These guys are the best. They provided our wedding transportation to and from multiple locations and made it super easy for all of us. Fair prices and great people to hire. Definitely recommend The 5 Ride to anyone looking through these reviews.

Jake and his team are amazing! They provide excellent customer service and are easy to work with! We needed last minute transportation for visiting dignitaries, and Jake not only came to our rescue, but provided a fun experience for our guests which made their stay even more special! We highly recommend The 5 Ride for your transportation needs! ~ The Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce

We had a great experience with our driver today. He went above and beyond by showing us around town and giving us a small tour before taking us to our hotel. It was so helpful and we even chose the restaurant he recommended for dinner tonight.I m kind of shocked by the review that LittleKittyAng1 left! It was not the experience we had. I also find it strange that she hired a driver since she owns a driving service that is similar. Super weird. Maybe her vans weren t working or something? Who knows!Anyway, we will be using his services again and will be recommending him to all of our friends who come to Destin.

Omg!! We couldn t have asked for a better transportation to pick us up when we were stranded. We totally didn t expect a party bus but that s what we got! Full Car pool karaoke with fancy lights and Jake our driver was amazing singing along with us. Totally safe not shady and very reliable. Would totally use again and he knows all the great places to hang out and have some great recommendations. Call them!

Highly recommend!!We got stuck on our boat and had to dock at a local establishment and needed to find a way back. Tried Uber and Lyft and The 5 Ride was so much cheaper than both. Jake our driver was super friendly, funny and reliable. He also was a wealth of knowledge in the surrounding area. The van was clean, had karaoke and had enough room to fit all 12 of us. Our kids also had a blast singing and loved the colored lights on the inside! Would def use again and highly recommend. 5-Star Service!!

5 Ride is awesome! Our plane got in at midnight and no other company would send anyone out to get us at that hour. Not only did they send a ride out for us but they loaded up two vans to help everyone waiting get home safely! We would highly recommend!

Can t say enough good things about these guys! We used them for my son and new wife s rehearsal dinner on Fri. night and again on Sat. for the wedding. They were great! They were personable and fun. All our guests loved their rides and the spontaneous singing. Vans were very clean. All 3 drivers were polite and patient waiting for guests. They were not rushing us at all. I would highly recommend 5 Ride with Matt and the crew.

The 5 ride made getting from the airport to our condo so easy and stress free. He even took us to the grocery when we randomly decided we needed to stop. Will definitely be using again!

We used the 5 Ride During a bachelor party weekend in the Seaside area. We had a great experience. The drivers were always on time and got us where we need to go on time. The drivers were also very personable and accommodating. We had a couple of last minute destination changes and they were happy to accommodate what we needed. The 5 Ride was also much more affordable than any other large group transportation service in the area. 5 star experience all around.

Matt was very punctual picking me and my entire family up from the airport. We had 7 adults and 3 kids (2 in car seats) and he was very helpful in installing the car seats and loading all of our luggage plus a double stroller in the van. We are definitely booking him for our return ride to the airport.

I used the 5 Ride for my bachelorette group of 12 round trip from Santa Rosa to Crab Island. It was so convenient and none of us had to worry about a DD so we could have fun! We did karaoke on the way home and Matt was super helpful loading and unloading all of our bags and coolers. Highly recommend!

Complete rip off. Flew in at 10 pm was just looking for a quick ride to our Air bnb that was less then 10 minutes away. Charged us $103.00 not including a tip that was hinted at more then once on the drive. Said that Ubers in the area were sketchy . Guess that was suppose to justify the outrageous price. Got a Uber for the ride back to the airport and it only cost $30. Definitely recommend getting an Uber over these guys. At least Uber is honest and fair and doesn t take advantage of tourist with kids just trying to get to their home after a long day.

Matt was an excellent concierge for my daughter s wedding in Destin! Right on time, professional drivers that went over and above what was expected or even paid for to make the big day flow without incident! Would highly recommend them and definitely use their services again when in the area!

Matt and his brother, Jake were amazing. I hosted a wedding welcome party and had guests staying at two separate condo locations. They were able to coordinate picking up over 50 people, tended to all their request and kept everyone happy . The next day they picked up the bridal party brought them Round trip to the wedding. Multiple moving parts, different times and they were extremely flexible and professional. Everyone of my guests were complementary on the shuttle service. They coordinated the shuttle portion of the event and allowed me to enjoy myself ..Thanks, Matt & Jake !!

Rented vans for a bachelorette weekend in Destin - Matt, Jake, and the team were all very accommodating & easy to work with. They did a great job of keeping the energy alive along the rides as well as having a smooth and communicative booking process! Will recommend them to anyone I know going to Destin for a trip with a lot of people to account for.

We used 5 rides hourly shuttle for our wedding and it worked out perfectly! They were prompt and extremely helpful/professional! Matt was our driver and he was wonderful, he even helped my best friend unload and set up some of our wedding decorations! I would use them again and refer them to others, 5+ stars forsure!

We used The 5 Ride multiple times during our wedding weekend stay in Destin! Each experience was wonderful! Matthew worked with us to create a perfect schedule to ensure both us and our guests got where we needed to be at the right time on wedding day! We also used The 5 Ride for beach and airport shuttles for us and our wedding guests during our stay in Destin! Each ride was just as pleasant as the last! Matthew was professional, courteous, kind, punctual, flexible, and communicated well! The shuttle service was very affordable and more reliable than a ride share service like Uber! We highly recommend and will definitely be using The 5 Ride during any future trips we take to Destin!

The 5 ride was great for my bachelorette party! Tom and Matt were our drivers. They were on time both nights and never more than 20 minutes away when we were ready to leave to go back to the condo. They let us play our music through the speakers and maybe even sang along a little ;-) I highly recommend the 5 Ride and every time I am in Destin I will use them!!

I spent a week in Destin with friends/family for my wedding and used 5 Ride for all of our group transportation. Solid family run business that provided affordable group rides and always showed up friendly and on time.Nothing fancy - but affordable, friendly, and reliable. Will use again.

Perfect service. First time visitor and 5Ride was recommended to me by Sandestin Beach Resort. They called me immediately upon arrival, met me at baggage claim, and we had a pleasant conversation on the way to the resort. Had an early morning return to the airport. They called the evening before to confirm the pickup! You would be crazy to use anyone else...

Had a great experience with their service. We rode in their vehicles for the 5 days we were in Destin. All of the drivers were friendly and helpful. The vehicles were also clean and arrived promptly. Definitely will use them the next time I am in Destin and will recommend them to friends.

Matt was very helpful and fun! Went above and beyond on our way to the condo and stopped at a store for us to pick up " necessities "
