My car battery died just as dusk was settling in. Got a jump start and arrived after full dark. They put the battery in even tho policy was not to after dark. They had only one other customer at the time so they offered to do the install. Thank God! Don't think I could have managed the switch. Batteries were too heavy and too tight a fit, and I'd have needed a ladder.

Great location very knowledgeable team they have in store. The gentleman named kris helped me out with some products I had questions regarding my engine bay, everything he recommended turned out better then I expected. 10/10

Came here because I needed a new battery and had it checked twice once with AAA and the second time with AutoZone. They both said I needed a new battery. I took it to Advance Auto Parts because the battery came from there, but was not under any warranty anymore because it was fairly old. They checked it as well. Sure enough it needed a battery. They carry Diehard batteries. I had called Firestone because in the past I had gotten Interstate Batteries there but they don't sell them anymore, they sell Diehard. The problem with them is the cost of the battery I needed. It was close to $300. I got mine at Auto Zone and it was only $234 for the same Diehard battery. That's a big difference, so I got it here. The gentlemen that work here are very friendly. The guy that installed my battery was Brian, we were chatting about GMC and he said his dad worked for GMCfor almost 40 years. I have a 2004 GMC Envoy. Brian learned a lot from his dad. So he was the right guy to do the job and he was very friendly. I'm lucky because both of the auto part places near me are excellent and trustworthy and reliable. I will be back here And I don't think it will be in nine years

I have a car that s 6 years old and it s been not starting right. I took it to advance auto parts on 19 in Spring Hill to have them check it for me. I know nothing about cars so I leave it to the experts, always. Stephanie answered the phone and Steve examined and changed my battery for me. It was very inexpensive and now I can drive my kids to and from without having to be worried about being stranded. Stephanie and Steve both had. Great positive attitude and we re very professional. You guys are amazing! Thank you for all of your help. Highly recommend!!

Super friendly staff helped me out with a brake light replacement this afternoon. They lent me a couple screw drivers so I could remove my brake light to get to the bulb. It was in stock. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst customer service. Stood around waiting to asks a simple question and was ignored by 3 employees who were all looking for ay their battery stock. I tried to interrupt one of them and he pretended not to hear me. Go somewhere else.

The two young men working today were awesome. Wish I would have gotten their names. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They ultimately didn't have what I needed, but they thanked me and recommended where I mayfind what I needed.

Had two women working either they do not understand their job or are to lazy to do it. Went to ask for a Baterry for jet ski wave runner 2022 the women had no clue how to use the computer to look up appropriate battery size or like said was to lazy to.

Avoid this store. Customer service is awful. Earl R. yelled at me, while returning a core. I pointed out, on the receipt, showing the core charge. He yelled, "Do not correct me!" I won't return to this store.

My car battery died. I went there where the owner ( I believe ) had a new battery in stock. He right away got the old one out of the car and replaced quickly, I was done in 15 minutes. Thank you

Staff standing around arguing about who works harder and who should get off work first. I walked around the store several minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. And then offered to help me find what I was looking for. But never left from behind counter to assist me. I had a 20% off coupon for shopping that day, however. they could only take it if I ordered my items online for store p/u. Really! Not going back to this location, I will go across the street everytime to O'Riley's.

Called to get a price on a car battery, the young man said I could bring the car in after 12 noon, as he was alone at the moment. Took the car in and he changed the battery within minutes. Great customer service!

Good inventory. (Parts for 15 year old auto no problem). High when compared to on line but great when I NEED IT NOW!!!. Also stock basic marine items.

They don't really keep inventory in stock that well. I've been unlucky on a few of my visits. The staff is good though, which makes up for it.

Overall. Pretty decent parts store. Got a few old timers that know a "lot" about "their cars" (older domestic cars) and about how we "used to do it." If you need help about anything other than that, you're pretty much standing in a rockauto commercial with the guy behind the counter hitting keys hoping for the best. The younger guys have a little better customer service but don't know as much about cars in general.

Your experience will vary greatly depending on who is working. We recently came for a battery test and were told to "wait a few minutes" when there was one other customer. After 15 minutes I asked if they had forgotten in a joking manner. They actually did.The test was done safely and properly but then I was only offered maximum prices (unusually high) that was due to the car model and not the store. But my experiences with advance up north are above and beyond, up north they would've have discussed alternatives to shave $100 off the inflated price and they would have done so with a packed store. Here I got a shrug and silence.Kinda disappointing, advance is better than this.

Took great care of me today. It was raining, they replaced wipers on both mine and my wife's car. My battery was also replaced. They had me in and out quickly.

All the staff are very helpful and polite,if theres something they dont know they try to help find someone who can either in store or by calling other local stores. This is by far the best local store around as far as employee service goes..

I ordered a part to be sent to the marinar store they told me thatit would be there the next day at 4:30 pm howeverwhen i told them my name Rodriguez the part never arrived the nextdayi whent to the store for my part there were five employees smokings outside snd it seem like they didnot want to take care of a costomer by the name Rodriguez.

Went to buy two quarts of oil. Sales person saw me but decided not to even acknowledge me and took a phone call instead. I waited over 10 minutes then walked out. Another guy was still waiting for the sales person to get off the phone. Horrible downright rude customer service. Or disservice. I will never buy anything at this place again.

99% of the time they have the parts in stock. If not they get it same day. Great staff.
