I cannot Express how thankful I Of this place a one Express.. I had my oil changed at a dealership and they messed up my filter and crossed threadit. So I go to take 5 and they recommend me to go to this place a one Express. They had to order me a filter, but they were able to take off the filter and saved me from going to another place... The 2 people Andrea and. Jonathan Are very nice people. I would definitely recommend people going to them.. I will continue. To be a loyal customer to these people

Andrea and Geoffry are wonderful people. Geoffry knew the best way to accomplish the repair and i was off and running. I have a new and closer shop to restore my Sienna.

Thanks to Andrea and Geoffrey for taking my car in on the same day for a diagnostic.They were very accurate and took their time making sure my car will be taken care of, thanks to them I now know what s going on and they will fix the car for me.Will continue to take my car here for any issues that may come up.I m very thankful to them.

A1 Auto Express ! Definitely Recommend This Place To Anyone. I Have Been Coming To A1 Auto, Since Bryan Owned It & They Have Always Done Amazing Service. I Trust Them With My Vehicle & I Will ONLY Come To Them ! They Do A Really Good JOB ! If I Can Give Them More Then 5 Stars I Will. Andrea Is Amazing, Definitely One Of The Best Receptionist For An Auto Company I Know. Thank You Guys For Always Doing Great & Taking Good Care Of My Car.

We took our car to have the air conditioner fixed, it's blowing super cold air. We live close to A-1 Auto Express, and we are so happy that we have found a reliable place to take our vehicle. This company has been amazing!! The people here have went over and beyond expectations! Andrea and Jonathan have really put my mind at ease! I just found a new mechanic. They won t screw with you on the prices either. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome shop!! Great people!! I had some work done today that I know could have run up a whole lot. But the crew was super nice. Gave me a quote and tried so hard to stay near there and in the end came out a little bit cheaper. As a woman, (I know my user name says Harry but I am a chick lol) it's really hard to know where you can take your vehicle and get quality service without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Here I felt safe and can not recommend them enough. Thank you so much!!

It s hard to find a knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy car mechanic who can do the basic work and also the top notch work to add HP to your car.Matt did work on my 2021 Trackhawk - I wont take my jeep anywhere else now. Andrea and Brian are some of the nicest people we have ever met! My Husband and I have been coming to them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else since finding them. They will definitely take good care of your car's needs! They are honest, fair, and give good advice. We always look forward to seeing them for our regular maintenance appointments. Very good quality service and decently fast scheduling. Only comment I would have is that there isn't much professionalism here in the staff(not necessarily in a bad way, it's a car shop afterall haha)

Excellent customer service. The front desk staff was very nice, they called me twice about findings on my vehicle. They fixed my cooling issue and my truck was fixed ahead of schedule. The price was ridiculous low compared to what I was expecting to pay. They easily could have fixed many other problems and I would not been the wiser. However they were honest and the price was very fair. I will go back again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

I would have given them five stars because they are very honest. I brought my car there for the air conditioner to be repaired and the guy told me it was gonna be very expensive and I had a coupon that was a lot less and he told me I should go there. I appreciated his honesty. I went back for an oil change and I told him the car had a lot of stuff in it. He told me he couldn t do the oil change because he didn t want his guy to have to get in such a messy car. I won t be back.

I went to this shop thinking that I needed an axle on my BMW & I had already ordered the part. There was also a loud vibration that I guessed could have been the drive shaft or U-joint. I was sure this was going to cost me a ton of money, but It sounded urgent & I was looking to get it done.To my surprise, the owner looked under the car & simply bent the heat shield back into its correct position which immediately stopped the loud vibration. He also told me that the axle was not urgent, so the repair is not necessary right now..He didn't charge me anything & he told me what sounds I will notice once it begins to wear & then I will need to bring it back to be repaired..I will definitely be going back to A-1 Auto Express when I do need the axle replaced.A-1 Auto Express demonstrated the honesty & integrity that we should expect when patronizing Auto Repair Shops.I told them that this was a great experience to start off my New Year.Services: Exhaust, Wheel alignment

This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever been I brought my car to be evaluated for a noise in the engine and the car not switching gears properly my car was there from Friday morning till Monday evening I was charged 40 dollars for the front desk to completely lie to me about testing my vehicle refused my service and told me it was my transmission that there were codes showing my transmission needed a repair took it to a transmission repair shop no codes found took my car to another mechanic and had the same diagnostic test done on my vehicle and I physically was able to see the few codes that did pop up long story short either this place is a scam or they are selectively choosing who and wat cars they want to work on worst experience I have ever had . There was nothing wrong with my transmission my car needed a tensioner pulley system for noise and my catalytic converter was clogged . In my opinion the workers here don't have enough experience wat soo ever the man i had actually fix my car drove my car and new exactly was was wrong before he tested the car . Dropped my car off with them to get fixed. They called me before I even got down the road with a diagnosis and quote. They even had it fixed within hours. I was amazed with how fast they got it done. And prices were really fair. I will highly recommend them to all.

The best hands down the absolute best . They are honest they don't pull no strings they are fast and more importantly they are reliable every single time the car has a problem they fix it the right way every car I bring to them they fix it right they fix it fast and they fix it one time because after they fix it it don't break again. I've been to their shop for auto repairs and I've sent my sister to them for her car problems as well. They are honest and fair. They take my budget into account and don't try to add unnecessary repairs just to to increase the repair bill. Even though they explain my car's issues ,they will tell me the things that need immediate repair and the things that need fixing but can wait awhile.

Yes, HONEST mechanics DO exist, and they live in Spring Hill! Brian and Bob are my go-to's. Straightforward, honest, reasonable rates AND they're not condescending, like many mechanics dealing with women. Props to Andrea, their awesome scheduler/office mgr too! Did I mention their work is SUPER fast, yet thorough? This shop is a true gem in Hernando County.

Hi I'm Karen... I can't stress how honest these guys are... Brian and Andrea are so informative and helpful. I work in the Villages and live in Hernando Beach, it's a monster commute for my oldie, and they've kept me safe and fully functional in my 04 Hyundai. They've helped my friends as well and have never let us down. My advice is...save yourself grief and just go there. Seriously. Drop the car off, get a sandwich from next door, and go home in a safe vehicle a little while later
