had TPMS sensors installed on my dually and was billed $450 dollars, sensors never registered with the truck and when I called to get it rectified I was told they would not fix the issue or refund me my money, be warned and if you still do business with them use a credit card so that you can charge back if they do this to you. I finally was able to recover $280 due to the threat of charging back the card just paid for the parts which weeks later I cannot verify if they were even installed. UPDATE! these geniuses installed the wrong parts!

Refreshing that companies like Fleet are still around for unusual requests, like farm tires. No frills, great communication, down to earth pricing. Whereas other tire vendors struggled to find USA made products, Fleet found Firestones immediately. The service techs were fast, tires look amazing, and they left me a nice note. The invoice was 33% lower than other quotes. Definitely I will be a return customer

They are not open 24hrs, road service are 24 hrs nice guys starting right away working your truck $100 an hour job lacated nice city wal-mar near by a lot of motels near by but the good thing is the beach is 11/2 miles awey you can go in joy wow perfect

Today marks the SECOND time we've made an appointment to have a front end alignment done on our semi truck and the SECOND time they won't get it done as promised. What's the point of making an appointment? If you're not going to get it done, why don't you just say so when we drop the truck off? We live 40 minutes away. Fuel ain't cheap. And you don't call us to tell us you're not going to get it done. We call you late afternoon after dropping it off first thing in the morning LIKE YOU ASKED US TO! Chad's exact words: "S#*t Happens." WOW! ZERO regard for your customers. Promises made and not kept! Very surprised and disappointed. We won't be back!

As others. Booked an appointment with fleet tire. Arrived on time and in heavy rain. Dewey was rude and disrespectful. Told us they were to busy and they couldn t get to us until the following week. A phone call would have been professional and save us a trip and our time. Dewey even rudely said buddy you can go somewhere else and waved bye. I guess if you have a fleet with them you get service. Service like that, I wouldn t trust there work.

These guys are awesome. I am a one man show and they were more than accommodating getting my box truck fixed quickly and correctly. Would recommend them to anyone and will use them going forward.

Shop was originally recommended to me by a small, local trucking company. I've used them several times since then, and now I'm the one doing the recommending. They're knowledgeable, capable, and quick. Friendly and professional, too. That's the combination that saves me money and will keep me coming back.

Great place. Fair, dependable, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. I m from Virginia and plan my trips to Florida so I can have repairs done here while I m on the road.Been here four times and left happy about their work every time. The repair bills are always reasonable.I highly recommend it!!

Terrific people to work with. Excellent customer service. They have serviced my RV a few times and I appreciate the way they communicate and the work they have done. I believe they are honest which is huge around here!

Tried to get my tire fixed, but they refuse to help me because I just want them patched not replaced. THEY OFFER TO COME DOWN THE ROAD FOR 250$ BUT THEY REFUSE TO TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER IN THE SHOP. EVERYTHING IS ABOUT MAKING EASY MONEY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm a trucker, deal with a lot of shops, very positive experience, came out within an hour of calling , only needed a jump bit still, they quoted me price a good price over phone and then honored it...I recommend
