We recently started using Bayside Auto Works. They are awesome. Extremely honest and very reasonably priced, with great, fast service. They have fixed our truck and mounted and balanced new tires for our Mazda, all for much less than we expected to pay. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Such a great shop, these guys are really a saving grace. Lance is so competent and accommodating, Nic is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Great prices for quality repairs. Couldn't ask for a better shop.

Been having my work done there for 11 years they re reputable, fast and eager to help, they worked tirelessly to find a spare tire rod for my truck to complete the job Nick was absolutely fantastic- in our current times this shop is a blessing!

This place is a hidden gem. We take all our cars which are all imports there. Lance is an amazing face for this business. He s honest, hard working and very thorough. Nick is also very accommodating and nice. 10/10 recommend them to all my friends and family.

I cannot praise Bayside Autoworks enough for their exceptional service! I've been bringing my '93 C4 Corvette to them for the past 5 years, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to their expertise, dedication, and reasonable fees, my car is still running smoothly.Recently, I encountered a frustrating issue with my C4 where it would cut out while driving. Despite my attempts to fix it, I couldn't get to the root of the problem. Thankfully, I decided to take it to Gulfside, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even went above and beyond by identifying and addressing another unrelated problem at no extra cost.Without the skilled mechanics at Bayside Autoworks, I doubt my old car would still be on the road. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch auto service. What a nightmare working with Lance was. Lance is very inexperienced in many areas. Like customer service, honesty, hard work, ethics, due diligence and apparently lexus/toyota. But he was more than happy to order the wrong part and have it installed, and take my money without fixing the problem. Then said to me he wouldn't charge me labor to take it out, but did. Then said he would NOT order the correct part to make it right, I would have to order it and bring it in and he wouldn't warranty it. He did want me to try and order the parts to "patch" the original non-fix. It's funny how he went from over-confidently ordering the parts without discussing with me at all, to not wanting to order the parts himself. Very unprofessional and deceptive. Lance does the bare minimum and hides behind "I just did what you told me to do". After he lied to me, didn't fix my vehicle and took my money he kept calling me "my man", so I said, "I'm not your man if you're treating me like this"...and he then proceeded to toss my key to me across the counter. Hope this review helps someone steer clear of these shade tree wannabe mechanics.

I love this place. Lance and Dan to be specific. We have a 2018 gmc sierra which needed a new motor. Covered under warranty we assumed this would be a breeze for all involved... NOT SO MUCH. The hoops these poor guys had to jump thru to satisfy the warranty company (efg enterprise financial group). We called Lance almost daily and he always made time to walk us thru what was going on. Lance went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And once the warranty company did what they were suppose to do Lance and Dan finished in a timely manner. I will never take my vehicle any where else. Thank you both for your hard work.Service: Engine repair

I brought my 2012 Scion XB in due to an A/C issue. The suggestion was to replace the compressor as, with 135,000 miles and being here in Florida, there is no choice! Chris was amazing. The job was done as promised and it is very nice to start the car on a 94 degree day and have cold air within 40 seconds. They are fairly priced, professional and honest. Hard to find a place like this today. If you have a need for any type of repair, I highly recommend Bayside Auto Works!ADDITION NOVEMBER 2023My check engine light was on for over a month with my fear of the cost to repair that issue. Took the Scion in again and after some investigation, they determined that everything pointed to a defective gas cap. They replaced the cap, and the check engine light issue was resolved. The cost? $22 ! You will NOT find a more honest Auto Repair business anywhere. If you are having problems, please let them try to solve it. You will not regret your decision.Service: A/C installation & repair

The best in Hernando county, been coming here for years and they are consistent in quality and experienced in knowledge of multiple platforms. Most recently I took a 99 Silverado with 9 lift here for some work. It had a lot of issues that come with a 257k mile truck. Bayside took great care and the truck has creature features again like power windows, ac, working doors etc. they also did some suspension work and mounted a set of 37s. Rides super smooth now!! Night and day difference in this truck. You guys did a fantastic job identifying the problems and coming up with cost effective solutions. Thank you for taking good care of my vehicles bayside!

I can t say how awesome these guys are! They fixed my AC when several others said they couldn t. Not only did they fix it they did it timely, professionally and helped me out by utilizing the warranty I have (which in the past has been a complete hassle) but these guys made it so easy! Now me and my kiddos have nice cold AC all summer long!! I will definitely be using them for all our needs from here on out!

This is the best service I ever received! What a grate experience! The guys were very knowledgeable, helpful and super nice! They serviced my Maserati Levante when other shops turned me around sending me to the dealer. Very honest and well priced shop! This experience was absolutely amazing! Greg took our car in just prior to Hurricane Ian, ordered parts and made repairs while we evacuated. By the end of the week when we returned the car was ready for pickup. The work was great at a fair price, and they called to let us know parts and labor costs before proceeding.If you need car maintenance I highly recommend using Bayside Autoworks in Spring Hill, FL.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Air conditioning

I recently moved to Spring Hill and came to Bayside Auto Works after an online research. They just gained a loyal customer. Lance was very flexible to work with my work schedule on last minute changes, the job was done way faster than what I expected, the price was reasonable, and most importantly all my car issues were solved! Chris at Bayside is Excellent! I was planning on doing my own repairs and already ordered the genuine Ford F-150 parts(Timing Chain Kit& high vol oil pump) but I injured myself. So I went to Bayside Auto and told Chris my situation and he said no problem we ll fix your truck. They did a great job at a fair labor price. My 2010 F150 4X4 has never run so good! I highly recommend Bayside Auto! Thank you!

