This review is being written on time efficiency and customer service only because as of 11-28-2023 I still do NOT have my vehicle! On October 5th I was an accident causing frontal damage, on roughly October 10th. I got in contact with Joe Hudson's to see if they could fix my vehicle. 3 days later my car was in their shop. I knew it wasn't going to be a very quick fix. I had roughly 5,000 in damage and needed a new hood, front bumper, front grill and possibly a new radiator (which ended up being true). So with this amount of damage I figured 3 to 5 weeks max... As of today we are going on a little over 6 weeks!... The last conversation I had with Miss Jeannie, (the very kind woman at the front desk and the only reason why I'm not giving this review a one star) she told me that my vehicle was finally done in paint and would be going into assembly Monday and would be completed and ready Tuesday. So far along this journey with Joe's, I have been given incorrect completion time texts, along with incorrect updates and completion dates from workers! I have expressed to Joe's that I am a single mother of a 3-year-old who works a full-time job and has only one vehicle.FIVE STAR UPDATE:Since the above rating my whole outlook and experience has changed drastically in regards to Joe Hudson's! After posting my initial review I was immediately reached out to by a gentlemen in management, Justin went above and beyond my expectations to make my whole experience wonderful and correct! Justin was able to put me into a rental until my car was completed and once completed, I unfortunately had an unforseen family emergency take place and Justin without hesitation or issue, let me keep the rental until I could make it back home. I am forever thankful for the way I was taken care of by the whole team at Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Spring Hill Also my car looks gorgeously PERFECT!!Phenomenal work they have done !!

Nice work done on two vehicles from two different locations but both done very satisfactory. Job completed ahead of schedule and was kept informed of the progress. Very convenient working with a rental car and dropping car at Joe Hudson for the return.

It all started when we had an accident, my insurance company told me to give Joe Hudson a call. I dropped off my car, one week later and was told that the repairs would take one week. 2.5 weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I paid and picked up the car.I got home and started to look at the car, 25 spots with dirty in the paint, 2 spots with unrepaired rock paint chips were not repaired and a dripping paint mark. There is zero quality checks!!! I called and they informed me that this happens all the time, their paint booth needs replaced and people are always complaining about paint work. The Regional Manager called me and said he would look at the car personally and get back to me the following day. Never heard from Bob Gleeson again. They were nice enough to come pick up the car, called me hours later to return it, I asked" So you took care of the paint chip repairs?" They went out and said we will need to keep your car another couple of days, the chips are still there.There is more to the story but 5 weeks later, yes 5 WEEKS later, my minor repair was finally completely.AVOID THIS SHOP!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would definitely return to them hopefully I won t have to, but they did an amazing job on my vehicle. You could never tell it was in an accident not only are they friendly but very accommodating definitely, you should check them out.

Great Experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for your car needs. Prompt, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for me and did extra things to make my experience the best. They communicated with me every day to let me know my car status update. They were ON TIME, honest and very trustworthy. The shop and waiting room are clean and inviting. I felt very comfortable in this setting being a woman and the managers and staff work very hard to make you feel : like they value you as a client.Service: Body & Trim

Our insurance company sent us to this shop for repairs after being rear ended. They skimmed over the car poorly and quickly, the guy didnt notice multiple areas of damage that we ended up having to point out to him. Took it in for the repairs 2 weeks later when they said all the parts were delivered. After a week of working on the car, they called and said they thought the bumper was only one piece. They didn't realize it came in 2 separate pieces, so the car was not done yet since they didn't order all the necessary parts. They said we could leave the car there for another week until the other part was delivered or we could pick the car up and bring it back when the part was delivered. We picked the car up, the low inverter coolant light had come on the day we were hit, we told them about it, they did not even check that yet and said they'd look into it when the car was brought back to finish repairs when the part was delivered.It's been over 3 months now and the part still supposedly has not been delivered. They've had no communication with us unless we call them. The last time i called to see if we could bring the car back to be finished, they let it slip that the part wasn't even ordered yet. In the meantime, the engine light keeps coming on more and more frequently, I told them this and he said they may have to take it to the dealership because they may not be able to figure out why the light keeps coming on.We had to pay the deductible for the car to have repairs begun, and the other person's insurance will not reimburse us until repairs are completed. Again, it's been over 3 months and they still don't have the necessary parts. This is the worst dealings I've ever had with a car repair shop. Waiting over 3 months for a part of a bumper to be delivered since they were so incompetent that they didn't know what all was needed to complete necessary repairs when they originally ordered all the needed parts.Absolutely do not take your vehicle here if you want it repaired correctly I'm a timely manner.Update: 7/12/22. We still have not heard one word back from them yet on the parts still needed to finish the repairs. Not about the engine repair light that keeps coming on either. This remains the worst repair shop and experience I've ever had. Hopefully I don't have any long term damage from the light that's been on since being hit in February.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

We usually get our car repaired at the dealership but when our insurance company directed us to this shop we were a little hesitant. Well we are pleased with the repair on our car. The paint job looks great. They found our windshield in a timely manner since Ford is 4 months behind. They kept us informed the whole time by phone and text. I recommend them.

