Mr Mark and Mrs Lynn are AMAZING. They have been doing my nails for almost a year. My pedicures are A+ (Lynn), and Mr Mark does my nails. Out of this whole year with him i ve never had one pop off. Decided to walk in to this place while waiting for my son next door and I m so glad I did! I was greeted by KELLY and she was wonderful! Super helpful, crazy funny! I loved her banter back and forth! We have just moved to the area and I m so glad to have found my nail place and my girl Kelly!!

I got my lashes done here. Ms. Cathy was quick and did a great job. My lashes are about 2 weeks old and I still have about 80% of them. That's after swimming in pools, oceans, and rope swinging into a river. They are really good quality and look natural.

I don t like writing bad reviews, however, as many times as this SAME thing keeps happening . I m going to say something!I have lived down the street from this salon for 7 years and it s a 50/50 chance weather or not you get service.1st- when you walk in they act like they re not interested in your business.I can t tell you how many times I ve gotten there at 4 o clock when they close at five and they tell me to come back tomorrow.every time I then go to beautiful nails and they take me in there in uptown station. They greet you with a smile and welcome your business.Today- they told me to come in and have a seat - that they would do my pedicure. This is at 4:30p and they close at 5p on Sunday.There were only two technicians working & 1 just grabbed her purse and walked out.After 10-15 minutes of waiting the tech that was there said sorry we can t do your pedicure today. What?Why am I left sitting here ?they could ve told me at 4:30. They didn t have time and I would ve wentelsewhere.I did. I went to beautiful nails and they took me in even though they close at 5 PM as well.Keep saying, I m never going back to that place but this time it s for real!!

I'm not the type of girl that's gets her nails done every month. In fact I believe the last time I got my nails done was at least 3 or 4 years ago so naturally my nails were a MESS. Kim made me feel comfortable and not judged. She listened to what I wanted and was so sweet. Thank you Kim.

I got my nails done by Miss Mimi who was very nice who gave me a discount on my nails because it was my birthday and she had Pleasant conversation the nails ended up looking beautiful just what I needed the length and everything so I was very satisfied with her service.

Please do not go to this salon for SNS nails (dip powder.). Save yourself the frustration. The people are very nice but the products are inferior and they lack the knowledge on how to properly do the nails. The lady who did mine would like tell you I didn t have enough time for her to do a good job but I was there an hour and a half.

I used to come here all the time in high school and off and on some years later until I moved away. A few weeks ago I came in as a walk-in looking to get my SNS nails and gel toes re-done. Apparently that was an issue with one of the technicians who wasn t even doing my nails. This lady starts berating the guy finishing my pedicure in their language and was pointing at me and kept saying appointment and it was extremely awkward and embarrassing. That completely could ve been done behind closed doors. I felt so sorry for him too. After she yells at him she goes outside to call the owner I m assuming because a minute later, he got a call and stepped away. She came back inside about 15 minutes later and kept saying stuff under her breath. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I m not sure I ll visit again, aside from the fact that the technicians do mediocre work and they charge you a fortune just for a subpar pedicure and uneven, chunky dip powder. I ended up just getting a whole kit at home because if I m going to pay for mediocre work, I might as well just do it myself.

Had a bad experience. Felt rushed and she was very rough with my nails. One girl started filing my old nails off to soak and the lady next to her told her to go do something else. Had to wait a few minutes to actually start soaking my nails off. She finally got my old dip powder off and kept drilling my nails and it started to burn. I told her and she didn t apologize or anything. Asked for clear polish and she gave me pink gel polish. She cut my really nails super short after I ve been spending months trying to grow them out. Very rough filing my nails she some how managed to cut my finger with the file. Very sad I had to pay $40 when I still had nail polish remover and old dip powder residue still all over my hands.Service: Gel manicures

Hong is great! Very personable and takes her time when doing my manicure and pedicure. She does a great job waxing eyebrows too. Everyone at LA nails is very nice. Very poor customer service. I decided to give this place a try because they are one of the few nail salons open on Sundays. I called ahead and booked an appointment. Went in and picked a color from one of the color samples hanging in front of the waiting area. After about 10 minutes of waiting a lady walked over to show me to a chair. She literally snatched the color sample out of my hand and said that s wrong color, I give you color . I almost left then, but rubbed it off and went to the chair. She had me sit in a chair and said nothing. A few minutes later, I asked if I could get some water to soak my feet. She said when someone else finishes. Wow, I ve never been anywhere that doesn t let you soak while waiting on a tech. The lady next to me was also irritated and left before her service was finished. I left too without any service. To LA Nails: If you re shorthanded don t book appointments you can t handle and don t take your frustrations out on your customers. I went to Beautiful Nails and had a much better experience.Service: Pedicure

Came here for a pedicure and had a great experience! Lily took wonderful care of my feet. She really took her time and gave my feet the extra attention that they needed. I got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure and it was worth every penny. I also love how they offer wine and beer! That glass of chardonnay and the massage got me nice and relaxed.

