Mike at Black Dog RV Inspections was courteous, informative, responsive, and professional. He showed up on relatively short notice and in challenging weather to inspect an RV that I was shopping in the Freeport, FL area. He provided what I needed to make an informed decision. Even the sellers made a comment about how great Mike was. If I m ever in the market again, I will call Black Dog RV Inspections.

I can t express how great Mike and his service were. His level of professionalism is unmatched! I needed an inspection done in Panama City Beach, FL for a lawsuit and he gave me exactly what I needed. His report was so detailed, organized and accurate. He spent 6 hours going through the RV top to bottom, making sure no stone was left unturned. Mike showed up at the time he said he would be there and even got my report to me that same day, which is so appreciated. If I ever need another inspection done in the future he ll be the first person I call. Thank you, Mike!!

This is the second year we've used Black Dog RV Inspections to cover the "Forever Warranty" on our Arctic Wolf. Mike is always very thorough and goes above and beyond! I would absolutely, 100% recommend him to anybody.Last year our 5th Wheel was at storage in Ft Walton Beach, Fl , and this year it was at our house in Destin, Fl. It didn't matter to Black Dog - he was there exactly when he said he'd be!

I used Black Dog to conduct a full inspection to include fluids on a Coach that we were looking to purchase. The inspection took place in Dothan Alabama since we live in the Orlando Florida area. Mike had to travel from the Shalimar, Florida area and was early to the scheduled time. He did a very thorough inspection according to the dealership and it was also apparent in his report to us. I would recommend him for the professional manner in which he executed the service provided.

I recently found a trailer in Panama City, FL that could be towed by my Ranger. Not wanting to make the trip from Atlanta without having some idea of the quality, I contacted Mike to inspect the trailer. He set up contact with the seller, made arrangements to see and inspect the unit, emailed me the specs of his inspection, and completed the inspecting within a couple of days. He did all that he promised to do, in spades. The report was very good, with plenty of photo and video documentation. Although I determined not to make the purchase based on the inspection, I was very satisfied with Mike s performance, professionalism, and customer service! Money well spent. Semper fi.
