I want to share my experience with this location, so that you make sure the same thing doesn t happen to you.After trying to rectify this situation for a week, I am leaving this review.I went to Mavis after something happened to my tire and I had to get a replacement. After my alignment I got my vehicle back and left. I noticed there was some dirty finger prints on my door, and some dirt spots on my seat. After getting home and being able to inspect my car, my seats were completely covered in dirt and grease because the technician didn t put any plastic or paper protection down on my interior. See photos belowI immediately called corporate (to which a week later they never did call me back). I left a previous review, and the manager contacted me immediately, I was appreciative of that and he did try to rectify the situation, however, the detailer he was going to have clean the seats cancelled on me the morning of. So I have now had dirt and grease soaking in to my light colored interior for over a week.I was asked if I could drop my car off at their shop so they can have someone clean it there, which is an inconvenience to me. It seems as if I am going to have to figure this out on my own. So if you decide to take your vehicle there, make sure they don t disrespect your car the way they did mine.

Be sure to check the workmanship and that you get the service you paid for. In my case not about the $27 it's about integrity. My son found a "metal object" (not sure if a headless nail or screw) in my tire so I scheduled appt @ 119 Mariner Blvd Spring Hill,FL for patch/plug. Today, light comes back on. Thinking probably just the cooler weather but I still called to ask what was done patch or plug as at the time of service it wasn't disclosed. Chris first said, "plug" then corrected himself and said, "patch", plug would be obvious. He too, stated the cooler weather blah blah, noted. As the day warmed up and I drove the car light remained on. I decided to check, the same damn "metal object" is still in it the same damn spot. I paid for a service that clearly wasn't performed. How many others are going to this location paying for work not being performed? I was asked to bring the car in (Me: "drive it on the rim??!" "NO!" Not as stupid as you think) or take the tire off and bring it in. If I wanted to take the tire off myself I would of plugged it myself. It's a shame in this day and age woman are taken to be fools. Very disappointed. Lost my business and hopefully yours.

There are no words, this place is the LITERAL best. From the customer service and satisfaction, the price, and the quality no one beats Mavis!! The people here are so friendly and take the time to walk you through everything and explain what s going on. They genuinely care about the customer and want and respect your business with them. And the price for the quality of work that they do is absolutely unbeatable. I cannot praise these guys enough!!

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of my visit to Mavis tire.They went out of their way to make sure that Not only did I get my tire repaired. They checked the air on all my other tires. They explained everything to me thoroughly. Their prices are very fair in comparison to other places that I've gone I will go to Mavis tires from now on. They did a phenomenal job for me. I'm very impressed with their service.

I went to this establishment to get 4 new tires and a alignment about a week ago then out of no where my front tire blew and destroyed my rim in the process.When we called them and told them they said we didn't get the road hazard so it was our own problem. I then asked about manufacturer warranty against defects and they said I would have to deal with that on my own since they didn't have anything to do with the companies they buy tires from. (The lady who works there had the nerve to tell my wife you get what you pay for if you buy cheap tires) That tells me you don't trust the product you sell.Called the compliance line and and had an appointment to get it checked out and then on arrival they said it was our fault that we obviously hit something. I then told them about what appeared to be a pinch spot and uneven wear in the tire and they refused to believe me.Regional manager was supposed to call me and never did as I had asked.Went to Pep Boys down the road and asked them to inspect the tire and they confirmed it was indeed pinched when it was installed which caused a weak spot.This place is ridiculous the management does not follow up and the staff act like they have a four year degree for changing tires.In addition to all of this non sense we hear the staff telling customers if they give a 5 star review they would repair their tire for free. Reviews should be based off of quality work and excellent customer service it should not be bought by doing free patches on a tire.I highly advise people to take their business elsewhere since this place does not care about it's customers.

I had a great experience twice now at this Mavis location. Chris who works at the front counter is AWESOME!! He is so professional & has a wonderful personality. You ROCK at customer service! Thank you Chris and the team for doing such a wonderful job.

I came in for 4 tires and an alignment. Ended up getting my rotors and brakes done as well. Chris was so nice in explaining the services to me and keeping me company while I waited. The car is running SO MUCH BETTER and I couldn't be happier with it. And they beat the prices I would've paid at ny usual shop. 10/10

Wow wow wow. God is so good, I was getting ripped off for years, I wasted thousands of dollars on another mechanic off of Spring Hill Drive. Mavis has been amazing, Perry and Kev are so great. The customer service perry possesses is quite exceptional! I AM SO HAPPY! they get the job done here! No scamming at all! So glad I found a mechanic for LIFE!

