Well here is my story. Made an appointment with Matt Owner of Meineke at 14395 Spring Hill Dr Spring Hill, FL I was told there would be a diagnostic charge and I agreed. Showed up met Matt for the first time and fill out some info and he took my vehicle for a ride. He explained what was wrong and provided a quote. It didn t stop there, his advise and professional opinion was to save some money and do this my self. It wasn t easy but job completed and again I would like to thank Matt for his honesty and wisdom. I would highly recommend Matt s shop to be your go to car center with assurance that he will provide an honest experienced opinion and not take advantage.Oh by the way. Matt never charged me for his time to diagnose my issue. Matt (owner/operator) was helpful & professional! He gave us a very reasonable estimate on repairs to our vehicle and actually took some $ off the final price when the work took a little bit less time than expected. I can't recommend Matt's Spring Hill Meineke location highly enough!

Five Stars! I took my truck to Meineke to get an estimate on the cost to replace the existing catalytic converter with an OEM design. Matt took the time to explore cost-effective solutions that would fix the problem without simply recommending to replace the entire exhaust system. I am pleased to share that my truck can now idle in the garage for a few minutes without the nauseating smell of gasoline permeating the inside of my home! I have used mieneke managed by Matt for 20 years multiple cars makes and models- service always good with advise regarding repairs - always fair- recently brought my son s car in where he was told by a company he needed new struts, breaks and new tires -Matt checked it out none of those items needed to be replaced. Good to have someone you can trust on car repairs-

Went in today to have an emergency exhaust fix. I was seen asap and the two guys working the shop are superb. I am more than impressed with them and I will most definitely be going back. Their work ethics and courtesy are top notch. It is hard to find service like this anymore and I am so glad that there are still people that are this nice and high quality workmanship.Went back today for a exhaust tip to be welded on and once again top notch work and best customer relations anybody can ask for.

I don't remember the technicians name but he was professional, kept me informed, and took good care of my Kia. I noticed he was working alone, handling the desk and servicing the cars. He handled this all with a smile. He deserves a promotion and a raise. My husband and I can bring our vehicles to many other places, but we prefer this Meinecke because we trust this technician.

I have a 22 Kia stinger GT line, and if any one knows these cars they know the stock 2.5T 4 cylinder doesn't sound great. I took it into meineke and got the exhaust done by matthew field who is a awesome, respectable guy. He did such an amazing job, I was smiling from ear to ear when I left. He didn't charge me too much in comparison to what I was looking to get so I'm extremely happy for his prices and how good of a job he did. Thank you Matt. You will more likely see me again. Maybe my wife too with her car in the future. Keep up the good work!

I took my truck in for a rear differential and they did the job quickly, but the new rear differential was defective. Instead of letting me pick up the truck, they contacted the manufacturer and got another one and did it right. I appreciate their integrity and I will continue to only use this Meineke for my truck repairs.

The guys at Meineke in Spring Hill are honest and trustworthy mechanics! The AC in my car went out and I didn t know what it was I was thinking the compressor. I took it to a different repair shop and got a quote for 2800$ which I thought was absurd! The next day I took it to meineke and they quoted me significantly less and was a fair price to replace my compressor! The communication throughout the whole process was excellent and I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them for all my auto repairs in the future!

I went in there again for noises on my front end. They told me it would be $30 to take a look at it and they did. They did it fast and efficiently and told me that it was my struts. They told me because the product was hard to find I had to go through the dealer so they couldn t fix it which was a bummer but they were honest, polite and informative. They did not even charge me the $30 to look at it because they couldn t help me with the repair and that says a lot. I thank them so much

Super impressed I had a leak in power steering hose completely freaking out it affected serpintine belt the owner himself in mins put me at ease I think he could tell I was stressed him and staff really not only helped fix it but helped me unstress about itDefinetly will recommend and use them againTy once again

Matt and his crew always do a nice job at a reasonable price. They don t push any unneeded services and do some extras at no charge. I am always satisfied with the service. Matt did a nice job of installing a new radio and CD player on my Hyundai. Also did a thorough job on my Toyota Corolla with the rear struts and oil change. He also fixed a vent that was not staying aligned. Matt had to do a little engineering to solve the issue correctly.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change
