Elaine was the best. She was super informative. Had an answer for every question I asked. She made the process extremely easy. The best sales representative I have ever dealt with. She was honest and straight forward. I will definitely return for my next pice of equipment and recommend anyone else looking to purchase a tractor, loader or mini excavator to do so. Ask for Elaine she s the best.

Great service and great products. I got the zt3000 and couldn't be happier. It's doing everything I expected and more. First oil change was extremely easy and I'm looking forward to bringing her in for her first servicing. Gene did great with the sale and the service team is top notch.I've already recommended them to friends and family.

We drove 3 hours from home to purchase a UTV myself and husband were wanting. They were the closest to us with one available for pickup the same day, but little did we know we would be building a relationship with them. Elaine went above and beyond to make us (and our pup) feel right at home! Her, and all the staff we interacted with were so personable and kind; it s not everyday you find genuinely kind people in this world, but they are out there. On top of that, they were even able to save us money with great incentives! I highly recommend you stop by and see them!

Our company had the opportunity to work with JJ and his team in the service department on a hard to diagnose issue with our excavator.. JJ has provided us with some of the best customer service i have seen in the industry hands down in the last 15 years, we have owned a variety of brands thru the years.Our hats off to them, they were very competitive on several attachments as well we purchased directly from the dealer, factory attachments instead of buying knock offs, they are very fair oninstallations and other repairs. Highly recommend!

Love my new sm100! Elaine was awesome to work with. Kept me updated on lead times. The most important for me is she was able to find my business financing when no one else had been able to! At a great rate! Look forward to bringing the machine in for service and doing more business with them!

This place will do everything possible to get you in a car you deserve.The salesman Danny Mallamo was fabulous. Got a great deal and a payment we could afford. He had done everything possible. He made it look easy.The car is beautiful and runs wonderfully. I am extremely happy with Crystal Super Center. They also give you complimentary oil changes and other awesome perks. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Crystal Super Center. My daughter is now working with them for a new vehicle. You won't regret having them assist you in a new vehicle for yourself.

STAY AWAY FROM CRYSTAL TRACTOR!!! We bought a Bobcat from this location nearly two years ago and have still not received the 36 bucket attachment that we were sold. We have contacted the store management on numerous occasions and have stopped by the location to discuss and come to a solution only to be asked to leave. We have paperwork and photographs to prove that we did not receive the item but to no avail. Very disappointed that we have still not received the bucket, and now Brett Coble the store operator is treating us as if we are in the wrong. Kevin delivered it without the bucket, Diane Kaman has also been contacted about this matter, no help or regard for our loss of money or time. Brett told us, he can t help us, he didn t work there at the time we purchased it, he doesn t know what a bucket costs to refund or credit us, he is not the middle man, and he is not the owner. Do your self a favor and buy directly from Bobcat. Do not give these clowns your hard earned money.

Call Tiffany! And Jay!She made my life so much better when she managed to get me approved for a nice car at an affordable rate with bad credit.I couldn't believe the efficiency and courteous efforts she was putting in to make sure I came home with a beautiful, dependable CAR. This car wasn't even in the location she is at! But she made sure it got there right on time.COME TO CRYSTAL SUPER CENTER, all credits welcome.Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I had gone to Crystal Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep in Brooksville originally, and had a terrible experience. The salesman lied to us about the vehicle's history, as well as telling us it was a reliable vehicle (when in fact that model and year is notoriously awful with several well documented problems which we discovered over the past eight months when we had to replace multiple expensive parts that failed). We have been in a nightmare with that car - a Chrysler 200 Limited.Crystal Supercenter in Spring Hill renewed our faith in dealerships. They agreed to make things right for us, getting us switched into a genuinely reliable car (even our mechanic agreed it is an excellent vehicle) and finally ending the stress and financial burden the Chrysler had become. We are both beyond grateful for John and Mike for making it happen and doing the right thing.It is not often that car salesman get positive praise, but our experience in Spring Hill could not have been more opposite to what we went through in Brooksville, and that is the mark of fair, ethical people who truly want to help people, not just collect a commission check. Thank you Crystal Supercenter, especially John and Mike. You went above and beyond for us, and we appreciate you.

Awesome place and Gene was perfect on all his information that he gave us to make our decision. Gene was not pushy and was very knowledgeable on they types of zero turns they sold. Definitely will go back to them if I need anything else in the future.

Good people are a pleasure to work with. I bought a vehicle from out of town (out of state actually) and from the first email, follow up phone calls, throughout the entire buying experience I could not have been more pleased. Felix, Mike, Jim, Rob, Bruce, Ashley, Sara . Super friendly and everything above board. My experience could not have been better. I can honestly say I would buy another vehicle from these guys

Highly recommend! My husband had previously purchased a truck from here and when my car died on the way to work, we went straight here based on his previous experience. Joe helped us look at many cars and was very patient. I was not looking forward to going to a dealership because previous experiences had been very pushy aggressive salesman. This was the opposite, very helpful from start to finish. My husband just traded in his truck, making this our third experience with them and they continued to exceed our expectations! I'm not sure inwould bother going anywhere else!

