Jorge Palau was extremely helpful and professional. It was so hard working with my insurance company as they were making things difficult for us, but Jorge kept me updated and guided me through the process. It ended up being a total loss (just as Jorge predicted!) and honestly, he made the process less stressful.Thank you Jorge and team!

The Collision Solution does great work, with attention to detail and a smooth experience all the way through to the insurance company. Their paint finish work is particularly impeccable. The professionalism, clarity and timeliness of communications and the quality of work are unbeatable. I'm a repeat customer. Nobody wants to need car body work, but when I do, I get it done here.

After getting into an accident and looking through all the repair shops of which one to use here in Miami. I solely went on reviews to see how others experiences were. After reading the reviews posted on their page and seeing pictures of their work I can gladly put they are exceptional in the quality of their work. Jorge was very informative and the staff had great communication between the repairs and the process. When I picked up my car it had brought me the same joy of the same day I got it from the dealership. If you want your car to look brand new with professional quality I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our Chevy Truck , was involved in an accident, they destroyed the whole back of the truck. Our insurance gave us a list of shops and this one was the one with the best reviews. We are so happy we chose them it was a great experience, the job was done correctly and the personal are awesome. Miriam in the office has a great personality and so does Jorge, who kept us very well informed step by step of how the repair where coming along.I highly recommend this shop if you want good work to be done and you want to be treated good.Mirtha/PabloService: Painting

I, like most people hate having to repair anything on my vehicle. Cars are liabilities, not assets. So most auto repair or auto body shops have a raw deal from the start. However, The team at Collision Solutions are fast, efficient, and professional. Through the entire process, they made my wife and I aware of what to expect, and they actually followed through with everything they said they would. I highly recommend this place. They were a pleasure to do business. I honestly hope that I never have to use their services again, like most people, but if I have another accident, be sure that I will.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We left our car at The Collision Solution and were EXTREMELY impressed with the level of customer service and skill shown by ALL employed. I was updated every Wednesday and Friday by Jorge on the status of my car, and knew that he was always in touch with my insurance company to make sure I was covered in the best way possible. They did a GREAT job, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Veteran-friendly company who pays attention to detail. When my vehicle was in an accident they were able to take me the same day to begin repairs on my vehicle. When I got it back it looked better than it did when I first purchase it. They also did a courtesy cleaning of the inside of the vehicle. I really appreciate that. Mr. Palau kept me posted on my vehicle status throughout the repair process. I highly recommend using this company.

Best place ever, the staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. I was given constant updates, and they went above and beyond with the repairs. They also cleaned my car, inside and out, just because that is how they operate, as well as, replacing bulbs in my taillights free of charge. I cannot recommend this place enough. I even accidentally left my wallet in the car for the duration of its stay in the shop, and it was untouched with cash still inside.

Speedy repair and fantastic customer service. Miriam and Roberto kept me posted daily regarding the status of my vehicle. They fixed it in record time, and my car was sparkling once I picked it up. Very organized team and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Very happy with the result.

Job well done! I was rear-ended at a red light last week, and I decided on The Collision Solution as soon as my insurance approved the estimate/repair (I didn't go directly through the offender's insurance as the reviews for her insurance were absolutely awful, so I preferred my insurance to deal with filing a claim against her). I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and just got it back Friday afternoon. Very professional, friendly, and speedy. Thank you very much!

This collision shop is amazing. Their work ethic is unparalleled. I had the chance to work with George and he was always available for any questions. His front desk staff is also available to answer any questions . I highly recommend to go to his shop for any bodywork related issues.

Excellent Facility. Competent people, very attentive, and frequent updates. My wife was in an accident with her 2017 BMW X1 and there was much front end damage. When we picked the vehicle up, we could not tell that it was ever in a collision. All the body parts matched up well and the paint was perfect - it looked showroom new. Thanks for the Collision Solution Team for a job well-done. Highly recommended

We decided on The Collision Solution as our GO TO body shop after we were involved in an accident a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully (knocking on wood) we do not have this problem in the future but if we do need body shop services, without a doubt the folks at Collision Solution will be getting our business. Jorge and Maria were very attentive from the moment we walked in. This was our first time going there and they treated us as if we were family. Jorge mentioned that the repairs will take no more than 3 weeks and he would follow up with updates twice a week (he never missed an update). To top it off, the repairs were completed early within 2 weeks and the quality of the work was 5 stars (A+ rating) as if nothing ever happened to the car. Kudos to Mr. Roberto Hugues for running a successful business that has been operating for over 25 years and thank you for providing excellent service!

Had an accident and destroyed my two side passenger doors of my pathfinder. They were highly recommended and I called them. They were prompt and professional and worked very well with my insurance. Jorge made me a customer for life! He assessed my paint repair job and was completely honest, detailed and patient in answering all of my questions.The office is clean and the staff is friendly. The job was done quickly and they washed my car inside and out, Im so happy with how it looks.Jorge and his team removed my bumper, which was badly peeling. They stripped the remaining paint, sanded the entire surface, applied an adhesive, then primer (Jorge showed me photos from each stage of the process on his phone), then factory matched paint. It looks brand new!!Is the Collision Solution the absolute lowest price in the area? No. You can save a few bucks by going to a shop that cuts corners (learn from my mistake! That s what I did and why I needed Jorge s help! He cleaned up another shop s mess, and he didn t gripe about not coming to him first).Are collusion solution prices a good value? YES x1000! These are experienced pros who take pride in their craft. I felt they went above and beyond my expectations. I ll recommend them to everyone I know, and I ll never go anywhere else. Thanks Jorge!

I was sent there by my insurance company after an accident and from the very start, they were extremely kind, helpful, and mindful of how to get my repairs in an honest and clear fashion. I can honestly say that they are the best body repair center I have ever been to and I would go back to them without hesitation for any kind of car repair. This is what a car repair place should be: customer centered, honest, and upfront about price and parts sourcing.

This shop is amazing. The owner is directly involved from the start to end. The ladies in the office know their business. The body work done on my vehicle you can tell they are professionals. Due to the hurricane they were uploaded with work. Yet, they found the time to do repairs on my and kept me up-to-date all the way. Keep up the good work guys.

This place fixed my truck and it looks perfect!!! Like nothing ever happened. The owner took his time to make sure my truck was in perfect new condition upon returning the vehicle to me. Miriam was always extremely nice and always available to answer all my questions. Extremely kind group of people and I was kept update through out the entire process. Hope I never get in another wreck again but if I ever do this will be the place I take my vehicle without a doubt! Thanks a bunch Collision Solution Body Shop!!!

This is the second time I have gone to Collision solution in a year. Each time they have been helpful and professional. They do incredible work, at the price they quoted, and in the time frame they quoted. Plus, everyone who works there is kind and knowledgeable! These guys were jerks. I went to pick up my car when it was ready and saw they had installed a belt trim on my car that did not come on my model. Also the trim was from an older model. After refusing to pay to have the other panel installed, the same wrong panel was put on the other side and a lousy lumpy paint job was done. About a few months later all the mechanisms on my rear passenger door they worked fell apart and I can never open the door again. Thanks collision solutions

I was involved in an accident which I was not at fault and it looks like I am going to have to take my car in for a third time because this shop can t do the job correctly from the start. I am also going to recommend to State Farm that they remove this body shop from their list.
