The team is always made available. I asked for a list of things to be done to my 228i M and they helped me find economical solutions. They even washed my car.I love driving standard over automatic. Out of all the clutch work that have been done to my cars; the one for my BMW they replaced is even better than the original.Thanks Felipe and Mike!

I ve been coming to Mike s Beemer for years. They always take great care of me, or honest, prompt, and do quality work. I have a 750 LI that I love and they take great care of it. If you have a BMW and you need it worked on this is the place to come in South Florida you will not be unhappy.

Spiritual forces led me to this shop. I had a tire center and my mechanic (my uncle) tell me about needing miscellaneous repairs and sensors checked on my 2007 335i. Lo and behold, I drove out my fast pony with a renewed confidence from these very professional specialists. Nothing is wrong with your BMW ! They restored my faith in these cars and in their honorable work defying the greed and dishonesty surrounding us all in this industry. A reasonable fee for their checkup & a car wash to boot! SO THANKFUL FOR THESE GUYS!

I came to Mike s for a second opinion on my 2020 M340i. Went to get set of new tires and an alignment at another shop. They told me that my steering knuckle was out of spec to the point it needed replacement to perform an alignment. Mike s did an inspection of the suspension and everything looked kosher to them. They did the alignment and showed me the before/after readout. Everything within spec. What could have been a costly, unnecessary repair, was avoided by the good guys at Mike s. I ve been going to mikes since 2012. Brought my E92 M3 over to Mike's as I had an issue with the instrument cluster after installing a new battery. I was very pleased with the level of service I received: they were upfront about costs, timing and expectations. They kept me informed every step of the way, completed the repair quite quickly and were reasonable in terms of price. I have pretty much decided that I can only buy BMWs....the reason being that I have such a great mechanic in Mike! I have an E39 M5 that Mike has helped me take care of for years. Six months ago or so I asked Mike for his advice as to which "newer" BMW I should buy. Mike recommended a 2013 or newer 750i - well, a thorough search I found one I liked and of course brought it to Mike for my PPI (pre-purchase inspection). Mike gave it a clean bill of health, so I decided to buy it. The prices at Mike's BMW are fair, and I feel like part of the family when I am there. I see a lot of women coming in to pick up cars while I am there, so it is obvious that he treats his female customers well also.

It s been about 4 years since I first met Felipe, Carlos and team at Beemer Shop. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Thanks to them I was able to secure a good extended warranty insurance for my BMW. My car is in great shape at 104,000 miles and still going. I plan on keeping it to at least 150k or more. And my parents Mercedes Benz which is 11 years old is in great shape as well thanks to Felipe s recommendation to go to a nearby specialist in Mercedes in the area. Mike s Beemer shop was too good to be true.Pros:- Compared to BMW dealer they have a more affordable hourly rate who may be negotiated up to $130 in my personal case.- They have good reviews on google.Cons:- Location (their shop space is very limited)- They used only after market parts or used parts (I ended paying more for an after market radiator than one brand new oem from braman miami bmw website)(by the way the radiator they install last for only a year and a half just when they 1 year warranty expired). Do some research and get quality parts.- Customer service is a virtue just not compatible with the personality of the front desk guy.- This shop is run as a bodega (they add part you do not need or sometime they don t recommend the one you need.After 2+ plus year dealing with this mediocre shop, Im done. I rather fix my car by myself than paying a dime to this theft.Good look to any one giving it a chance.For those who care or have had an experience like this I have a google drive file with a recopilaci�n of every single quotes inconsistencies, every charge and communication just in case anyone wants to confirm anything Im sharing here.

Quiet, clean, organized and professional shop. I came to Mike's because of the reviews to do an oil change and check out a shop for my BMW with low miles that is out of care plan warranty. This shop specializes in BMW and it is well run. I only did an oil change, so cannot speak about major repairs but it is the type of shop I would go to for bigger problems. My overall opinion is that you don't build up a shop like that with those reviews and be as well organized if your not someone to be trusted and reasonable. If your smarter than the average bear, you will note the vibe as soon as you walk in through the door.Service: Oil change

Took my 2016 bmw 428i coupe with 64k miles for a brake job and diagnose two error codes ABS and Check Engine. Breaks were done with a fair price considering I needed front and rear breaks. Much cheaper than the stealership! Have been taking my bmw to mikes since the factory warranty ran out and haven't regretted it.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenanceServices: Brakes, Auto maintenance

I would highly recommend having your BMW serviced at Mike s Beemer Shop. I initially considered having the BMW dealership repair my car but felt very uncomfortable after seeing 20+ service reps alternating between customers and noticing a very busy waiting area. I called and received a very fair quote (about 25% less than the dealer), so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in for maintenance, basically an oil change, tune-up, and engine diagnosis. They completed all the necessary work in a very minimal amount of time and kept me informed about the exact services to be performed. I would definitely give this repair shop a excellent rating and recommend (Felipe) them to anyone who likes to have personalized service without the upselling.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Great place. Mike, Carlos and team are stand up guys. Very friendly, super knowledgeable and very fair. I ve been taking my GF and her daughters cars there. They do a great job at a great price and make you feel good about doing business with them. I just can t say enough.

