This store has employees who are truly willing to help you! Every time I visit, I am always greeted and treated like family. Prices are competitive, and the rewards program is just a customer perk. I am a customer for life!

William/Bill was awesome. He took my phone call and answered all my questions and more I actually live much closer to the SHD location but when I called there I felt very rushed and so I hung up and got Bill. I drove another 10 minutes in the other direction but it was definitely worth the drive. He helped me to connect with Mavis to install my tire sensors and really went out of his way to consider ME, the customer. Pleasantly surprised! Bill is a definite asset to A.Z.Thanks again Bill!!

never again. they sold me transmission fluid formy transfer case and nearly cost me the rear end of my chevy. unless you know exactly what you are doing never go there for insight or help.

Unknowledgeable on how to find a bolt when having the same bolt in hand with bar code package from another autozonewhole store clueless can only use a computer to find a bolt

Great Experience at AutoZone! Darryl, the manager really knows, precisely, about any part I ask about, is quick to retrieve it, and even helped with the installation. It's a "new day" with this new manager at the helm of this important store. Thank you, sir, for your very kind assistance and for ordering and obtaining parts in hours! Awesome!! Wish all stores could be like yours.

DARYL WAS A TOP NOTCH EMPLOYEE. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO INSTALL MY SONS BATTERY AND HAD TO DO A LITTLE REARRANGING TO APPLY THE BATTERY LOCK. HE WAS PLEASENT AND KIND. GREAT JOB!!!!

This store definitely lacks positive energyI felt discriminated against and when I went to find a small 10-20$ part I was told the wrong information due to laziness and not wanting to find the answers

I had a diagnostic performed at AutoZone and they couldn't provide me with exact details as to what was wrong with my car. I told them I would just take it to the dealership and pay for a diagnostic test. They instead (which I appreciated) recommended to try Mavis across the street because they don't charge for these tests. I was overwhelmed with joy. I appreciate how the Manager gave this referral as he had just saved me about $200.00. Great job AutoZone, my parts store!

I normally do not enjoy going into an Auto Parts Store but today Joshua changed my perspective. From the second I walked in he impressed! Greeted me, asked if he could help, offered to go to the aisle and bring the product to the counter, asked if there was anything else he could find for me and actually gave a genuine "Thank You For Stopping By". Amazing Service! Thank You Joshua, I'll know where to go next time for my auto needs!

Very nice young man at the counter. Quick to help. He sold me a radiator cap. And he may sure it was put on correctly. I appreciate the extra few steps that this young man had taken for me.

I ordered my parts online and was there to only pick it up. The worker was not friendly and handed me a gasket that was already ripped open, when I questioned it he said someone probably just was seeing if it was the correct part but it is what I needed and was stuck taking it. I had issues with this store about 20 years ago when a worker tried stealing money from me and had the manager count his draw and I received my money back and have not went back until now. Luckily I have a few autozones in my area and will not ever come back to this one. Usually the workers are friendly and helpful in other Autozones.

Yeah well it was ok until the guy who sold me the part I needed was being obnoxious on his way out towards me. But other than that....well the thick, good-looking youngish woman that was there yesterday, was super helpful.

Husband and I are on a road trip at the moment, our car needed a quick oil change. The team at this store helped us get the right oil. They also recommend we change the cabin filter Glad to know there at least some stores left willing to help customers

Store 4896 employees are the absolute best, they greeted me as soon I walked in and felt nothing but love and a warm welcome from all employees including management and answered all my questions I had. I d definitely recommend this store in the area. Very attentive store, and clean.

I came in the door at 8:58pm to Auto Zone.I felt bad and was going to come back because they closed at 9:00pm , so I wouldn t make the guys working stay late. James and Nate helped me out. I m a new door dash driver in a new state and as an older driver seeing clearly out of my window is very important. These two gentlemen were so kind and helpful. They gave me such amazing service! They even helped me find the windshield wipers I needed and helped me put them in. What amazing service! Thanks guys see ya next time!

GREAT customer service! I bought a Duralast Gold battery for my 2017 Colorado and they changed it out for me. It was the original battery and there was so much corrosion that negative terminal was fused to the battery. We were able to take it off, replaced with a new one and minus a few hiccups with getting it secured I was on my way. I would HIGHLY recommend this store & the team that was working on 8/31/22! They deserve recognition!

Hopefully I m doing this right. I m so thankful for this place, was there again on Monday on 4/4, engine light was on, and as usual they did that thing that tells them what s wrong, well they explain to me and printed out what was wrong, then a man and a woman proceeded to show and tell me where the part was and what to do, I don t know there names, but was having a bad day and they were both so kind to help me! This place has helped me a couple of time s as my husband has past away, I go to them. Thank You, you have no idea how much I appreciate you s!