*BEWARE* WORST experience with auto body shop I've ever had. I emailed them my estimate for repair after having told someone on the phone I was going to do so. A week goes by, nothing. I call and the woman has to search my email to find it and says oh we'll get you parts ordered etc. I asked if they had even seen my email, she said they get 10,000 emails a day, so if I hadn't called, they wouldn't have seen it. Weeks later on 12/8 when I'm scheduled to drop off my car, I show up and no one is in the office. I waited and waited before I finally walked to the back where they work on the cars and have to yell for someone to get anyone's attention. The next day I call for estimated time of repair, no update.Two days later on 12/10 I call for an update and estimated time frame for repair. They had disassembled the bumper and found more damage so they would need to order a new bumper and headlight. A few days later I call again, still waiting on parts. Called again, parts finally came. Called again when the car was about ready and they claimed they were still waiting on insurance company to pay for supplemental damage. I asked if they would hold my car until payment and basically said in other words yes. By this time I've contacted my insurance company and spoke to the supervisor of my claim and he says they had not gotten a request until 9am that morning, which was right after I called the repair shop. So they had never sent it. They were now holding my car from me because they failed to make the request for supplement payment the day they found the additional damage over a week before. I dropped my car off on. 12/8 and didn't get it back until 12/22, two weeks later, for a simple replacement of bumper, grill, and headlight. Although the staff was friendly, I was not kept updated and they dropped the ball. Travis did step up at the end to keep me updated and I really appreciated it. When I got my car home and used it at night I noticed the headlights were two different colors. They did not put the LED bulbs from my old headlight in the new one. It also means they didn't even check to see if it worked because if they had they would have spotted it right away. I didn't even go back for this because I didn't want anything to do with them anymore. I will most definitely never go to or refer anyone to this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had such a great experience. The staff was excellent and my car looks gorgeous. Joe Hudson and his staff went over and beyond to help through the whole process. They did an excellent job on my car and I m 100% satisfied. This is my second time using them and I ve left happy both times. The absolute best collision center! All of the employees were so pleasant to speak to. My car went in Monday (12/3/18) with an expected completion of two weeks. I got my car back THAT FRIDAY (12/7/18)!!! It was washed with the inside detailed when I went to pick it up and they communicated with me through the entire repair process. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. I can t say enough good things about them, they were honestly incredible.

This collision center really helped make an unfortunate situation so much better. My car was deemed undrivable after an accident, they were very helpful in offering me a ride back to my house or helping to arrange a rental car. They kept me updated every step of the way and handled everything with the insurance company. I had some additional work down while it was they and they offered a great price for what I needed. We did have a bit of a delay in the repair but they were very accommodating and even delivered the car back to my house around my work schedule. The service was excellent, staff was very friendly. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule which was a plus in my book! Good quality work completed on my car. I also appreciated the text updates letting me know each stage my vehicle was at throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and continue to go back.

Office staff was very rude and dismissive when I asked for a quote. Then told me to go to the dealership because they do not do small repairs like steering columns or ignition replacement. I was trying to get a quote to get my car repaired after it was broken into and damaged.

My mom's Honda was repaired wonderfully and quickly after an accident. Casey, at the front desk, was organized and friendly and always kept mom informed about the status and didn't mind when she called to check in or had questions. The manager, John, was super nice and knowledgeable. He answered all mom's questions and his positive and fun personality really made her feel comfortable and smile. I was with her when she picked up the car she had their undivided attention and they made her feel that she was their number #1 customer. Thank you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The estimate was done on time and very prompt. It was turned into the insurance company and handled extremely well by Joe Hudson's Collision Center. They gave me a date to drop off the car and gave me a date to pick up the car and I was notified via text messages with updates on the progress. The car was finished when they said it would be finished. I had no issues and found them to have a very courteous and professional staff. If I needed body work or paint work done again to my vehicle I would definitely choose them again.

Looking for a dependable and professional place to have your car repaired can be very difficult. You want an estimate that is fair and in line with what the insurance will pay, and you also want your car to look perfect when the work is done. You don't want to be without your car for a long period of time, but you want to be confident that the work done will be of the highest quality. You need to trust that the parts will be genuine and the labor will be professional.Well, look no further than Joe Hudson's Collision Center. This is not a big business operation where you fee like your car is just another cog on the assembly line. The personal attention you get, the constant communiction as you (and your car) go through the process, and the finished product, will all be exactly what you need.The price we were given was fair. We were able to schedule the work so that it was most convenient for our needs. The work itself was done quickly and, more importantly, very very well. Start to finish, the people at Joe Hudson's put us at ease with the whole process. We are so glad we chose them!

I have been dealing with an accident damage for about 6 months now. We finally found what I thought would actually fix my car! I called 40.mimutes before my scheduled appointment to get an estimate. I needed to push the time back. When I called, the guy that answered the phone, before even asking me my name, he asked me what insurance company. I told him All-State. He said they don't write for all state. So I told him I have to check with my husband since he made that appointment. After speaking with my husband, I called Joe Hudson back. I told him that my husband talked to a lady and all state on a 3 way conversation. Joe Hudson was requiring a CCC1. They went through this whole process and you're telling me you don't write for all state? He told me I have to call All-State and find out which body shops write for them. He THAN asked me my name. I told him. He said yes I see your appointment but she manually put your name in. Theirs no order because we wouldn't have received one since we don't write for them. Than why did she set an appointment. His response? Well she told you the wrong information. He could careless. After this interaction, I WILL not do business here. And you may want to better train ASHLEY since she "told me wrong"