This is the only nail salon ive been in that isnt painfully awkward to sit in. The ladies there are very friendly and seem to know most of the customers coming through. Lots of jokes and laughter coming from the nail techs and customers. They always have nice relaxing piano music instead of annoying radio music playing with ads. I usually read a book while they do my nails and they tend to leave me be without forcing conversation (great for my introverted self). My pedicures always turn out great! Polish stays on for weeks without chips. I recommend the European pedicure if you want to try something new! The minty-ness of the lotion they put on you is lovely! 10/10 LA nails !Service: Pedicure

Tina does my nails. She's amazing! Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming all the time. The prices are great and the work from everyone is of good quality. It is clean and organized. They have a huge selection of colors. I'm never disappointed!!

The nails were decent but the service was not. I came in on a Sunday since it s less than 5 minutes from my house and waited 30 minutes to be seen... now that s not the problem. I don t mind waiting. But when other customers came in after me ,that were obviously regulars, instead of making them wait as I had done, she made me sit and wait more so she could get them started. I felt very put off. She used electric tools on my natural nail just to rush and the price was $20 more than I usually pay for the exact same thing at A&P. I won t go back.

Appointment with my granddaughter for manicures. Seated us where could not even see each other. Granddaughter's nail polish fell off in shower 2 days later. Not too friendly. Will probably not go back. Prices fair.

Staff are very friendly. Prices reasonable. Clean! My nail polish didn't even last a day--I am on vacation so this wasn't due to use. I did notice they kept adding thinner to the polish. Went back the following day and the manicure was re-done.... I did get 3 days this time--still more thinner was added. Also noticed this time no base coat was used--not looking forward to stained nails when the polish is removed--somewhere else.

My husband and I stopped in to make an appointment and asked how much it would cost for a manicure and pedicure. The woman said $40 dollars for both. The next day, during my appointment I told the woman what I wanted done and she insisted that I needed other things. She wanted to charge me extra for gel nail polish and didn't cut my nails to the length I wanted. I don't speak fluent English but I understand enough and speak enough to know that they were trying to take my money. After I told the lady to just give me what I want, she was really rude and incredibly rough with my nails. Long story short, I paid $55, 15 more than they said, and left no tip. I will never go back to this place

Pedicure was great and price was comparable to their competitors. However, I don t appreciate it when I buy a 80 dollar pedicure and they keep the lotion that was left over from my volcano box. I consider that almost of form of stealing since I paid for that product and anything left over should either be given to me or tossed. I watched this lady take my left over lotion and put it at her nail station. Because of this I will likely not be returning and if I do best believe I will be asking for whatever contents of my products are left over from my services.Service: Pedicure

I give it a 3 star since I was not satisfied with my gel polish set mani/pedi. It chipped within a day. Also I believe I was over charged for what I got, almost $90.00.However the staff was amazing except for an older lady. I took my 7 month old baby with me which was a bad idea because she started acting up towards the end. One of the techs even held her and was very sweet! I wish I could've gotten her name and her husband, who was the one who did my nails.

Ask for Hong. Had someone else last time and she was insanely pushy about gel on my toes and made a comment how little I was spending this time. I told her to keep the length on my nails and make them very square. Didn't get either. My nails are so short now and my toes still hurt where they get ingrown a little from being on my feet all day.I had the perfect mani pedi with Hong and won't see anyone but her now

I don't usually write a review but everyday i get more and more disappointed with my nails. I went there on 11/12 and within 2 days my nails chipped and my daughter 's acrylic nail popped off. They started off by pressuring me to do stuff to my nails and my daughter nails (which i kept saying no) but in the end i let them do my daughter's nails like they wanted. On top of ALL of that i paid over $100 for my nails, eyebrows, and my daughter's nails which DID NOT LAST LONG. Now i am sitting here with one chipped nail, 2 broken nails and my daughter have 3 nails missing. NEVER AGAIN!Service: Manicure

I have never experienced in my 25+ years of nail and pedicure services a place quite Iike this and a nail artist quite like Hong. She is the friendliest, professional, kind, and most talented young lady that has ever been at my service. I cannot say enough about Hong. I adore her and she has a beautiful soul. My pedicure was the best I've ever had and where introduced me to ombre nails. Hong worked until 1 hour past closing.... Because she wanted to. Not because she had to. To the owner, I applaud every artist in your shop for their friendliness and amazing welcoming spirit.Thank you, thank you, thank you.We never know what people are going through. I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and this was weighing heavy on my mind. The service I received this evening completely took my mind off of that and I was able to smile and laugh with my daughter and Hong.You have gained a client for as long as I am here to visit you.

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is so friendly! I use Tina for my nails and they come out amazing every time! I have been going since I moved here in September and won't go anywhere else
