This place has been a miracle to me! As a female who already gets scammed by most garages it s really hard for me to find a place to trust. But from the beginning the guys at Jones have been nothing but helpful to me! They don t try to sell me anything else but they do make suggestions on what I need and are very knowledgeable. They are very fair in pricing and don t charge an arm and a leg too 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Awesome service. These guys fixed my 2017 F150 AC problem fast. They diagnosed it correctly the first time and nailed the fix. I got a call at each point to check on the price of the fix and the cost was very reasonable for the service.I highly recommend them.

Honest evaluation of my brake issue, which was just rear pads. A local "big chain" shop gave me a quote of $1000. Saying I needed pads, rotors and calipers. I highly recommend Jones Auto and will be returning with any future unforseen problems with my vehicles. Thanks guys

Jones auto is my go to for anything vehicle related. Not only for my personal vehicles or organization but even for my business. I go through a number of vehicles and Ethan comes through every time I m not a mechanic so I ll leave it to them. They are extremely cost-effective they support the community and they work hard. They re not just that little red shop at the end of Silver Springs Boulevard next to dairy queen. There a family run shop that takes pride in their work and it shows. I m proud to take all my vehicles to them because I know without a doubt it ll be fixed and it won t break my back. I ve used them time and time again and I ll continue to get service from them. Thank you Jones auto for supporting the community and Building a staple here in it.

Don t trust.I went to buy a diesel truck here and was weary of the condition of the transmission so I left without buying.The owner and I spoke after and he reassured me the truck had no major issues and convinced me to come back to check it out again. I end up coming back and buying the truck just to find out it had a fuel leak. I took it to get serviced and there was even more issues. $11,000 worth of problems to be precise. About the price I paid for the truck. So now I ve had to buy another vehicle.

Been there twice for my 14 Mustang, fantastic shop, great service, excellent and fair prices for repairs. Usually do my own repairs so it was hard to trust it to anyone else, as I have been burned before, but Ethan and his crew are spot on. If you need something done and done correctly I suggest this shop.

I stopped in the afternoon when my brakes started making a noise. They helped me right away replacing all four brake pads, two front rotors and a frozen caliper. The work was don t in two hours while I waited and the price very affordable. I highly recommend them for your car service needs. I couldn t be happier with the quality of work as well as fantastic service.

Haven't been there for awhile. Don't plan on ever going back. My car was used to run aron's. They even stopped at home to pickup a weed eater and stuck it in my backseat. Not cool.
