Took my truck in to have a heli coil installed due to plug blowing out. Drove it 2 times less than 30 miles and it started coming loose again. Took to certified Ford tech which claimed it was not installed correctly. Charged me $500 for that and another $700 + to change fuel pump. Original was steel. Replace with plastic cheap. So I paid _1200 for $200 worth of junk. Place is a joke

A pleasure to deal with this company. I highly recommend that for anybody who wants to work done right. Very respectful very polite they made a new friend. They found the problem with my Mustang and fixed it promptly.

Well I have to say I was blown away by the professionalism and expertise shown by Bobby and his crew. Not only did they repair the damage on our high end vehicle (to the point you couldn't tell it ever happened), but they did it less time than was expected. A huge thank you to Tim, Bobby, and team who took my older car that I love, and made her like new. Several other places told me not to fix her and sell. Tim & Bobby welcomed me and my car and did an outstanding job with the laundry list of repairs!! She is running GREAT and I am so appreciative of the thorough job they did and ensuring everything was checked out and repaired!!!! They are professional and just outstanding guys!!!!! This is a great local shop to go to, the owner, Bobby, is always in the facility. Prices are competitive, and service is great. They're usually pretty busy, so any major work on a vehicle usually needs an appointment. I've had minor body work completed here, and everything went well, workmanship was top notch, couldn't even tell I was in a fender bender. It's nice to go to and support a local business. I would recommend this shop to anyone who asks.

Bobby s staff is AMAZING!!! They went over and above to help us with our car. Their price is very reasonable and their mechanics did a FABULOUS job diagnosing and fixing our car!!! They got our car in within two hours after we called to diagnose the situation.We needed a rental car because they needed to keep our car for a day and we were closing on a house. They recommended Enterprise that is right close by and Enterprise gave us a super deal when we mentioned we went through Bobby s Auto. They will bring your rental car to Bobby s Auto. Enterprise also offered us 1/2 off their rate for going through Bobby s Auto!! Thank you so much for the AWESOME service!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

We purchased a used car, then realized later it had some concerns. There were 3 issues, Bobby Auto, not only repaired them , also suggested a tune -up.We agreed and the issues were resolved except one the gas garage, which we didn't have on our list but did question it. We were told, it was fine, we have a larger gas tank, 26 gallon one. We were relieved to drive it now and feel safe driving it.Each time, they repaired something we were called about the completion and the price. It was our choice to go ahead with each of the concern on our list. We could have stoped,but knew we could drive the vehicle safely. They are honest and up-front about the issues and the cost. Thank God, for the stimulas money we received. Yes, I would take my car back there if it needed repairs.Thank you.

Great place. Just pulled up trying to get an estimate for my car for both CV Axels and he said he could do it right now. I've been to a bunch of the shops trying to get it done and everyone said next week. Their prices were cheaper and got my car back in less then an hour. Definitely coming back.

Can t say enough good things about Bobby and his team. We recently moved to Jacksonville but still have family in Spring Hill. One day my wife was on her way down and blew a left front tire on i75 which destroyed the front end of the car. My wife took it to Bobby s shop to get the tire replaced and he gave us a estimate to repair everything. Even though we moved their are not many people I trust with my vehicles now a days. Bobby and his team completed the repairs in a very timely manner and did a outstanding job. Can not even tell that there was damage. Bobby and his team are very honest and definitely a go to automotive shop for any repairs needed. Bobby keep up the great work. Your team are rockstars

Called and Tim said come in Friday morning to have new tire mounted as spare. Was a little late and Tim said he wondered where I was, excellent service as usual. Have been there many times and never dissatisfied. Thanks for the best mechanics around and customer service is superb.

Outstanding service. I had a disappointing experience with a nearby shop. They took over and correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and fixed my truck in just over a day. When I had problems with the computer, after I got the truck back, they resolved the issue very quickly. Couldn t be happier. Hopefully I won t have any new troubles for a while. But it s nice to know that I found my new go to shop that I can rely on. Thank you.

Bobby fixed my suv when no one else would even touch it. I was trying to get repairs done so I could the the car inspected for a rebuilt title. The did an amazing job at the price quoted and even fixed something not on the list simply because it needed it. I was very, very impressed!

2nd quote received for auto body due to not at fault accident. Got me in during my lunch hour, under 15 minutes and $700 cheaper than Kia Auto Body. Owner Bobby very nice. So far so good.

These people are amazing. They got my car diagnosed quickly and called back with a quote. What could have been a disaster turned out to be not so bad and I was on my way. Have found my new car repair shop.

Bobby let me buy my own parts store my car at his place longer than expected and didn't charge me for it and my bill was lower than what he quoted me for thank you Tim for dealing with my extra phone calls you guys are awesome