I brought my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them after being told by another mechanic that it needed a new engine, they were able to fix it and they replaced the battery and did an oil change for half the cost. Chris and his crew are thorough, honest and affordable. I had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed with an older pickup that I was passing on to my son and the crew there took care of all the safety issues and went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. They were honest about the issues and explained what needed to be done so I could understand.We are very happy with all they did, it didn t cost me a small fortune and I will definitely be going back there again with any other issues I may have with my other vehicles.

Very knowledgeable staff here at Bayside Auto Works. Every experience I've had has been great. Everyone is professional and honest. They will gladly answer any questions, and if they don't know the answer they will find one. I've had oil changes done, an alignment, tires, even the wife started to come here because of the friendly, honest, and knowledgeable team. I definitely recommend this shop.

Chris and the rest of the crew are exceptionally personable and professional. I gave them a try about 2 years ago and have been with them since. During my visits, I always see a string of repeat clients coming in and out, all with nothing but positive things to say. Bayside tells it like it is and will absolutely never try to sell you a service or part you don't need, and have better rates on even general maintenance such as oil changes. In my most recent experience, I had a job done that failed due to a faulty Honda factory part that failed prematurely (not Bayside's fault), and Bayside re-did the job at no-cost.

Bayside Auto Works is "First Rate". I would never consider taking my car any other place. Their pricing, honesty and above all, their workmanship, is excellent!. Greg, Chris, and the crew are "top notch".If you want your car fixed right the first time... then take it to Bayside Auto Works for all your auto needs!

We made an appt with you for 1:00 on Wed and dropped the truck off before 1:00. You said you would look at it to see if it was just a leak and we gave you the warranty info in case it needed parts to fix the air conditioner. I finally called you at 3:17 to see what was going on and got your answering machine. I called again at 4:34 only to be told your were looking at it now. You called me back at 5:11 to tell me you needed more time to look at it and needed to pull the dash and needed it a full day. We came in to pick up the truck and were told that it didn't get in at 1:00 because there were prior vehicles to take care of. Why bother making an appt. The mechanic got very rude and told us maybe we should take it to the dealer. I will never use Bayside Auto again and I encourage everyone not to use them. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.Service: Air conditioning

They are awesome it was late on a Friday and I ran over 2 nails. took my car somewhere else first and they said it could not be fixed. They wanted me to order a new tire for $300 and would have waited 3 days. I call Bayside explain my problem they said bring her in we'll wait for you. I arrived they took her right back fixed the flat and i was gone within the hour. They are the most honest great bunch of people. thank you

I typically don't leave reviews on Google however, I am happy to have found someone i know is trustworthy. Here's my experience:Just moved to the area a couple months ago, had tires changed earlier this week and knew i would need to have my wife's brakes worked on. It wasn't going to be a cheap or quick fix after calling several places. When i Googled auto repair, spring hill, these guys showed up. Everyone seemed to like them on the reviews, i called. It was a last minute ordeal yet they made time for me- customer centric service. While waiting one of the gentlemen, who i believe might have been the owner took time to speak with a couple of his clientele who were also waiting. The interactions led me to believe they had a great working relationship and valued them as customers and people. They are fair, honest and more than worth the phone call.End of story. If you are looking for someone, GO TO THIS BUSINESS.

I had a screw in my tire. They took me without an appointment and fixed it very quickly. I found Chris and the staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonable priced! I would recommend Bayside to anyone looking for repair work.Service: TiresService: Tires

It's difficult to imagine a better mechanic.As someone who has been on both sides of the wrench, I know being a motorcycle or car mechanic is a really, really hard job which makes less profit than most people suspect, because of the high cost of parts. And I know how frustrating it is when your car doesn't work and the mechanic seems to charge way more than you think is reasonable. It's a hard job, and it's a hard job to keep your clients happy because they're frustrated by not having a car and worried about their bill. Being a mechanic can truly be a hard balancing act.Never in my life have I seen an auto mechanic do such a stupendous job as Bayside Auto Works. I wish I knew how these guys manage it, but they are 100% friendly, helpful and competent. It's astonishing how adroit they are in both mechanics and running a business that keeps everybody happy. I mean -- look at their reviews over the internet. It's insane. I've never seen an auto shop with such stellar reviews! I certainly didn't, and I put 150% into being the best mechanic I could be!And it's well deserved. Personally, if I ever move to like ... the Bronx or Staten Island, I would *still* take my car to Ami and his father. This place rocks!

Call them up got an estimate to get my headers gaskets replaced they told me to bring it in on Tuesday or Wednesday, which I did and I got a phone call saying my car broke down.Why would you test drive a car that you haven t worked on! So they pushed it off to the side for two weeks and went and picked it up! They never replaced my header gaskets they gave me a bill for twice as much and wasted my time ! How do you do that, and run a businessI ll never bring anything ever there again!