Walked around out front looking at motorcycles no one came out to see if I needed help. Walked up to the front of the building had people look at me but no one came out. I guess I looked like I had no money. To bad already have financing through Harley Davidson so I am a done deal. Sorry you had no interest in helping me. Your loss not mine.

We will be repeat customers... and here's why...Loved that my husband and I were able to look around for quite a while before someone came out.JJ and Jeff NEVER once tried to push, just for a sale. They took their time to listen to what we were wanting to do which was trade in our other UTV and upgrade! I greatly appreciate the honesty from both JJ and Jeff and all of their help throughout this.**this was NOT an all day process for once**

I visited the Spring Hill branch today to trade in my Chevy Trax! I had the pleasure of working with Joe and was blown away with his professionalism, expertise and skills. He made the process super flawless and was not pushy. I felt like Joe genuinely cared about getting me into a vehicle that I loved and made financial sense! 10 star service Mike the General manager is truly phenomenal and a great leader, both he and Joe were fantastic and I will definitely recommend everyone I know to visit this showroom! A big shout out to Slade also who had my papers drawn up quickly and explained everything perfectly! I drove away with a stunning 2022 Hyundai Tuscan

What an awesome experience!! I drove in from brooksville referred to the spring hill store for an air filter for my son's atv. Unfortunately, parts department was closed. Jeff (the store manager) was told I needed a part which showed in their inventory. He immediately began calling, obtained keys, opened the parts department and located the part I needed so it wasn't a waste of a trip. (Would had been a rough weekend without the new air filter, too!) It took him a solid 30 minutes or more to deal with the opening, calling to get in, finding the item, and then dealt with payment issue. (I had cash and drawers were obviously closed for the weekend.) I said, nope. That's more than fine. No receipt nor change needed just glad to get the part in hand. All the work that was done over a $50 filter amazed me. They have earned my business 100%. Would gladly recommend to anyone searching for anything atv, mower, or tractor related. Good to see people still helping the little man, even though I wasnt there to purchase a new high end item. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

My wife and I were looking for an upgrade from our Nissan Versa to a more Comfortable spacious car. We didn't know about Crystal Autos and we had gone to another Dealership first, but they refused to help us. My sister in law told us to go to Crystal Autos and we decided to go. They went about and beyond to help us out. Joe our sales person was great. He was patient and very knowledgeable of the cars and all the gadgets. He patiently went over all the details and presented the product very well. Mike the Financing Manager went above and beyond and got us approved for a Kia Sorento. Our family now has plenty of space and we are very happy with our smooth riding Car. Thank you guys for all your help, we appreciate all the effort and dedication you guys put into getting us our car. I most definitely recommend Crystal Autos for anyone needing a car.

This was probably the best car shopping experience I ever had. No pressure at all. The trucks I wanted to look at were brought up ready to test drive before I arrived. The sales guys (Jimmy John, Slade, and JW) were excellent to work with. The dealership building was very clean and inviting to be in. The fact that they sell more than cars, like tractors and motorcycles really is very cool. Over all I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10. Or 100 out of 100.Thank Crystal Super Center for my awesome Ram 4x4 1500.

Elaine in sales and Mike in the business office were fantastic. My father recently passed and I came in to sell his vehicle. They were sensitive and patient to the nature of this business transaction. From calling my father s bank. To navigating through the pile of paperwork that I brought in. And having to fill out more paperwork than typical due to my name changes and documentation. Mike was more than fair in his offer for my dad s car that had previously-existing damage. I m not sure if any commission was procured from this transaction; however Elaine was beyond helpful and patient with everything. If ever in the market for another vehicle, we will come back to Crystal for sure- where we previously purchased a vehicle the year before one that they brought from another lot, just for us. Thank you for everything.

I walked into Crystal without any knowledge of lawn mowers. Not only was Gene extremely welcoming, but he was more than willing to help explain everything necessary to help me understand what I was shopping for. I definitely recommend going and seeing Gene and the Crystal team for all of your mowing/tractor needs.

I bought my vehicle from them roughly 6 months back. My initial experience was great and everything was good during the purchase process. That changed quickly after it came time for my first service. I was told that my initial purchase came with 1-year of free oil changes. Not a huge deal, but a great perk when running full synthetic. I went to get my service done (also because after a couple days after purchase the brakes needed to be done and the rotors had to be cut after making a severe grinding noise.) and was told that they would not honor the free oil changes for a year service. I was told I would get a discount, but that was hardly reflected on my bill. In fact it was still over $100 for just that. Also, my rotors ended up needing to be replaced only a month later because they were warped and the previous fix done by Crystal was a bandaid to a more serious issue. While I really dislike leaving a bad review, I want to get a resolution because I was contacted by a salesperson asking why it s been so long since I was in so I expressed my reasoning. She mentioned she would take care of the issue and look into my inquiry I mentioned on the phone about obtaining a new work van for my business. It s now been over a month, and I ve yet to get a phone call, response, or resolution to this problem.

Best experience at this place! Tiffany made my first time buying a car such an easy process. I was so nervous thinking that I wouldn t be able to get the car that I wanted but Tiffany made it happen. She did everything she possibly could to make sure I was satisfied. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I genuinely felt she had my best interest at heart! Definitely recommend this place!
