There is only gratitude for the services provided by Yovany and Damian. Had a serious situation where they step up to provide their service with ethical values and the right customer service. Michelle will take the 1st steps and the Team will meet your expectations. Privately owner shops are getting bad wrapp fro a bad rotten apple and they can restore your faith. My first experience here after 10 years living in the USI scratched the tesla that I just had bought to my son that is 16 years old , and first I was concerned if they would fix the scratch 100%.I am very impressed with the quality of the service and how easy and simple they did it. This place is incredible. Got my car repaired in just a few days looking better than ever. They went above and beyond cleaning the inside and even cleaning the outside appearance as well. Super friendly people with great prices. I would highly recommend.

Took in my 2017 330 bmw and they did an excellent job with the bumper and door. Even buffed out a few scratches. Yovanny does great work at a fair price and Michelle in the office is great as well. If I know one thing, it s that the people here are truly god sent. I appreciated the honesty when they told me, upfront, what it might cost, and that they would work with me to stay in my budget and if they couldn t do it al that price there was no hard feelings I could look around elsewhere. They were confident they that at the end of all of this, my car would look brand new (AND IT DOES). I got into an accident slumming through my final semester of college and had no capacity to worry about how I was going to fix my car. I know absolutely nothing about cars and pushed all of this to the back of my mind until after graduation , but by that point my car was completely fix and restored! In less than 2 weeks, all of the parts had been ordered and my car serviced and I even got a brand new set of headlights with the way they were able to manage the budget and get parts for my model car! I love these guys so much and can t recommend them enough! For reference this is a 2008 Rav4 Toyota. At this time she runs better than new.Service: Body & Trim

I have been going to Commerce Lane Body Shop since I was in high school (+20 years). Damian and Yovanny are the BEST guys out there. Whenever someone in my family has an accident, I always take their car to these guys. Immaculate body shop with incredible prices. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Honestly, the nicest people I ve ever met. They were extremely communicative about the issues on my car, and presented me with affordable options to fix. Probably one of the first times I ve felt this way going to any car centered shop! Highly recommend!

We have been customers for over 15 years. Every time we need to repair our cars we always receive an extra service. If there is something extra that needs fixing they will just fix it and clean the car spotless. Reliable, honest and fast service every single time. As I read some of the bad reviews, I was motivated to write this one. I ve been a client at this body shop for more than 15 years. They have helped me with anything I needed to fix on all my cars. They re the most honest, and kind people. Family owned business with the best prices and top notch quality service.I have referred all my clients and friends who have asked me if I know a body shop and they all have been satisfied with the service.Some people are just rude and don t understand that vehicle parts available and shipping got delayed after COVID, but if you re not patient with this shop, you ll definitely won t be patient with the rest. Everyone at Commerce Lane was spectacular! They quoted me for some paint repairs from a scratched bumper back in September, but I wasn t able to take it in until January. I kept my quote and they honored it no question. The day I brought it in they actually called me and said that it would need additional repairs (a light was also cracked) and asked if I would like that done too; they gave me a new quote and we re able to do all the repairs right away. Had my car back in 2.5 days in pristine condition. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back if I ever need other body work done!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Quality job. Our daughter's car got struck at the passenger side, affecting both doors and the mid door frame. Looks like brand new now. The paint job is so good that it seamlessly blends with the unaffected body trim. You get treated like family. Ms. Michelle, the front desk administrator is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the nuances of dealing with auto insurance agents. Will highly recommend this shop. Ask for Yovanny or Damian. I don t know how to describe this place as other than amazing. I needed repairs to both bumpers and my headlights and the end result blew me away. My car looked brand new after they were done. Before I paid, they said it would take about two weeks. After paying the deposit, I didn t bring in my car until they confirmed all the parts arrived. However, they kept my car for another two months AFTER I brought in my car. I called multiple times to ask about the status of my car, and they gave me different vague excuses every time, such as minor parts missing or staff shortage. They also didn t allow me to get my car back because they started working on it. At some point, the person named Michelle didn t even give me a chance to talk on the phone and always said she was busy with other customers, but she couldn t give me any specific updates about repair details. After waiting for almost two months, I came in without telling them, only to find almost no work had been done on my car. They said wrong parts were delivered, which is different from any of the previous excuses they used. They guaranteed to finish everything in another three days. Three days later, they finished most work but were still missing two parts. The other two parts didn t come until another week passed. Over time, the staff started having nasty attitude when talking to me.It s totally okay to make mistakes or experience delays with vendors, but they were not honest, which is the main issue of this shop. I brought in my car simply because they CONFIRMED all parts arrived. I experienced severe inconvenience in many aspects in my life because of their dishonesty and delay. I don t even know whether the reason they told me eventually was true or not. Avoid this place to save your mental health, especially if you re not from the U.S.

We were recommended to this place by a very well-known customer that we would like to keep confidential to avoid any conflict we were told to send information we got word back several days later after we were unable to appear in person due to disabled family members. We made it clearer that we already had a welder do the body work & the windows was what we needed to be installed.Thankfully if you Google mobile services people actually come to your house and do things for you so many mobile services out there!!! it s amazing also we highly recommend tire Kingdom they helped us also with our stuff!

What goes around comes around! I found this body shop through a Google search and after reading the enthusiastic reviews, decided to put it on my short list of shops to check out. Now, I am enthusiastically adding my testimonial because the work that Yovanny, Damian, and crew did was top-notch. My wife spent most of a day driving around with my short list of body shops and told me that this was definitely among the top two of all the shops she visited. She saw the cars that were being repaired and noticed that the quality was high and said that the guys were decent, hard-working fellows. We made up our minds and chose Commerce Lane Body Shop to repair our BIG Chevy Express van. The factory paint had all peeled off and it had recently been rear-ended so the rear doors had trouble opening. It was time to have the family car repaired and repainted!We dropped off the car and I saw first-hand the quality that my wife had witnessed; especially in one of the older cars that was there that had been fully painted. Seeing that convinced me that our car would be in good hands. The color we chose was pretty exotic and I was a bit nervous about how it would come out, but, now, after the car is finished and back in our hands, I have to say that it looks better than brand-new. The team did a very high-quality restoration of this ordinary, plain 15-passenger van. The body work is unnoticeable (meaning excellent) and the paint is gorgeous!! It's phenomenal. It feels like we're driving a show car. Overall, this was a decision that we do not regret. Overall, the cost was very fair. The vehicle is very big, it took a lot of work to get it done well, and the team worked on it like it was their own project. Yovanny didn't try to hustle us out of more money, he's honest and hard-working, and we greatly appreciate the amount of work that went into getting our car done as well as possible.