I've gotten my car serviced here for 3 years and the service has been excellent. From oil change, brakes and just routine maintenance. I'm going to miss them. I moved to Gulfport. I pray I find somewhere like Mike's beemer there.

UPDATE: 11/21: I'm still loving my 2006 325i thanks to Mike and Carlos and their team. They help me keep my car in perfect condition. When maintenance/repair is needed I know they will diagnose the problem and offer me the best solution. Always providing excellent prompt service, honest explanation of problem and solutions and fair pricing. I think they are the best!MIke and Carlos offer great service. I've been a client for 7 years, they are available when I have a problem, honest and professional. Everything is explained in advance-no surprises. If multiple repairs are needed they help me prioritize service; for example, I thought I was due for tires and they told me current tires were ok for a while longer. I would not take my business anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to visit recently after reading a recent google review. My neighbor has been a client of Mike's for 18 years and swears by him. My first visit I had the idea that more work would have to be done to my temperamental A/C in order to get it done right and had resigned to having to pay much more than I ended up paying. Mike's BMW was honest.I keep the car in pristine condition and was received professionally in every detail. Prices seem to be in line with other BMW retail options. The shop is clean and everyone is very busy with customers and phones. When it became my turn, there were no interruptions and all my car concerns were addressed. The car was returned to me in satisfactory condition. After my first visit, I would recommend Mike's BMW for a first try!

This shop has been highly recommended to me by people who work in the industry. So when I needed qick and reliable help, I went and asked...and prayed. They delivered in spades. Carlos was professional, attentive and concerned with my issues. Analysis, options and recommendations were offered within hours of dropping off the car. He maintained phone contact with me throughout the repair process. At the time of pick up, Carlos showed me the part responsible for the problem. We tested the car together. The invoice was clearly written in columns for parts and labor. I opted for the least costly options for both of the major issues I needed fixed. I've come away from this experience as a very grateful and satisfied customer who counts himself among many others who want you to know that this shop is a real gem.

Mike, Carlos and the team are well versed to diagnose and repair your BMW or Mini. The shop is clean, staff well trained and experienced, offer courteous service - all at a fair price. I feel like I found my new mechanic for all my car needs. Try them and I think you'll say the same.

Best BMW shop in the South Florida area, hands down. I m the pickiest and most annoying person when it comes to my car and who i leave it with, but the guys at Mikes BMW really know what they re doing. A bigger shoutout to the man himself Mike, that runs the whole operation. Customer service at its finest and really know how to execute. I have been bringing my 2003 330i here for almost two years now and the quality of work has been remarkable. And also, when they say 1 year warranty, they mean it. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who drives a bmw and wants to avoid those ridiculous dealer prices, you won t be disappointed. 10/10

I ve had several bmws serviced at mikes Beemer shop over the past few years and have found them to be honest, professional guys who do great work at reasonable prices. Definitely an excellent alternative to the sky high prices and up sell at the dealers.

So, this is what I've found after going to Mike's several (4?, 5?)1. Very honest: if they can't do something, they tell me; if they don't find a problem, they tell me...2. Willing to listen to what the problem is... not in 30 second increments like the BMW dealer, but in depth3. Willing to spend time; if they need to go on a test drive, they do4. Honest pricing; not the cheapest, not the most expensive, fair5. On time, on budget6. A very relaxed place

Went there with my Mini simply based on other reviews. Wow! They are friendly, honest, and flexible. Took care of me within timeline needed, used non-standard part as I requested, and I walked away feeling good about the people. Ana is the front office person and did an outstanding job!

This company is amazing. I was visiting from Jacksonville Fl and my fuel pump went out on my 525i with no warning. Repeat customer. After having taken my car to another shop that was unable to perform the fix, I took the car to Mike's who knew exactly the procedure and tool needed to fix the problem (stripped helicoiled sparkplug thread on a s52 required an enlarged time-sert). If I would have taken the car to Mike's in the first place I would have saved lots of money in rental car fees while my car was sitting at the other shop. Recently had a fuel pump and fuel filter replaced, turn around was extremely quick and price was good. They always wash and clean the car inside and out, and never try to find extra things to fix on my beat up M3.I've taken my car to shops across Indiana, Virginia, and Florida. Mike's has been my favorite experience. Perfect balance between price, good work, and customer service.