What a phenomenal place. Family feel, front desk Perry is extremely knowledgeable & helpful... great asset to company. Really helped my family with tires & shocks!! Very busy place but they busted tail getting everyone, didn't wait long and they really made everyone a Priority!! Thank you Mavis Tire for Keeping Customer Service #1!!!

This is I now my 3rd time coming from this place & I can t say better things about them. The two guys in the front are super nice & very helpful!The very first time I came in my tires were super low due to cold weather & I was going to be late going to my daughters first school field trip, after a failed attempt of pumping them myself and wasting money on a broken air pump the manager got me in, filled them himself and sent me on my way. The second was a nail in my tier that I noticed in the school pick up line so I rushed over there to see if they could fix it really quick & again the manager had me in and out within 30 minutes. This time was another nail, they got it patched super quick and had me on my way. I think this is definitely the place I ll coming to with any of my problems. Wish I got their names ! Thanks guys !

I stopped by because I had a nail in my tire. Turns out I had 3 nails plus a gash! They were able to inspect and patch and send me on my way within the hour. Very respectful of my time and the staff was knowledgable and kind. Highly recommend.

I came in because my light showing that my tire had low air. They took me right away and diagnosed the problem! It was a nail. They patched it and sent me on my way. The service people were helpful friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.

Went there today someone deliberately puncture my tire with a sharp metal object and Mavis located down the block from where I live. I drove to them slowly and they put on my spear with no charge fast, easy and friendly. Thank you.

They got me once never again!!! They told me I needed new struts, so I had them installed. My husband went in to have tires installed a few weeks later and as he waited, he heard the manager tell almost every other customer that they needed struts as well. When he checked out, they told him his struts were leaking but he was skeptical by this point. He went to ford and they told him his struts are fine. He went in later to have a nail in a tire fixed, and the clerk told him there was no charge if he let her write a 5 star review using his phone. Beware of these cons and their fake 5 star review (the ones with lots of !!!! in them that are obviously written by the same person)

Place is terrible, told me they d do my alignment for my 6 lifted truck for $100 then told me after I get there it ll be $170 due to the lift they knew about. Fair enough I was willing to pay, after explaining I just finished the trucks lift and would possibly need to cut the tie rods down, one of the higher ups forced the worker back into the shop instead of letting him finish our conversation on what I can do. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their vehicle

I have a fully restored/custom 87 Mustang GT. I did all work myself and I typically don't trust anyone with my car however I can't do an alignment. These guys were awesome and had me in and out in 30 minutes and provided a full report of work done. I would highly recommend for alignment work.

Took my fiancees vehicle to get oil changed and checked out. Finally ....found our ghost problem that others overlooked. Great price , even better communication and service. Go see Perry. I promise you, you will absolutely be the next leaving a 5 star review for him and the Team at Mavis.

I have used this shop multiple times! The service is always amazing and up to par. They are time friendly and efficient. Durning the holiday Perry blessed my heart and made sure my service was great! Definitely coming back here again

Jim from Mavis was my angel , I pulled up on a Sunday an hour past closing and I'm disabled and needed help not only did he answer the phone he came out and helped me and I'm so appreciative he was there to help! Thank you so much customer service 10x county line and mariner location

If I could give no stars I would. I called to ask about getting tires mounted and balanced and a TPMS sensor replaced, they asked the tire size to which I gave them. I was told to bring it in about 2 pm and they could get it done by the end of business. Upon arriving I was then told that because the truck was lifted they couldn t lift it high enough to get the tires off. It s a half ton truck with a six inch lift, I don t know if they think I m just stupid but I d rather them have just said they didn t feel like doing it because lying to me is worse. I will never use them for anything, not even the free air station. Piss poor management and lazy technicians .

I called Mavis today on Mariner boulevard in spring Hill and asked to have a quote about changing spark plugs on my jeep. The person there said give me your number and I'll call you back with a quote. I've waited an hour now for a call back and have not received a call back . In the meanwhile I found another place that quoted me over the phone and I'm on my way there now. Don't believe them when they're going to call you back. My time is just as important as there's.

I had a 9am scheduled appt for an oil change and 2 tires. It's been over 2 hours. When I was told it would only take them and hour to do the job. I have seen at least 7-8 other cars come in and leave prior to mine.
