I bought tires back in February on the recommendation of a service advisor from another Ford dealership. I needed tires so I looked to this dealership and ordered them. They were AT tires that I thought i would be happy with but after 3 weeks I was miserable and reached out to the service dept to see if they could help as I only had bout 500 miles on tires. It was only after I felt I was ignored,trying to remedy the problem, that I responded to an email rating the dealership, and giving it the poorest rating possible that Russ reached out and wanted to know the problem. I told him in detail and he was able to assist in getting another set of tires ordered as well as working on a price to offset what I already spent on first set of tires. All he asked was that I change my review which I agreed after new tires were mounted. That Saturday when paying for tires I was told that the rebate for those new tires would be submitted by the dealership for the $100 card. After changing my review I reached out to Russ and to my surprise he NEVER responded to me. On 4-15 I tried reaching out to cashier in service to inquire about rebate and no answer as well as no answer to service manager. So I finally got ahold of Jason, a sales manager. He could not do anything since it wasn t his dept and said he would get back the next day. Nobody called me back but I got an email with the rebate info for my tires on 4-16. This dealership is very SHADY and would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. I am now looking into contacting Ford corporate on their deceiving tactics.

Bought an used vehicle here. The overall experience was ok but was told there was two keys and there was only one. Told me they would get one to me, but I had to drive back to dealership to get the new key which was an hour away from me. If you buy used they don't put gas in tank. My trade in value was low. They said it was the highest they could go with my trade. They are selling my trade 7k over what I got for trade. As far as dealerships go it was ok. Never a good experience at dealerships.

My review is related to the Service Department:I bought my Maverick in St Pete, but since Flammer Ford is much closer, I use them for care of my truck. I get treated like one of their own, and my Service Advisor, Mike S. goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule and needs. He is pleasant to deal with and works to solve problems. Every time I bring in my truck, he goes over it with fine toothed comb to make sure it's safe and well taken care of.I greatly appreciate him and all the Techs in the back that keep me going.

Service is awful. I have been on a loaner waiting list since June 2023. Have dealt with Sara no stop since then checking in on how long it will be. Was told today 4/11/24 that I can t even have a loaner due to the fact I didn t purchase the vehicle there. Could have been told this 10 months ago!

Bought a new 2022 escape March 2023. Having trouble with it & took it in. They said it was the transmission(it is under warranty) but it will be weeks before they can fix it. It has other things wrong with it also. This car is a lemon and they do not care about my safety. They only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Sara and Todd in the service department are so nice.

Lied about the advertised sale price(higher once you show up) + $1000 dealer fee (no value). Not a place I would trust. Truck was already sold, I made an appointment, but they let me show up to see if I wanted another truck. No respect for my time. Very disappointing.

3 years ago, Andrew Navedo sold me a Chevy Colorado which I loved, but I needed to trade it in for something easier for my mom to get into. He got me into a Ford Bronco which I must say I love more. Andrew is very personable and easy to talk to. Very pleased with my experience at Springhill Ford .

I ve been a regular customer of Flammer Ford now Ford of Springhill for several years, the service variable. I had a 9:30 appointment for a simple oil change and I arrived on time and they tell me it s a busy day and can I leave the car a few hours! No I can t, I needed new tires too but they didn t know that maybe they didn t care. Not having time for that I went to George s Automotive a local small business and they took great care of me. So if you have an appointment with Ford of Springhill don t expect your vehicle to be serviced promptly, this was the second time I experienced this and there won t be a third.

Andrew with the sales department is amazing. He helped me get into my brand new bronco so easy and with no stress. He is the best at what he does and will get the best option/deal for you. Andrew will be the only one I go to for cars now! You won t regret it either!!

Absolute best customer service. Larry has had to deal with me for 18 months while I waited for my Bronco to be delivered. Him and all other staff was extremely helpful. The purchasing process was simple and streamlined. I will continue to go there for all future services as well as any future vehicles I will need!

AutoNation Brooksville is a joke. Ended up walking out even though I had an appointment. Decided they wanted to help the guy behind me first. Springhill got me right in they even have danishes. So far so good. Sometimes things happen for a reason. I ve had problems with Brooksville Ford in the past. Service manager acted like he didn t give a rats Azz. That will make two of us then. Very disorganized and disrespectful. My time is more important than that. When people show you how they feel believe them.

