Took my truck in to balance wheels. They asked me to take a drive and to call them back and let them know how it came out. They did a great job. I ve Never had anyplace ask for something like this. It felt pretty good. The persons name who attended to me is Ben. I was taken back by this. Outstanding work and tremendous customer support. Great job guys

Santos over at Tire Kingdom gave me a good price on tires that I needed the same day. He was very professional and I would definitely be coming back for my next set of tires and oil change.

Excellent, prompt and HONEST (read that!) service. Cannot recommend TIRE KINGDOM SOUTH MIAMI enough. I had a tire that was consistently losing air. They told me to come back in an hour (read: respectful of my time!) and upon my return, immediately took my car for a diagnostic. They gave me an honest (NOT most expensive) diagnosis. I won t take my car for tire servicing anywhere else. Im happy to have such a trustworthy and reliable business in my neighborhood!

I recommend! My tire was giving me problems and I was running for a test, they were fast and did an amazing job. Everything looks nice and organized, they were really nice!

This has to be the BEST Tire Kingdom I have ever been to, thats mainly because of Benjamin & Jose. They have always treated us like family, their customer service is impeccable. Extremely responsive and I trust them with all of my vehicles. I cant say enough good about them and this location. Thanks guys!

Always a great experience with Ben and his Crew. Quick and efficient and tells us how it is. Been coming for years and wouldn't choose anyone else but my South miami store. These are some O.Gs that still throw it down. Great prices and treat is like family.

Tire Kingdom is fast and quick. They are honest about the wait and they do a great job. I have so many tire problems and whether they replace or patch it up, this is the place to go. Benjamin helped me out today and I hope he is here everytime I have car trouble.

I had a long term relationship with the South Miami Tire Kingdom and today I was reminded once more why it has lasted over 20 years. I came in with a lot of anxiety due to an issue with my battery that I unfortunately had purchased elsewhere. Santos greeted me and set me at ease that even though it was year end the issue would be dealt with promptly and efficiently as always, which is exactly what took place.I cannot say enough good things of the professional, friendly and prompt attention I received and all at a reasonable cost with an excellent warranty. My companion was so impressed that she s coming in next week for a complete set of tires. I see a long term relationship beginning for her!

Definitely recommend. Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Turns out my rim was bent. They recommended I go Dr Wheel to have it repaired. Unfortunately I couldn t drive the car to Dr Wheel with a bent rim and Benjamin at Tire Kingdom made a few arrangements and allowed me to leave my car there. Very nice people and very professional.

These guys are great! Been a customer for years but today Fernando exceeded all expectations. Fixed tire in under a 1/2 hour. so courteous and reasonable!

I took my wife's SUV for new brake pads/shoes and was helped by Chino who showed me the issues with the car and gave me his recommendations on repairs and had the car ready in a couple hours. My wife and I have been going to this TK location for 10+ years and it's great seeing the same guys during that time. Ben has been running the shop since we've gone there and Jose and Chino are always providing great service that never feels pushy. I will continue taking our cars there.

From the moment customers step inside the "Kingdom" a warm welcome is received and efficient evaluation, great options are presented, Timely work is exactly done, more than fair pricing is offered. Equally important, the aftermath, warranties and follow-up service is always accomplished in the most satisfying manner. Great place to get tire repaired/changed. Fernando was very kind and helpful, car got tires changed right away and I was able to pick up the car 2hrs later. Awesome work!

They changed the 4 tires on my car and they were ok, but the stop light wasn't working after that. I know they are not supposed to touch anything related to the stop lights, but they were not working. They do other free checks, so who knows what they did. They didn't want to take responsibility so I'm bringing the car somewhere else to fix it. They were supposed to notify me when my car was ready but they had my phone number wrong (completely different). I also heard another customer complaining because they had lost his customer info (and pre-paid services) from their database. There are a lot of tire shops and they all charge the same, just pick another one.

My father and I come here regularly for tire rotation and alignment for three different vehicles. Great location, service is always great, and the employees are welcoming.
