I ve been taking my vehicle to Kirkland s for over 9 years. If I m not changing my own oil, the only people I trust to touch my vehicle are the mechanics at Kirkland s. Kirkland s even saved me big bucks, when a dealership gave me a laundry list of services that my vehicle needed, but actually didn t need. Since the first day I brought my vehicle to Kirkland s for a second opinion, I haven t gone anywhere else. Cindy, Vern, & Tony are wonderful!

I try to go to mom and pop shops to help support them oppose to chain tire shops. I previously had an experience of 1 tire that was not balanced correctly I brought it back with no issues. So I decided to try again with a tire that needs a repair. Met by the owner in the office I asked if they could do a flat repair which I was rudely told no chance come back tomorrow. As if I was bothering him. With no explanation of why as the shop was completely empty with nothing being done. I see why due to the poor attitudes, I'll take my business elsewhere. I would avoid this shop at all cost.

The service here was excellent, and their rates are some of the best in town! Cindy was very helpful and always returned my calls. Even though my engine was beyond repair, they still took the time to inspect the engine and give me a few options for moving forward. They are honest and hard working. Go elsewhere! This shop could not complete simple computer initialisation after the install of ABS Module. I was able to do it in 5 minutes with my own $100.00 odb scanner.

I ve had my car fixed there a few times and they have always been great! I don t know much about cars but other places I ve been taken advantage of but not here. They have always been honest and do whatever they can for me and at a good price. It s hard to find auto places you can trust and I live in lutz so I don t mind making my way up there because of that reason alone. Would recommend 100%!

Once again they pull through for me!!! Vern, Cindy, and Tony make a great team. I have recently had some setbacks, and in the mist of all of my nonsense, the compressor went out on my truck. Took it to Vern and his team. Guess what? Spectacular work once again!! They really helped me out of a tough spot. I will always trust them to do the right thing and do phenomenal work. I have never been disappointed. I have trusted Vern and his team for years now. (Eight ish, I think; and for good reason)I highly suggest using this shop for your automotive needs. My father knows what he is doing when it comes to vehicles. He has always lived and breathed auto repair. The passion Vern has for ensuring customers and community members alike drive off safely can be rivaled only by the attentive and kind customer service that Cindy provides. Whether it is for routine maintenance or a timing belt that needs replaced so that your 18 year-old daughter can drive to college safely, you should know that you are in good hands.

The person we dealt with was wonderful. Literately I think my fiance amd I stayed in there for about 3 hours looking at all the antiques. A former firefighter amd his wife owns. Super nice dude. Havent met the wife yet but im sure that we will. And from him talking about her. I cant wait. Lol. This place has one of a kind gadgets. And very old antique stuff. What I seen was genuine. And he did give us a great deal. I mean look at the pruce in the photo. 20 bucks for that 100 year old wrench. Thats a deal. We ended up passing on it but bought a lot more for a good price. #gofirefighter... Great antiques and more

In between needed repairs, I've stopped in just to ask a question or three. Of course I like to save money and do it myself when possible, and the folk here are more than willing to share their knowledge and opinions. When I do need a full service by a pro, I've always been happy with both the work and the price.

This shop is awesome. They are honest and work hard to fix any problem you might have with your auto. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place that is trustworthy and does a good job. It's best to call ahead for an appointment...they will try to work you in if it's an emergency. I am happy to take my cars to someone that I know will take care of my car. Thank you for the great work to all of you at your shop.

Staff is amazing, never had better customer service before. Very knowledgeable staff and took the time of day to keep me updated on what was wrong and shared some knowledge with me. Definitely earned me as a customer and I will be going back. Prices are totally fair, if not the best in the area! I thank you kirklands staff for the great experience and fixing the problem with my truck!

Had a flat on my car from four random screws that punctured my tire somewhere on my way to work. Even though I called 20 minutes before closing time they came to my car, inflated my tire and drove my car to their shop. They ordered the tire I needed, replaced it and had it ready for me before lunch the next day. Cannot be happier with how accommodating and friendly everyone at this shop is and will definitely be back.

Never Again ...Car went in for 2 problems to be diagnosed. Oil leaks and ses light Po715, for the transmission. After Vernon and Cindy had it at their shop for nearly 7 weeks, and went on a part replacing SPENDING SPREE, and a bill of nearly $2800.00, I got it back with new trans sensor (did NOT FIX it), wiring repair (did NOT FIX it}. 2, (two) catalytic converters and 4 oxygen sensors (did NOT FIX it). Rebuilt alternator (did NOT FIX it) , nor did the alternator harness they replaced a day after the alternator was replaced and I drove 20 miles with my wife to get it , but guess what .... it was NOT FIXED. Still had the 1 (one) transmission code, Po715, I sent it there for, (NOT FIXED) ... And now Cindy tells me it needs a complete trans overhaul, (which their shop does'nt do those repairs ... I asked that first, ALL of the engine oil leaks were diagnosed and a repair price quoted me. Cindy assured me the rear main seal at the back of the engine was NOT leaking and told me the only engine oil leaks were the engine valve cover gaskets. The shop charged me for both side valve cover seal, but guess what ... oil is leaking from the rear main seal at the back of the engine at a rate of 1 (one) quart per 20 miles (oil leaks , NOT FIXED). Buyers beware, I was told all the repairs were satisfactorily completed and everything was fixed. I paid the bill in full , be real careful with these two , I have notified 3 state agencies along with Better Business Bureau about these practices, but fear not I spoke to Cindy and was told "she's not worried about a thing" . Hands down...the most honest, reliable automotive repair shop I have ever dealt with... Worst cusomer service EVER!!! Made my appt a week in advance! Showed up appt time 1pm was told they were 2 hrs behind ok, they're human, stuff happens, tells me to come back 3pm,i agree, come back at 3 as I'm standing there it starts to drizzle outside woman tells me, Oh it's raining out he can't do it. Offers no anything just say's that... Oh and the service i needed was was an alignment. Now i think about it I'M GLAD I DIDN'T GET THAT FAR!!

Took my 2009 Kia Sportage there today for quite a bit of work. New brakes, rotors, calipers, everything brake related. Also needed new cv axles. They explained everything to me, beat the two other quotes I had gotten, and had me in and out by mid afternoon. Couldn't have asked for better service, pricing, or results. Will definitely be back! Thank you Cindy and Vern!

Very Good shop. Accurate correct diagnosis. ven has always figured it out CORRECTLY. Dearer and another shop got it wrong 2 two times. I will always go back when I can. Wish there were more of these.