I have had an amazing experience dealing with Flammer Ford! Especially with my salesman Andrew Navaro. I purchased a 2018 Mazda 6 and it could not have gone smoother. The amount of care and personal touch to make sure my experience was great was truly refreshing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to go to Flammer Ford. Flammer ford is not only a great dealership but they truly care about you. Once you enter their doors, you are a part of the Flammer Family. As a college student, I was worried about buying a new car but Larry and Wayne found the perfect ford escape for me. I ll tell you this, i ll never go to another dealership ever again unless it s Flammer Ford of SpringHill.

Went to the Dealership to get some information about a ford ranger pickup and left with a 2020 Ranger lariat with 34000 miles on it. Tim was our salesman and he was excellent to deal with. Very helpful gave us good advice and we took it. Russ the sales Manager was helpful as well and we always felt comfortable at this dealership. Bought the truck and so far all is good. Highly recommend this dealer and Tim as well.

Amazing Experience every time!Thanks to Bill Schwiebert and Bobby Triola, I have two of the most beautiful vehicles I have ever owned. I have my very own horse stable (2019 Ford Mustang GT PP1, and 2022 Ford Bronco Outer banks Sasquatch). The finance department always has me in and out in a flash, and the entire experience is a pleasure. I have a permanent ear to ear smile every time I drive either one of these gorgeous vehicles. Bait-and-switch tactics with pricing. Very very dishonest. Three times, they verbally agreed to a selling price. Nothing unclear about the agreement. They tried raising the price $6k when it was time to buy it. Service members beware - they advertise a military discount. It s just a rebate though (if anything) and these people are very very dishonest.

Took my truck for Ford warranty service due to problems at the dealer we had bought a Ford motor from and was told I had to take it back to the dealer where I got it from for the work. Warranty was not recognized by them. If they drove the truck down the road and it breaks, its on me. Took it to another dealer and had no problems. All the work was done under warranty, no questions. Go somewhere else for your warranty work must be their policy.

I found this dealership to be very clean and well organized. I never felt hassled while visiting. I was shopping for an SUV. They had one there and Larry gave me information about the vehicle and then I test drove it. (By myself! ) No salesman came with me. When I returned I told the sales rep I was going to check out a few more SUV's and he just gave me his card and thanked me for coming in. I was surprised that he did not do the "You have to see my manager" routine.When I returned Larry was busy so another sales rep came up to help me. I declined because I was concerned that Larry would have to split his commission. Then I learned that they worked as a team and split all of their sales. I think that is a good way to handle sales teams.I probably pay too much attention to details. But, you can learn a lot about a company by looking at the little things, and paying attention to how they conduct business, before you buy...

I drove from Lakeland to purchase my vehicle from Flammer Ford. I blew the head gasket in my 16 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it. I was not looking forward to the car shopping experience. I went to Lakeland Regal Honda to try and buy a slightly used Honda CR-V. I found 3 that were equally appealing to me. However, I could not get them to give me out the door pricing for more than a single vehicle.This was not the care with Flammer Ford. Wayne Denman reached out to me after I inquired about a CRV they had on their lot. It was 4 years old with only 14,900 miles! Super clean. He had me out the door pricing with the breakdown to me in under 5 mintues; I asked him about a Lexus they had. Same thing- in under 5 minutes I had full pricing. There were no unexpected special charges. Everything was completey up front. Wayne communicated quickly and clearly. There was no pressure involved.The Lakeland dealership played with the pricing and woudn't give me a straight answer. That sure wasn't the case at Flammer Ford.I spent less than 3 hours from the time I got there, test drove the car, completed all the paperwork and was back on the road heading home. I've purchased 7 vehicles in my lifetime from dealerships. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had.

I purchased a F350 from Flammer Ford of Spring Hill today, and what a great experience! From sales with Bill to the finance office, their friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel welcome and truly worked to earn our business. They found exactly what we wanted and at a great price. There was no pressure, it was a calm relaxed environment and the transaction was smooth.
