Bought parts from this location for years. People serving you get younger and younger. Always friendly. Y'all need a members rewards with points earned system. I'd order parts from you if not in stock, rather than go down the road sometimes.

Erica at store # 9527, 15826 Country Line Rd was very helpful and sincere. She was honest and provided part of a refund on an over purchase on my part. I don't see that kind of honesty these days and I greatly appreciate it. If I could give her and the store ten stars I would.

Douglas was so rude!Just wow had me walk back and forth and could see I have a hard time waking.Ask him to look up a part for me and he told me I could Google it.And at the end he gave me the wrong part.Love Advance but not a fun of the customer service I got from Douglas.

I found myself with a dead battery in my newer car expectantly. I got a jump and made it to Advanced Auto Parts, where Lance was working. She was extremally knowledgeable and patient. Removing the battery was not an easy task, but she was not going to give up and didn't. She had me on the road in no time! She mentioned this was just a part time job, however she would be a great asset to your team. She was not afraid of work, ran the register, replaced other batteries besides mine while we were there, and still greeted customers with a smile. I am very thankful for the amazing customer service provided by Lance!

Went to Zephyrhills store where one gentleman was helping someone outside, three others in the store that never even acknowledged we were there, they were to busy stocking to be able to help customers. Right down the road, Advanced Auto was more than eager to help. BAD BUSINESS auto zone

After being on hold for almost 20 minutes I'm deciding I will no longer use this store. You would think they would treat their customers better. Especially their VIP commercial clients. Perhaps they have a dedicated commercial agent in the store. I cant spend 20 minutes waiting to order parts for business. Going to be using their competitor now.

My husband recently had an experience at this location due to the county Mask mandate. we know its not their fault & would like to apologize for my last review. The owner did reach out to me & said they would follow up with it. I really dont want anyone to get in trouble for doing what they have been told to do. We just feel it's against our health to be forced to wear a mask & to be denied access to any business for not wearing a mask is just ridiculous in our eyes. We have been coming to this location for the past 25 years & would like to continue to be good customers. My husband even called & spoke to the employee he yelled at and apologized for being mad & the employee was very thankful for that.

I told her what part , I needed and She gathered it. I asked if I could use my Ad Auto Parts gift card. She checked it to see how much was on it. There was $2,00, which She applied to my purchase of my auto part.She was pleasant, polite and efficient, as She retrieved the part for me from the aisle. I was glad I saved $2,00 . It was quick.

This store is super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and they were more than willing to help me every step of the way. It was raining outside and they even installed my windshield wipers for me. Great experience. I was so thankful.

Who loves waking up to a dead battery? Definitely not I! I m not ashame to say I ll purchase my batteries through Advanced because they like to help take out and install the new battery. Thank you guys and gals for the multiple occasions that I had to run up to this store looking for a bad day to just become a better day without adding much grease to it.Especially, thank you (Paul) for uplifting my spirits yesterday when my truck battery was dead and you assisted with the new battery replacement. You were awesome and so has been the hospitality of every one else in my past experiences!

Can't seem to order a part and receive it...I ordered a part and they said I would get it on a Monday went there never have gotten my order...took my business elsewhere..need to fix management here you got a big part store coming in across the street alot of customers might end up there because here they can't put orders in.

Be careful who you talk to in this store. They all know their jobs rather well, but if you are looking for more help or advice than that there is it 1. Maybe 2 that I would listen to. Some of the stuff I've heard the others say to people makes me cringe. If you aren't 100% positive. Don't risk someone else's car with shaky advice. Most people would rather hear "I honestly don't know... it might be... But I'm not certain..."

Yesterday afternoon my serpentine belt broke on my car after I picked up my two children from elementary school. I managed to limp to the local Advanced Auto Parts store at 15826 County Line Rd. Spring Hill, FL 34609. They did not have the part I needed and no store in the area did either. We were stranded in their parking lot waiting for family to arrive to take us home for over 1 hour. My two kids needed to use the restroom and I told them to go inside. They were told no they could not use them because the restrooms were closed do to COVID-19. I went in and spoke to the General Manager Jim Talley, and was told that they could not use the restrooms and that there was a sign posted on the front door stating that the restrooms were closed. There was no sign posted. There is also no county or state ordinance stating that businesses must close their restrooms to the public. The General Manager said that it was a company policy. I am a store manager in the automotive industry and I don't think that I or my store are comfortable purchasing parts from a company that would not allow 2 children the right to use their facilities while they were stranded in their parking lot.

Try coming here to recharge a battery, that's just off warranty. Be prepared to remove the battery yourself in a delightful Florida heat. At least they let me borrow a ratchet ....take that off...the ratchet didn't even works..... going to AutoZone...they don't mind helping.(and they did!)BTW, store wasn't full of customers. Wonder if things were different should I buy a new battery.

Purchase parts here if I can't wait for online purchase.Convenient location but I find myself returning "wrong" parts about 30 or 40% of time.Won't shop at Auto Zone because they refused to reimburse for wrong parts shipped to my residence.

Jim was nice and did everything he could. But I ordered a part to be in today (ordered yesterday) and now today their systems are down and my part is not there and they can't locate it at all...! Kind of desperate for this part, need it for our a.c. and it's 100 degrees in our camper. In florida. For 3 days now! I was told they'd have the part I needed and now that they don't I have to order from someone else and wait ANOTHER day. Ridiculous!

I stopped in there to get a battery and John who works there was very helpful very courteous very polite and he offered to change the battery. Thank you so much John for taking care of me right there as well and did a great job

This is a great place to get your parts from especially if you sign up for their perks rewards, after a certain amount you'll start getting 5 $10 coupons towards your next purchase, would definitely recommend anybody looking for a parts store.
