The techs here are awesome! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. They explain things to you in a way you can understand and get the work done as quickly as possible. If they can squeeze you in, they will. Hats off to you guys. Keep up the good work! I've been coming here for years and that's not gonna change anytime soon!

Overall good experience but I waited 4 hours for some specialty tires to be replaced. It was for a work vehicle so not sure if they had to go get them from somewhere or what.Great customer service. Clean and quiet waiting area. Bathrooms. Lots of stores nearby if you have to wait long

I went to the store and came out to my passenger side mirror being hit. I immediately called and Phil told me to bring it over so they could check it out and see what they could do. They are the absolute best, I had my daughters in the car, I was stressed and Will and Spencer jumped right in and were able to fix it. I have been coming to this location for years with all my vehicles and they always taken great care of us. Today they went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized. I highly recommend this location they truly do care.

Amazing service every time I go! I have been a customer for years! Always honest and speedy with service! Michael has always worked on my vehicle and he is always very nice. Great customer service on his part! Great job Michael!

My dad Bruce butler is a senior who doesn t know the most about tire brands or let alone vehicles. They not only didn t take advantage of him but they treated him with respect and fairness by giving him a good deal with a discount. Could not recommend them more.

Absolutely a fantastic shop to bring your car to. They was fast and efficient with helping me get back on the road after tackling a 12 hr shift and had the unfortunate event of running over a nail and I called them right up and they told me to come on in and got my flat fixed within a timely manner. Phil and Spencer were terrific and I'll definitely be coming back with any of my concerns.

Two days before Christmas and I end up with a flat. The guys and gal at this Goodyear are my HEROES!! They took me in as a walk-in and repaired my tire in under and hour (when they were quite busy). And they did it with EXCELLENT customer service!!! Kudos Goodyear and I'll certainly be back for all my auto needs!!

Was the only place in town that was able to align my Jeep. Before you say it's no big deal, my Jeep is heavily modified on a 4.5" lift with adjustable mid arms top and bottom, and adjustable front and rear track arms and drag links. It was a sloppy mess driving down the road. After I replaced a left wheel hub, all lower control arm bushings and both drag link bushings, their mechanic took his time aligning it and I can now drive down the road one handed and don't need to worry about hitting a bump or rail road tracks.

I was traveling yesterday and needed an alignment quickly to get to an appointment. Philip helped me get in and out quibbling and couldn't have been nicer! Great customer service and job well done!

This is a great place to go I had an oil change and then speaking to Michael about my car and all the new computer stuff he took a few minutes to show me what to do and you don't see that at all anymore. I greatly appreciated his help...GREAT JOB Michael!!!!

Thanks Phil & George, really appreciate these guys. Having to get your car worked on is never something to look forward to but these guys make it as easy as can be and always try to be quick and fair on prices.

My son came here for two headlight lightbulbs and one of the guys quoted him almost $300 claiming they have to take off the bumper to replace them...My son went and bought the bulbs and him and his father changed them in 6 minutes with out taking off the bumper what a shame trying to scam a young kid who doesn't know any better will not do business here again

I would give negative stars if i could. I called last night at 5:45 and spoke with Spencer. I told him we had just discovered my sons tire was flat and he was going to be traveling to Tampa the next morning. I was in panic mode and had also just gotten discharged from the hospital for a cardiac issue. Spencer said to bring it right over and he d look at it. We live five minutes away and left to go straight there. My husband stood in line for twenty minutes and when they finally waited on him they said it was too late and they wouldn t even look at it! My biggest issue was that had they told me that when I first called, there were other places that i could ve gone to. But now that they had wasted our time we were basically screwed. The worst part was the attitude. The guys were rude, unapologetic, and tried to tell us we d just gotten there when i know from my time stamps on my phone when we called and I d sat in the car and taken two phone calls while i waited for my husband who d gone inside to check in. Then they would even get Spencer to verify my call to him and tried to tell me we didn t talk to him. I wouldn t go back or recommend them to anyone! In fact i will tell everyone i can to not go there! No customer service. Liars. Rude. Uncaring. Insensitive.

Stopped by for help with my bumper that was falling off. Carla fixed it up beautifully and left me with a smile on my face! Highly recommend, top notch service. Can now drive around town safely knowing my bumper is secure. Thanks Carla for your hard work and dedication.. you're a superstar!

