The manager Guy and his assistant manager were great. Very respectful. Got me in and out in a timely manner! I was actually on my way to take 5 and saw that it wasn t busy here so I pulled in and they took care of me right away! I will definitely be going back! Customer service and appreciation is so important and they nailed it!

I love this place!! Roshawn was so kind & helpful. He made our visit so fast & easy. We only had a couple minutes & a set price. No hidden fees or surprises. This place cares about the customers. 5 stars & a referral. We'll be back soon. Thank Roshawn & everyone at Jiffy Lube. Car is running great

Stopped in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. The whole staff was friendly and professional, but I'd like to give a big time shout-out to IAN! The man knows his stuff. Doesn't take short cuts. He even used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to spec! Thanks for a great job y'all!

Amazing service! Guy the manager and his crew changed my oil for me and were great! Very professional, nothing like the Take 5 across the street from them. Highly recommend!!!

I have an 05 sport trac with 14500 on the clock. I've taken it to 2 other shops, a dealership and repair shop for the once over prior to our trip to Florida. Neither place pointed out the brake fluid being muddy. Thanks again

No wait, we were in a hurry and we were in and out. Was not pushy on the up sales but made feel comfortable coming back to do more than an oil change. We tested our oil and it was intact a synthetic. Not a place to rip you off. Even washed our windows. 2:30 on Monday december 18 all three guys worked as a team to get the job done and their communication with each other was on point. Maybe just became the actual oil plug.

I've never been to a place for a simple oil change that was 155 dollars very over priced I thought a filter was apart of an oil change it added 50 more dollars to the bill then they started to tell me everything that was wrong with my vehicle when that's not what I came for. I came for a simple oil change. Never again will I do business with them.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Roshawn, Ian and Zach! These three Young men went above and beyond today. I was broke down in the road in the pouring down rain with my four-year-old daughter in the backseat and they came to our rescue and pushed my car in the RAIN up to the garage and as I was getting my four-year-old out of the car, Roshawn held an umbrella over us! They changed out my battery and had me back on the road. I am very thankful and grateful for what these gentlemen did for me today! Somebody raised these boys right!!! I will be getting my oil changed there next week and from here on out! I definitely give this place five stars and highly recommend. Thank you boys again!!!!!!! Alexis and Khia Andrews :)

The two men who helped me were extremely helpful and likeable they were kind and understanding that I wasn't versed in mechanical stuff and they took the time to explain to me even if I needed more than one explanation for the same thing and best of all I never felt like they were annoyed or like they just wanted to get me to shut up no the customer service was top shelf amazing and that will make me continue to choose jiffy please excuse the Grammer errors and please take my advice keep those employees and hire the same kind for all of your stores

Everyone at the location was extremely nice they told me I needed a few filters to be replaced which I agreed with but told them I had a large credit sitting at Amazon so I was going to just change them both myself there was no pressure and they finished my car quickly and very efficiently and everyone was extremely nice

This place WILL scam you!! Especially if youre a female who knows nothing about cars. They will tell you there is emergency issues with brakes are try to get you to replace all of your brakes are rotors when you just came in for an oil change. Then when you complain on here they just copy and paste the same generic response to everyone. You call the number and it goes straight to voicemail that they never answer. How is this company still in business. Business needs to be put under investigation asap!

This place advertised a coupon for $79.99 them you get there got my service done and they charged me over $148.00 bucks! Far cry from the advertised price! Dont go thrre they will over charge you! Never ahain will i go there!

The staff was friendly. I had about a 1 hour wait but that was to be expected as I didn't have an appointment for my tires and they were busy. The entire team working Saturday was nice, professional and courteous. Would use them again.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you go there and see the workers name is Lester, tell them you want someone different to change your oil. The guy is a total nightmare.

Don d is amazing.. more people like him!!!! he made sure my OCD did not go nuts from only Cleaning half my window he actually cleaned them all!!!! Great employee!!!!! Il def come back!!!!

I have NEVER been treated so amazingly as I was at this Jiffy Lube. The manager Ian went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. What an amazing difference some, seemingly insignificant, acts of kindness can make. He made me feel as though my health and safety on the road was his only priority... Never had an experience at ANY automotive business, ever. Thank you Ian , I needed your kindness today more than you could have known.Service: Oil change

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Got eaten up with bugs at 12:30? I had my windows down and got eaten up! They made me get synthetic which cost $90. Otherwise I'd have to sign a waiver if anything happened it wouldn't be on them. Definitely not going here again. They offered me water which was really nice.

Had a great experience! Everyone was friendly even though it was so hot out. Loved being able to stay in my car. They put an ac tube in my car windshield so I could still have ac with the car off. It was great!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I'm updating this review from last year. I came in for an oil change and was talked down to for not replacing my tire. The manager made a big scene in front of other customers and the workers saying I was endangering my family and he would have refused the oil change if he had seen the tires condition (which makes no sense). I told him I had to wait until my pay day to get a new tire but he kept speaking to me in a manner no one should be spoken to. I haven't been back since. Hopefully that narcissistic jerk is gone.

They don't do half the deals thats promoted in THEIR deals Especially if you purchasedets say a oli change with tire rotation and all other Fluids top up to 3,000 miles count all the out you get a expensive over priced oil change the others is a scam to get you there

My second time using Jiffy lube and I will always go here now Matt was awesome so professional he made sure we had the correct oil and checked everything for me we need more honest shops like this one he even gave me a quote on getting brakes done Thanks Matt!!

I can t say enough nice things about this business! The guys that work here are so professional, organized and get ur car in and out very quickly. They offer and check every single thing from signal lights, wipers, fluids, changing diff filters, brakes all while cleaning your windows! The manager of this business is very friendly and good to every customer that comes in for service. They go out of their way to be helpful. We have 3 vehicles and will definitely go back each time we need an oil change or any other vehicle needs!!Services: Tires, Oil change
