This repair shop was totally different than any car repair business I have been to. David was not only professional, and honest but the price was quite surprising. I expected the repairs to be much higher in price. I had the original problem checked by another mechanic who wanted to charge me double what David did. My car was checked thoroughly, and he brought to my attention some other issues. He explained why I needed them and what was urgent and what could wait. Again, I was given a fair price. David provided all the information I needed to make to make an informed decision about the repairs to my car. I highly recommend this business. I now have a new mechanic.

I just wanted to give Consumer Car Car a Huge Thank you ! They Service our small fleet of Locksmith Vans and David always takes awesome care of my trucks he always checks everything over, Never try s to Oversell me but will always make sure the Vans are Safe and gives me a List of what really needs to be done first he understands down time is Expensive and myself growing up in a Auto related Family he is always Spot on and that s why we trust him without a Doubt and always Will ! I am indebted to this incredible business for managing a life-threatening vehicular disaster through precise assessments, and high-quality curative capabilities. Unfortunately, I had long-standing issues with my brakes, calipers and related segments that should not have occurred based on the age-milage relationship of my automobile. Resolving my problem required an individual with the engineering acumen to detect the root cause of a fourth failure that avoided an unnecessary and unwanted investment. A personal 'thank you' is extended to David and his crew for his time in not only fixing the issues, but for ensuring my safety and restoring my faith to even drive my vehicle again. Clearly, the function and stability is unmatched. Simply indicating, we are so fortunate to have this business in the community. Thank you infinity David for your knowledge, integrity, skillset, and transparency.

These guys have treated me so well! I ve gotten my car tuned up, new tires and also something as little as changing a light out. Moving from PA to FL I was worried I wouldn t find a place that I trusted with my car, but I was very happy to find Consumer Car Care close to where I live, and people there who didn t rip me off. I cannot express how AWESOME this shop is. From the moment you enter the front desk waiting area you are treated like family , all the employees there are very knowledgeable to car repairs. Mr.Dave the owner took my car from a dangerous driving situation to completely repaired in a very timely manor. Very honest and fair pricedI highly recommend them , you will not be disappointed. I had a serious tire issue and dropped my car off in the morning. They gave me a ride to work and called me with an estimate by lunch time.I got prompt, professional service and tires at a decent price and will be using Consumer Car Care again!Thanks again for helping me in a pinch!

Horrible experience. The manager knowingly put the wrong part on with zip ties. Stranded a few days later and he wouldn't help. I paid for towing again... he ordered the right part and installed. He knew what was wrong and wouldn't help. I'm old and single. I

Excellent experience just what you want professional friendly. Make an appointment they give you time for how long an oil change will take and they stick with it again very professional. Appreciate the care they took of my classic Mustang.

Had a flat tire right on the corner of commercial Way rode it right to this shop and you could hear the thumping of my tire on the pavement as I pulled up.. a man named Brian said he can hear it. The man literally quit eating his food and hopped right on it.was blown away . These people truly care about taking care of your problem so you can just keep it moving. 10/10 highly recommend I definitely will be back

Trying to find honest and competent mechanics is always a challenge and stressful experience .Dave and his crew are both honest and competent. Very fair pricing. Leaking transmission seal and driveshaft support bearing replaced quickly for me . I usually did these repairs myself, being a retired engineer and mechanic as a hobby, but a bad back prevents me anymore. So I can honestly say these folks know what they are doing and will get return business from me . 5 stars from me.

I'm very impressed by this shop. They have the best prices in town. They are very kind and professional. Dave the owner will take care of you. He will never sell you something you don't need and he's not here to steal people's money. He has definitely earned my business as a repeat customer. I will now be going back to Consumer for my oil changes and any vehicle maintenance I need in the future.Thank you Dave for taking care of my vehicles!

Fantastic service!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!!Highly recommend this business!! Did an amazing job on my husband's "classic" 2000 Lincoln Town car signature series..made sure the car was completely and thoroughly running correctly . Honest and very professional! David has been sooooo wonderful to deal with!!! This place cares about their customers and is so courteous and kind. They waived the diagnostic fee when we learned the engine was beyond repair. They allowed us to leave the car for a few days until we could get it towed. Don't waste your time or money. They're not as they used to be,very sad. Dave has been giving me the run around. He took my hard earned money and didn't fix my car window correctly. I paid almost $500. I had to bring my car back 4 times, each time he promised to fix it. I had to leave my car all day just find out the window is still not working. Now he's not taking my calls. Please go elsewhere for honesty and good workmanship. NOT Here!!!!!!!!!! Dave call me back.... you have my number.I want my money back, that's all. You didn't do the job I paid you for. I had to come back 4 time and didn't get any discount for my Troubles. Will you make this right DAVE?Window still not fixed!!!! Can't afford to paid someone else,... I'll update this soon.Hopefully with better results Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called this morning because my ac would not turn on when I was heading to work. I work long hours and NEED AC today happened to be my ONLY short shift for a while. David was extremely helpful ordered my part ahead of time as I thought it was my blower motor from past experiences. I was in and out in 1.5 hrs and my air is working better then ever!!! I didn't even realize how bad it was lagging until that new motor was pumping ! Thank you I will return and will recommend these guys. P.s it was a pleasant atmosphere also staff was having a good time getting work done...they seemed happy to be there. Even strumming a guitar . Thanks guys!!!

Bought a used car at a dealership. They were not very helpful in explaining how the car operates, controls, etc. We called Consumer Car Care (AAA rated) & took it to Dave this morning. He explained all the items that we were unable to figure out via the owners manual. He also gave us tips for keeping the car in good shape. He did not charge us for this visit.If you live in Hudson, Spring Hill or Weeki Wachee you should definitely take your vehicle there. You will find that Dave has integrity, is honest & is a hard worker.We will be taking both of our cars there for service from now on.

I had the BEST experience here. My car battery died and was only seven months old. Dave tracked down the battery supplier and got a replacement battery free. They installed it today and i was back on the road. The staff is friendly and kind, the service was excellent, and there was constant communication between the and me. I will return here for more exceptional service when any of my vehicles break down.
