! Joe Bell, estimator and Mikes Auto Body and for outstanding work on my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Extensive damage was done to back passenger door, window, trim and rim. They did a wonderful job replacing the door and perfectly matched the paint. Joe walked me through the process from estimate to finish. He always kept me informed on what was going on with the work. Reception was very professional and courtesy. I never felt rushed and always took the time to answer my questions. Mike's auto body is the best!

Poor customer service here, I got my car repaired here about two months ago after an accident. A repair that was supposed to take a week and a half took almost a month and those repairs weren t done correctly and one time they called me and said my car is ready and I go there and my car has incorrect parts on it that I can see from the outside, which was upsetting because I had to drive an hour out of my way to get there and all I got was an oops sorry about that . My car is making scary noises while I m driving and I m trying to reach out to them to try and get them to look at the car again, I m either put on hold and then hung up on or they take down my name and number and say I ll get a call back and I don t get a call back. I don t know if they re taking more business and they can handle but there s always a wait when I get there and always a wait when I call on the phone.

Very professional and pleasant employees here. Really like the fact that Enterprise rental cars are right at this shop. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Hopefully it is as good as the estimate process was.

I had heard good things about Mikes Auto body and they didn t let me down. I took my 2023 Chevy 2500 in for repairs after being hit. The communication from day one was great. Tim kept me informed throughout the process and the work done on my truck looks fantastic. The paint looks like factory like nothing ever happened. Thanks so much fo a great job. They were great. Everyone that I spoke to was very polite and helpful. They did an excellent job on fixing my van. It looks brand new. They even cleaned and detailed it. Which made it look so shiny and new. They had it done sooner than I expected which was great. Thank you and I would recommend it to anyone.

It took a couple of months before getting an appointment, but it was certainly worth the wait. Joe Bell was able to get my vehicle fixed and completed within 5 days. Great communication, service and work! If they are not on your auto insurance preferred list, I highly recommend getting this service shop on board. Absolutely excellent repair and customer service! The repair was done so well and in no time at all, my car looks brand-new after being smashed in by a careless driver.
