Just had 4 new tires put on today at Mavis on commercial in Spring hill. What a great experience! Prices are very good and the staff is very professional. Uili ( Willie ) is a super nice guy! Thanks for the great work and I definitely recommend this place.

Came in with a tire constantly losing air. They took my car back quickly, found the issue and made the repair. Very friendly, clean reception area, speedy service. Will come back to this location!

Very friendly staff. My wife had a tire blow out on commercial way this morning right in front of their store and despite us not purchasing a tire from them as I am a service manager at a dealership they were very helpful and installed her spare at no cost and they did offer a replacement at a very reasonable price which was nice. If I am ever in a pinch and can t get a vehicle to my dealership I would definitely consider coming to them.

Called yesterday evening about a tire losing air. They were able to get us in first thing the following morning and repaired it within 20 minutes. They also were very pleasant to deal with and professional!

Had a screw in my tire and had the most easy going experience here at Tuffy. Amazing customer service, such a welcoming atmosphere and I got through very quick with everything. Got priced for a new set of tires too and will definitely be back to purchase!

My husband Ken Schaefer bought and put on all tires for his Chevy truck !! I wish we could give more than 5 stars !! BEST SERVICE ever not to mention the best price !! The manager couldn t have been more helpful !! They even replaced the lug nuts that were damaged from another tire place before we found MAVIS! also checked the alignment Cannot say enough how awesome MAVIS TIRES ARE. We went to the one in Spring Hill on commercial dr!! Do yourself a favor and go to Mavis for tires or any work needed on your tires Awesome jobTy. Ken Schaefer

1/22/24Have been a loyal customer of Tuffy, now Mavis, located on Commercial Way in Spring Hill, FL for many years. Today's visit was no exception. Had a rear turn signal bulb burned out. After manager checked out the problem they found an extra bulb in the shop, removed the lens cover and replaced the bad bulb and graciously did not take any money for their efforts. This is the type of friendly service that brings me back to this location for fair pricing on all my auto repairs including oil changes, tires and brakes.

Mavis Tire e gave me excellent service today.This location used to be Tuffy Tire.My tire needed a patch. Instead of having me return the next day, Mavis Tire paused their work to patch my blowout and get me in my way.Thanks..i will be back when i need more tires...They also do oil changes...

I got a screw in my tire at 8:30 at night, got online scheduled an appointment for first appointment next morning. Showed up 15 minutes early, everyone was so kind. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes at discount prices on Commercial Way in Spring Hill Florida 34606.

Tire had a small nail hole, and I was advised by tires plus that the location couldn't be patched. Mavis looked at it, and advised it definitely COULD be fixed. They fixed it and swapped it back for me! Much appreciated!

Went back to Tuffy s today, 1/3/24. Had to have a tire put in a rim for a spare. Excellent, prompt service. Highly recommend! They have always done right by us.We bought 4 new tires for our truck at Tuffy s about 2 1/2 months ago. Excellent customer service, even great long term customer service. Customer Service that s hard to find now days!

these guys are great --- we had new tires put onour Nissan Rouge 2021 about 6 months ago -- they ride better than the original tires ---we picked up a nail and got a slow leak in the rear tire --- The folks at Mavis fixed the tire free of charge --- thank you Guys --mike quinn

I recommend this place to anyone. In and out within 45 mins for 3 tires. I have gone to many other places and sat there for a good 2 hrs for tires. They went above and beyond

I took my work van to Tuffy in Spring hill for an alignment and couldn't get all 4 wheel aligned because I had tie rod issues on the driver side so the aligned 3 of the wheels and told me to come back after I get the driver side fixed. So I paid for the alignment and came back 3 weeks later almost 1mth later after I got my issue fixed and Tuffy and there employees took my van back in for alignment and got the job done. What amazed me is that they didn't give me a hard hard time about bringing my van back in to get serviced and didn't question me about anything. I paid nothing today and rightfully so because I paid the first time. Vili which is one of the front desk guys was polite and was quickntaking care of my needs. All the employees need a raised at this location. Thx Tuffy

Joe and Joe what a team! Most honest mechanics I have ever met. We prayed before we went in for our appt. They told us what we requested might not fix the problem. I am still blown away by their honesty and caring nature. I will be coming back and recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs work done!
