I had an appointment for an oil change, and tire rotation. I was informed that I needed to get an alignment, and new front wiper blades, both of which I declined, for different reasons, including time constraints. The staff were friendly, and helpful, but never pushy, which I respected. The service staff are excellent. However, the process is not good. When I called for an appointment, I was told the next available was a week away. I scheduled that, but when I showed up (on time), I was told it would be at least another day before my car would even be looked at. Once someone finally looked at it, the repairs were quick and reasonably priced. However, when someone has an appointment, the vehicle should be looked shortly after it is brought in, not the next day. I understand they are very busy, but they need to add extra staff, a second shift or something. I won't be going back.Service: Auto body & trim repair

5-Star rating is solely based on the service provided by Sarah at the front desk who was great to work with.Was not happy with the grease left on my steering wheel, shifter and door.Very unhappy with the shadiness of the dealership on the warranty I purchased and will never purchase a car there again.

To be perfectly honest, we did hit a bump in the road with the service dept at this dealership. However, there is a great management team in place and they were quick to right the wrong. In 2019 I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger. Since then I have taking my truck to Flammer Ford dealership for oil change. IN MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, I have experienced negligence from the technician staff in regard their attention to details while performing their duties correctly. My advice to anyone if you take your vehicle for any kind of service/repair is to check what they did before leaving the establishment. Good luck!Service: Oil change

I was unacknowledged when I dropped off my vehicle. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Very cold and uncharacteristic of the staff. Thankfully, when I was able to get my truck back the service manager was on point as always. Flammer Ford is a excellent place to buy a vehicle their staff is kind courtesy to the point will help you with anything they will make sure they can find out any information you need I have bought two for f-150s xlts with lift kits from them also looking to buy a Shelby truck from them I hope you know those are not cheap those are about $150,000 that's the best place to go shopping for a vehicle excellent teamwork.

Had an issue with the electrical on the vehicle. Made an appointment for 8:30 am and the vehicle didn t get looked at till the next day. Stated they d made some adjustments and thought I d be all set. The problem was still there as I drove away but the dealer was already closed.