Completely rebuilt the entire front end of my 2004 f150 (ball joints, shocks, control arm bushings, sway bar links, tires, entire 9 yards). Went in for an alignment. Leaving it was perfect all 3 times. First bump I hit would toss it out of alignment. They kept telling me it's something with the truck. Marked all the bolts when I left. Hit a bump on purpose, found out they can not tighten a nut. Took it to ford and haven't had an issue since. 3 times they messed it up. Highly recommend taking it anywhere else except there. Patrick was great but the techs are horrable.

I went in yesterday an hour before they closed due to a nail being in my tire and needing a patch. I was seen in less than 5 mins and in 20mins I was leaving the shop as a happy customer. The guys that worked with me are Spencer and Zarif, they were courteous, pleasant and had smiles on their faces. I just moved to the area and couldn't be more please...I will be a loyal customer for my car's maintenance.

Although Patrick was very friendly I have to sadly say that I was very upset with their service. Originally went in last Friday for a leaking tire with a screw in it. Was told that I needed to make an appointment for the repair (to me a simple and quick repair), was given an appointment for this Monday. Showed up 15 min before my appointment and was told they will get me in. An hour later my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. Here's what rubbed me wrong. A guy came in and apparently knew the manager, he walked right into his office. I could hear him telling the manager that he had a tire leak, manager came right out, wrote him a repair ticket and took his black jeep right in. Bing, bang done no waiting, he paid his bill and off he went. Meanwhile I'm still waiting. Bottom line it took just under 2hrs to get my tire patched.So much for an appointment ------ Why bother, unless as the saying goes, "It's not what you know, it's WHO you know"

I m writing this review so anyone looking for a great place to bring your truck or car to get fixed this is the best place to go.I recently skeduled my truck for an oil change , tire balance and rotation, with everything going on in my life I forgot about the appointment. I called them back to reschedule and talked to Phillip and he got me in that same day in and out everything ride smooth now drives like the day I bought it.I ve never meet a more honest bunch of people in my life can t say enough great things to say about them top quality work again and again won t bring my truck anywhere else thanks again Phillip for everything

We've been coming in for years. Everything there is great! Would like to give a big Thank you to Spencer & Philip! We recently had some tire problems and they were extremely kind, helpful & tried to get us in/out as soon as possible. Would highly recommend!

The manager Spencer was incredibly inviting and accomodating and made us feel at home while working with him. Very friendly and honest service and great work. The best price in town!Not to mention the free waters, charging stations, and television made the lobby comfortable and relaxing during out wait too!Would reccommend Spring Hill Goodyear to anyone looking for good deals, honest work, and friendly atmosphere.

I had a flat tire and just barely made it here around 5:15. The guys were very friendly and assured me they d get to it as quickly as they could. They had a few other cars in front of me with bigger issues so I ended up waiting about an hour but they apologized for the wait and honestly I wasn t first in line so I wasn t upset. They stayed passed their closing time to make sure my tire got patched and were just all around nice guys. Thanks SO much for being so helpful.

I ve been going to this good year for years and it has always been a great experience for me.I came in with a flat tire thinking I d need a new tire but they were able to patch it up in under an hour. Customer service is always great and I don t feel intimidated to buy anything or go beyond what I need.Thank you guys

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Went in for a tire repair near closing and was fixed promptly. Spencer especially was very accommodating and patient in answering any issues and concerns we had.

Excellent customer service on so many levels. Went here on a recommendation and so glad I did. Another place wanted to charge me a higher amount and got me into needing an alignment. Got all 4 tires done for a good price, told me my car was well within specs for an alignment and also repaired a trailer tire for free.This will definitely be a place I recommend and will continue to give my business!

Patrick at Goodyear was amazing. He was able to answer all of our questions and teach us about so many different things. He taught us how best to maintain the car tires as well as the best way to handle emergency situations in the car. We will definitely be back because of the experience we had with Patrick.

Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable, answering any questions asked without making customers feel like they should already know the answer. Service done across multiple makes and models of vehicles and the results have always been worth every dollar. Would recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Patrick at the GoodYear in Spring hill on Northcliffe Blvd. this past weekend with getting tires and an alignment. He was very accommodating and provided excellent service. I appreciate him very much along with Don down in the GoodYear store in Palm Harbor. Thank you!

Absolutely worst customer service twice I went in with flat this time I had the tire in my hand off the car asked service writer if he could fix my wife has a nephew in Orlando she had to get there.
